Great stay! Truly 3 min walk to the ocean, so beautiful and relaxing. Oscar the handyman was readily available when we had a blip issue with the AC.

Loren's place was an absolute dream! It was the perfect place for making life-long memories for the entire family. Loren was always prompt to reply and provided fantastic recommendations to make our stay in Nosara even better. The apartment was sparkling clean, had many supplies and offerings, and was well-maintained. The complex, with shared pool, was also absolutely fantastic - clean, friendly guests, a minute's walk to the beach, and safe / secure. Loren's apartment is great. It is very tastefully decorated and has ample space for a family. The proximity to the little Pelada beach is unique, we were able to swim and enjoy the sunset there without hesitation. Loren gave us great recommendations for lunch & dinner. We felt completely comfortable & safe and would book with Loren again at any time.

Perfect place for our family for the week. Had plenty of space to enjoy even with two teens! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets as the condo is a 5 minute walk to the beach.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb!! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and proactive with instructions, and the location was very ideal being right next to the beach! Overall, a wonderful experience and I would 100% stay here again. We absolutely loved our stay at Loren’s place. The interior is more spacious and beautiful than in the photos and the views and immersion in nature were absolutely stunning. This was our third trip to Costa Rica and all 4 of us agreed that Playa Pelada/Nosara was our favorite area. The condo itself feels more like a townhome. It’s very spacious and open with lots of windows in every room. We heard and saw howler monkeys every day, often throughout the day. The pool is a very short walk from the condo and is visible from the balcony so we felt comfortable with our teen children swimming without us. The laundry room is right next to the pool and we never had to wait to use the machines. The property is gated with a private gate access to the beach. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes. The roads are not paved and can get very muddy and have large potholes, get a 4wd vehicle and you’ll be good. Restaurants and small grocery stores are a 5-10 minute walk. Enjoy this slice of heaven!

What a beautiful location! The condo had everything we needed to cook meals and relax between surf outings. The host was very responsive when I had questions.

Lorens house was perfect and the communication was great from arriving to leaving.

The home was beautiful, and much larger than it appears in the pictures. It was well stocked with everything a family would need to cook with plenty of room for entertaining. It was super close to the beach and quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The roads are rough, so rent a 4wd SUV minimum. The beds could have been softer but my preference is toward a firm but soft mattress. Beaches are beautiful and very accessible. The town is not quite as walkable as I would have preferred.

First time in Nosara and the location of Lorens place is fantastic, beautiful beach 1 min walk, very priviate beach and the accomodation was everything we hoped for. Clean well equipped and very comfortable. Loren was availble if we needed him, but we didnt which was great to know. Thanks again Loren, we had a great stay and would come back. Scott

Loren's place was exactly what we were looking for, spacious, clean, a great location for the beach, local bars, restaurants and small shops. Loren was both efficient and informative when we had a couple of questions. A great place to stay in Nosora.

We had a great time staying at Las Palmas Pacíficas! Truly the best part about this condo is the location. It is just minutes from the beach, with its own access path. The complex itself is quiet and there is a lovely shaded pool just steps away from this condo. We really enjoyed the modern layout and beauty of the condo- the beautiful wood and all of the thoughtful ways that light was brought inside. We loved the balcony and spent a good amount of time out there, listening to the birds and watching the butterflies. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you could want and bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and enough toilet paper that we didn’t have to buy any for our family of three. The AC kept the place very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The only issue (and a very minor one)we had was that we found the door keypads confusing at first, but we figured it out. This complex has security at night and we definitely felt safe while here.

Updated and spacious condo in a beautiful, peaceful location with a short pleasant walk to the beach and many fabulous walking trails. Loved that there was a well cared for compost pile on the path to the beach as it made me think that the community cared enough about sustainability to do this. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed at this rental for 1 month and absolutely loved it. The condo is a very short walk to the beach - as the host correctly notes, few rentals in the Nosara area offer this level of beach access. And Playa Palada is a great beach - quieter than Guiones, with more locals. We convened beachside every evening to watch the sunset. The apartment is updated and in great shape. We got to know the other community restaurants around the pool. The Nosara area is amazing - lots of yoga, surfing, restaurants, and wildlife. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of monkeys and birds. We were walking distance to a few restaurants in Pelado (10m) and many more in Guiones (30m). I worked remotely during some of my time and found a great nearby coworking space, a useful backup given electricity and internet can be unreliable. The apartment has an excellent array of pots and pans, a blender, a toaster, etc., which many rentals lack. The host was responsive and helpful. Pura Vida!

