The home was incredible. The listing really can’t capture how special it is. The art, pool, cenote, and wildlife were unforgettable. Cristian was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us great advice on food and things to do. The daily maid service was also amazing. We easily visited Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Akumal from the house. Our whole family loved it and we’re already talking about going back

It was the most beautiful airbnb I have had a pleasure to stay at while in Mexico. It's a gorgeous villa, filled with gorgeous art and all the possible essentials you can think of. You can also enjoy a cenote that's on the premises. We wished we stayed a lot longer than 2 nights!

Memorable location! Lovely house with amazing local art and decor. Beautiful grounds. The outdoor dining, pool, and yoga space were amazing. The Cenote was truly special and a great cool spot to spend the afternoons. Our family of five had a great time!

Christiam’s place is Pure magic from the minute we met him. It’s the surroundings, the animals, the facilities, the most importantly Christian himself. What an asset to an already wonderfully magical property. Exceeded all expectations and will be back again

This place is amazing. The beautiful house, jungle surroundings, private Cenote, daily cleaning service, responsive host, and monkey sightings made this a perfect stay. It is just the right place to spend time with family, friends and nature away from the tourist hustle of the Mayan Riviera. We loved it and will definitely try to come back.

Chris was an amazing host. We absolutely loved our stay at the jungle house. The entire property is incredible. One of the highlights was waking up to monkeys swinging from the trees.

Everything was great. The house is as described, lost in the jungle. We were treated to all kinds of animals and even monkeys several times. We were even able to arrive early and stay longer. The staff is very kind and available. Thank you

This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I planned a yoga retreat here and I couldn't be happier. Christiam was so helpful and accommodating, always responding super fast. The chefs on site, Sol and Santiago were incredible and the food outstanding. The cenote and the grounds were beautiful. I'm already planning another retreat for next year. I would recommend 100 %

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! Christian is super nice and easy to communicate with via and he met us at the house upon arrival to give us a tour of everything. Filtered water is provided. Lots of space for 3 adults and 2 young children. The setting is beautiful - in the middle of the jungle with lots of small wildlife to spot (sit in the front at about 5:15pm and you might spot the monkeys making their nightly journey to other other side of the forest). The cenote is a huge perk, we loved swimming in it. The pool was clean and wonderful, as was all the backyard amenities including a thatched roof outdoor kitchen and huge dining table. The house was very clean and it was also cleaned daily while we were there. The location is very close to Akumal village and the beach, all just a short drive away. We rented a car. Highly recommend!

Really special place - a tribute to the local Mayan culture.

This place is exceptional--truly a special home and area. The property itself is spectacular--the cenote is much bigger and more impressive than the photo even shows; the jungle area around the home has beautiful paths; and the pool itself is so nice. The whole place is spacious and bright--eight of us shared it so easily and had the very best time. Truly a unique experience that we can't recommend enough. Christiam responded quickly and shared all kinds of great recs.

Our family of 10 had an excellent stay at the villa. The house and its garden and surrounding are absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the private Cenote. Marie the host was super kind and helpful. She has great taste for all the decorations in the house. We appreciated that the house was cleaned every day by Cecilia. The house is big so ideal for a large group. It is very well equipped (including a washing machine!). You need a car to visit the area as the house is about 5km from Akumal town. It’s a great base to visit Tulum, Coba, the various Cenotes, Akumal beach, etc. The house is a little difficult to find on the last track, perhaps I would suggest to provide guests with a photo of the house sign with the leopard so it’s easier to recognise. ( All in all our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend this place.

Christiam was a great host and made sure our stay was comfortable. He helped schedule a chef to come cook for us one night. It was delicious. The house and cenote were better than the photos. We had such a relaxing time next to the pool and enjoyed the central location where we could visit several cenotes and towns. Highly recommend staying here with family and friends.

The house is full of beautiful art. Wherever you look, there is something interesting to admire. The house has character and the pool area is absolutely lovely. Plenty of room for a large group of people. We did see the monkeys twice on our trip. Overall, our stay was amazing. Be prepared for bugs since this is jungle living.

i can't say enough about how amazing this place was. the host was the best i have ever had. we saw monkeys , iguanas , geckos, birds, and many other wildlife. the cenote and pool were fantastic. we even had daily maid service included! Cecilia was also fantastic. I will 100% be back!
