Excellent stay. The apartment is modern, comfortable and very well located. Everything was clean, tidy and just as shown in the listing. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and the check-in process was very simple. Núcleo Sabana offers a pleasant atmosphere and a convenient location for getting around San José. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. It's a very safe place, and if you like to exercise, the gym is perfect. For those of us who like to run or walk, the place is a 10-minute walk from Parque Sabana, where the national stadium is located. Recommended!

Our stay was excellent. The place was spotless, very clean and tidy, and it was exactly as shown in the photos. The condo is modern, safe, and has luxury amenities that made the experience even better. Salvador was a very friendly, attentive host and always responded quickly to all our messages. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment feels small, but is fully equipped. Also a lovely bed. But the pool and gym are the big bonus. In addition, the top floor offers many quiet common areas and views over the city. Building has a lot of cameras and friendly staff walking around to keep everything tip top. There is ongoing maintenance. Only after the free cancellation had expired did the owner come up with a list of rules and high fines to comply with. That could have been sooner. Wait and see what the damage will be... It is a dog-friendly environment, with all the advantages and disadvantages that come with it. The downstairs pool looks nice, and especially for the kids. Unfortunately, the entire pool falls in the shade of the building for most of the afternoon.

We were initially supposed to stay in another apartment but we were informed the day before check in that there was an issue with the apartment. Salvador informed us that we would be staying in another apartment. This was a penthouse on the 20th floor and a massive upgrade on the original apartment (for the same price). Inside the apartment was beautiful, modern and very spacious. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nice sized kitchen and a very spacious living room. Two smart TVs, LED bathroom mirrors and many kitchen appliances and utensils. The location is perfect, less than a 30 minutes walk to central San Jose and close to amenities by public transport etc. The new Núcleo Gastro Club which is filled with a variety of beautiful restaurants is only a 10 second walk from the apartment building. It also has a beautiful pool and green spaces to enjoy.

everything is very nice and comfortable, what I would add is that the entry system is more automatic, every time you enter the condominium they ask you where it goes a thousand times.
