I would stay at this place over and over again visiting Guatemala City. It’s located around tons of shopping and restaurants. Walked around at night with a 10 year old and felt extremely safe. The place was clean and the hot tub was wonderful as it was chilly at night! Highly recommend this place.

The airbnb still require use key to enter the apartment. No Digital lock. 2025 still someone use key for his apartment, the only benefit is if you lost the tiny key, the owner can fine you USD50 maybe, to open the door. Because there is no any spare key at reception also, you have to wait until owner come to help you to get in and pay him maybe.

First, I want to mention that Mr. Daniel is extremely responsive. He replied to every question we had in under a minute. Initially, we were hesitant to book this place due to the check-in time since we were arriving the same day and wanted to catch a soccer match at 1:00 PM. Daniel asked us what time would be convenient for us and made it work. As for the place itself, our friend, who was staying at another Airbnb down the street, visited after the match and was impressed. He said, "Wow," adding that he was paying twice as much and his place wasn’t as nice. This property is just one block from the Westin, and you know the Westin only chooses good locations for their hotels.

I will stay here every time I come to Guatemala. Great location and amazing host. he was gracious even when I messed up and locked the keys in the apartment. EXTREMELY helpful and responsive! The apartment is perfect if traveling solo or with up to 4 people. 2 full bathrooms made it easy to get ready for going out and for bed! This place is worth every penny. Priced well.

The apartment is a small apartment with a very nice view, close to everything, the location is excellent The apartment is completely clean, everything worked very well It includes shampoo and conditioner. Honestly, I would come back again the host always responded quickly and they allowed us to check in before the check-in time
