Everything to my liking

We really enjoyed our stay. You are within an easy bus ride to nearly everything in Cancun and the things that you can’t do from the city bus, will pick you up curbside. The condo was in a beautiful location and easy to access daily. We found everything we needed to cook and prepare full meals and snacks. The bed is comfortable and we felt right at home. We only encountered a few issues, one was potable water which Nela got refilled and installed quickly and the other was the tv is locked in Spanish mode. 😝 But it worked out since we could read pictures enough to get to Spanish music on YouTube! So many small and thoughtful things are in the apartment, the hurricane blinds help keep out the heat during the day, but when up give you a magical view of the lagoon. Plenty of books to read, helpful instructions for operating appliances and all in all a relaxing stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Nela's. She is a great host, and we were in good hands. For the most part, we were outside exploring the area and swimming and walking. When we returned to our rental, we felt right at home, thanks to Nela's effort to make everything just right!

We stayed more than 30 days at this property and didn't want to leave! Nela was very clear with the instructions to access and was always available The apartment matches the photos, and I think it's even better. The room has a spectacular view of the lagoon, it is very spacious and you sleep deliciously with the darkness and silence caused by the windows and the anti-cyclonic curtain. The kitchen is comfortable in case you want to cook. It is located inside the Brisas Condominium, which has a BEAUTIFUL beach. It also has a shop/restaurant inside that gets you out of any trouble. The food is very tasty, and the staff is very warm. The building is quiet, family-friendly and very comfortable. It has a pool but I never went in. It's "somewhat" secluded if you're looking to walk somewhere, but you can get around on the bus and the stop is right in front of the condo, which makes it very accessible. Would definitely go back!!!

Thank you, Nela, for a wonderful stay! Your home is beautiful, clean and tidy, and we appreciated the extra things like coffee, snacks and beach towels. We highly recommend Nela’s place for anyone who wants to be in a quieter and more peaceful area, but still close to downtown tourist area of Cancún which is just a short bus ride away.

Lovely Airbnb in a gated condo community near beautiful waters and a sandy beach! Nela was a fantastic host. The nearby restaurant/mart made delicious breakfast and drinks, and there’s a really nice restaurant Navios close by that we loved for dinner (twice!). It was easy to hop onto a bus from just outside the gate to explore the Hotel Zone. And the views from Nela’s were amazing!

Nela's condo at the Brisas was a perfect location to unwind and relax. Private pool and beachfront made for a wonderful getaway, and away from the hustle and bustle of the main srtip of hotels in Cancun. The condo was clean, spacious, and a great place to come back to after some long days enjoying the beach and the local culture. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely return! Loved our visit at Nela’s condo. Lots of personal touches throughout the suite and many thoughtful additions that went over and above. Very welcoming and friendly staff at the complex. Great pool area and easy beach access. Appreciated Nela having a booklet of local restaurants and activities, including a map of accommodations along the hotel zone beachside. Highly recommend!Will definitely return.
