We had a great time staying at Pilar and Alexandra’s house. They were always very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get there and access the house. The house is very well maintained and has everything a large group needs to stay comfortably. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing, and the BBQ area is fantastic as well. From the house, you can easily walk to two different beaches and spend the day there. We stayed for a month with five people, and Coronado was also a great base for visiting other places nearby. I highly recommend this house. Thank you, Alexandra and Pilar, for your wonderful hospitality!

We came back to the House and felt home. The House is well equipped and in a quiet area close to the beach.

Such a wonderful house! We stayed there for a month with no issues whatsoever. The place is so lovely, very quite, clean and in a walking distance to the beach. The host is incredibly responsive. Everything in one package!))

Great stay. Pilar is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is exactly as shown in the photographs. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Spent our days relaxing in the pool, cooking and walking the beach. I would not hesitate to come back.

We stayed in the house for one month. It is very nice and big. We felt home from the first moment when we arrived. We rented it as a couple, but some family members visited us for weekends and they all were excited too. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. All of us enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. The interior of the house is very well designed and nicely decorated. The house is located a 5 minutes walk away from the beach and there is no noise caused by traffic. We felt safe also because of the cameras deployed. Samuel showed us the house when we arrived. He was also managing the swimming pool and answered any question we had. We would be very happy to come back.

Great place . It has supermarkets, warehouses, restaurants close by. The house also comes with everything you might need. Better than I expected And the luxury pool. Highly recommended

We stayed at Pilar's house for a weekend, the house was more than we expected, the decorative details in each area are very well cared for. The beds, bathrooms, pool, impeccable common areas. A great choice for a nice weekend, the beach is very close. We'd be back without a thought.

We enjoyed the house familiarly, between moments of privacy as well as coexistence between everyone. It is a comfortable house, well distributed and with outdoor spaces to enjoy. Equipped with everything you need and a little more to make your stay pleasant. Their hosts are always attentive to questions. We felt at home, a place to go back.

My husband and I spent a month in Pilar’s home. We enjoyed the fabulous pool and back patio every day. The furniture was so comfortable I plan to look for something similar when I get home again. The house isn’t like some rentals; you know that the owners use the home and love and care for it. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you will need for your stay. Had dinner at Picasso, Luna Rosa and Café Med which we especially liked. The streets by the house are quiet and nice for morning walks. You can easily walk to several beach access points. Great easy walk to beach. Very spacious and clean.

We spent a month at Pilar’s house. The house is very spacious and very well equipped. The pool and the back yard/patio area are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and Everything was functional. The walk to the playa Serena beach is 5 minutes by golf cart. The place is very quiet and you can hear the ocean at high tide . Groceries are 10’ by golf cart or 15’ to a bigger mall/groceries store pass the main gate. Restaurants are 10’ -20’ by golf cart: Picasso for sushi, fish and chips and the atmosphere, Luna Rosa for pizza, CafeMed for clams and the only decent ribeye steak (medium rare) and a cozy atmosphere. Coronado is a gated community, very secure and with a great expats community that will help you with anything you need in order to have an amazing stay here! We visited a bunch of houses and condos with the intend to rent long term In The future and I can tell that Pilar’s house is one of the nicest house at this price. It is not right on the beach but you won’t regret renting it for sure.

Great house in a great location. Beautiful property with lots of rooms and bathrooms, the pool is amazing and the local restaurants were great. House was clean upon arrival and the host was very flexible with check in and check out timing. Not the easiest place to get to because of the poor conditions of the alleys leading to the house but once you are there it is easy to rent a golf cart from the local store to get around in. There is a local bus that takes you around Coronado and to the highway as well and you can definitely survive without a car. The beach is literally a fie minute walk from the house, our family had a great time here.
