The hotel is very comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful in everything we needed from check-in until we left: they always helped us to have the best to have the best experience . The restaurant is very rich. Super recommended.

We only spent one night there with a late check-in and early checkout. Comfortable bedding and clean room. Offers family rooms (rare enough to report it). Parking and the on-site restaurant are appreciated.

Great room for the price. while they did advertise air conditioning, we did not get a room with air conditioning. However there is an open air atrium that provides cool air for the room. not the same but we did miss the A/C. Comes with an awesome free breakfast. Recommend the desayuno típico for a great tico breakfast. Very clean and great food. Near downtown Tilaran but still quiet.

Good location right inTileran. Small town not much here. Friendly checkin. Room is basic. Matress is ok but not very comfortable. Internet is almost non existant. Faster on cellular than on wi-fi. I needed to do some work but could not. Breakfast was very good and lots of selections beyond the typical breakfast. Good job
