Francis and his family were very welcoming. The place was well kept and in a great location. We were very close to the airport, local supermarket and restaurants. The place was very peaceful and we were able to totally unwind from the hustle of daily life at home. My husband and I used the complementary bikes to explore the whole island and loved the porch for just hanging out in the hammock and patio furniture. Highly recommend Francis and his place?

We were so pleased with our stay. The private, secluded location was a delight to "come home to" each night. The private dock and seating area was an added bonus. It was a very short drive to the center of town so we were close to everything without "being in the hustle and bustle". Francis is incredibly kind and the place was immaculate. Also, 10/10 on the air conditioning and fan. Despite days being 90 degrees with high humidity, the A/C kept our room chilly! Highly recommend staying here and would come back in the future.

We loved the MoodyBlue Cottage! Such a great location...right on the water and biking distance to fun restaurants and beaches. Francis was a great host who answered all of our messages in a timely and helpful manner. The home was cozy and clean. We would definitely return to this gem on Caye Caulker!

I can't say enough good things about Francis and his place! Not only are the surroundings beautiful, but it was an incredibly peaceful location that was still extremely walkable (or bike rideable) to everything that we wanted to do. The little bungalow had more than enough space, was spotless upon arrival, and had a great bathroom with a rain shower head. We spent more than one evening sitting on the deck relaxing. Francis also gave amazing recommendations for local activities and food (check out Elba's Little Kitchen for some homemade Belizian food). If you're considering this spot, just do it! We'll definitely be back in the future and appreciated Francis's hospitality!

This place is a gem, nicely away from the main beachfront strip but still walkable. Clean and well maintained, Francis clearly cares about his property and had great local recommendations.

great place to stay on the north side, it was very windy on the south side when we were there so it was nice to be protected from that. easy bike ride to everything you need

Francis was an exceptional host from the very start—he even picked us up from the ferry, which immediately made us feel welcome. The property is safe, gated, and beautifully maintained. As soon as you arrive, you can see the care and pride he puts into his homes. This place is an immaculate little piece of paradise on Caye Caulker. Francis helped book amazing snorkeling and fishing adventures for us, and the bikes provided made getting around the island easy and fun. We walked out to dinner every night—most places were about a 10-minute walk, and even the Split was a pleasant 20-minute walk. This was our first visit to Caye Caulker, but it definitely won’t be our last. You arrive as strangers and leave as friends—Francis’s daily conversations and stories about island life truly made our stay special. Highly recommend!

Francis's place was perfect! Spacious and comfortable in a location that was off the main path but easy to get to restaurants and the main road. The bikes were so great to get around on! Francis was a wonderful host, providing a pick up from the ferry and getting us set up on a snorkel trip. We had an excellent time!

Francis' house is in a very quiet area of Cayo Caulker. Francis picks you up at the ferry terminal and provides you with bikes to tour the island. Please note that the only suitable place for swimming is the Split. Next to Francis' houses is a magnificent pokes place

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen. The wraparound porch was perfect and had a great view of the water. The location is perfect - off the beaten path, but close enough to walk into town. We got a lot of use of the bikes, great for hauling groceries. Housekeeping every 3 days was a really nice convenience. Our hosts were the best part. Francis and his family were warm and welcoming. I really enjoyed chatting with him about Belize and nature. Airport pickup was especially appreciated. Stay here with confidence.

100% would recommend this place. It is an absolutely beautiful secluded location. It is both private and yet close to everything. Francis was incredible with answering questions. He gave amazing recommendations for things to do, rental shops and restaurants. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Hidden Treasures! The cottage was super clean and exactly as pictured. The complex is gated and we felt very secure. Plus, the street is on a dead end, so no street traffic noise. Bicycles are provided which was a huge help getting around. We enjoyed our stay on Caye Caulker!