What a beautiful spot! Walking distance to the beach, quiet, lovely inside, lots of light and space. The beach is gorgeous and private and walking distance to everything. Everyone was so responsive to our needs. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful second story condo. The complex is quiet, allow you to sleep in, listen to the birds and the monkeys, and simply relax. Great kitchen stocked with all the equipment and things you’ll need make a great meal. I loved it!

Highly recommend this host and location! The house was just as described. We loved the location on Playa Pelada with such an easy walk to the beautiful beach there. The kitchen was large, living area spacious. We had everything we needed. Definitely want to go back. We did not want to come home!

This is such a hidden little gem with the best location. All the neighbors are fantastic and so helpful. We felt so safe. It had EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED. Property manager Oscar was on call 24/7 . Can not wait to book again

Beautiful, updated, spacious condo on the second floor with great views of the treetops for watching birds and wildlife. Bathrooms are nicely appointed and the kitchen is well-equipped. Great location near the beach and the pool. We spent a lot of hours reading on the outdoor terrace. Quiet! Nice to be away from the road.

This was our second time staying in playa Pelada and this location is absolutely perfect! The pool is within 30 feet of your front door, and the beach is almost as close. We loved the private beach access and had the beach to ourselves pretty much every single day… unreal! With la bodega, La Luna, and El Chivo being so close you almost don’t even need to head into guiones at all. The unit was stocked. Since we were traveling with 2 kids we cooked quite a bit and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Loved the vitamix for morning smoothies. We will definitely be back! Nosara is such a beautiful place, truly one of a kind. Thank you for having us! 🙏

We LOVED our stay in Nosara at this property (and we are picky/well-traveled to Costa Rica). First, the communication with the owners was excellent with their friendly, accommodating communications. I highly suggest staying here (as much as I don't want to make it popular, but the space is great). We LOVED: the light and view from the living room, the pool (it is a 5-second walk from the front door if that), walk to the beach is very close (that is hard to find in this area) the furnishing are comfortable/modern, attentive manager, the accessible, classy signage and instruction were a nice touch, and the neighbors were very friendly. We can't wait to go back. Thanks for a great stay. Pura Vida!

Our stay at Lorens’ place was everything we could possibly have wanted for our long term stay in Nosara. The location was perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, the space itself was beautiful and spacious, and the cleaners came once a week and did an incredible job. Easy access to beautiful Pelada beach, and even some weighted sandbags to keep in shape during you stay. Would definitely recommend Lorens’ place!

We had a great stay. The location is nice, pool is great for the groms, and there's quick access to a beautiful beach. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need.

This is one of the best places that we have stayed in Nosara! It is on the beach (hard to find places this close to the beach down here) and is a stunning location! The condo has all the comforts of home and a kitchen filled with any utensil you need. I love to cook, so I was in my glory! Especially loved having the Vitamix to make smoothies with all the fresh local fruit everyday! Very clean, upper floor, deck and beautiful view of flowers, palms and pool. Very safe location and private security at night. The boogy boards and chairs were also a nice addition. Also, close to many restaurants that are easy to walk to. We would definitely come back and recommend to our friends!

Great apartment in Las Palmas complex, a stones throw to Playa Pelada. Lovely community but perfect for those who prefer a little more privacy as it's on the 1st floor. Clean, well maintained & spacious - fresh decor and great beds. Really well equipped kitchen, excellent wifi, TV streaming (Netflix etc), loads of space for yoga mats. Lovely dining area, big sofa, good water pressure in shower. Pelada has a few restaurants and small shops nearby or a little further away for more choice is Guiones. Pelada is safe for swimming (caution is advised) Oh and surf- well its a stroll across the beach to Guiones, a perfect warm-up!! What else could you need? Would def recommend.
