This is an amazing place to stay! Super quiet and private. The place looks exactly as the pictures, and it's very comfortable. The beds are superb, and the linen is great. ACs and fans in every room were very appreciated room The road to get there isn't the easiest. But it's doable with most cars. The host was always responsive for any issue that might arise. Remember to ask him about delivery options and the laundry :)

Roei, I have so much I could say about your property. The breathtaking view, the attention to detail, the atmosphere, the pool, the tiki hut, and how clean everything was overall. Your Airbnb was the best I have stayed at out of my 5 years on this app. Your hospitality, kindness, knowledge of Santa Teresa, connections, and your blessing of making sure we were always taken care of. I will return to Costa Rica in May & June, thank you my friend for making this trip so special for my brother and I. 10/10 Shalom my brother.

stayed here for 1 month and this is the most beautiful villa i've ever stayed at, the photos don't do it justice. the view is amazing, it is peaceful and quiet and there is lots of space. the outdoor grill was a highlight too, and Roei the host was very responsive and helpful with any requests we made. 100% would stay again, if you are visiting santa teresa this place is a must if you want a quiet and beautiful villa 5 mins drive from the main area. the wifi is great aswell with starlink, if you need to work online

We had a spectacular stay. There were 7 of us friends and the house was perfect for us: spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The common spaces are ideal for sharing and enjoying, and the rooms allow you to rest peacefully. Everything was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The location is excellent and the environment invites you to relax and unwind. Communication with the host was clear and quick at all times, always very willing to help. We would definitely come back and totally recommend it for groups of friends or families who want to spend a few incredible days. We had an amazing stay. The common areas are ideal for spending time together, and the bedrooms are great for resting peacefully. Everything was very clean and well organized upon arrival. Great spot, good price

Our stay in Santa Teresa was absolutely incredible, and this home was a huge part of that experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean views—there really is nothing like waking up to the sound of waves and glimpsing the turquoise water on the horizon. Throughout my stay, I could hear monkeys and other wildlife in the distance. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Roy was an outstanding host. He was extremely attentive and always responded to my questions right away, making the whole trip stress-free.
