Our stay in Costa Rica was amazing and such an unforgettable experience! The local people were amazing and the house manager told us the best places to go, eat and shop!

If your looking for animals this is the place to stay. Just in the backyard we were able to see monkeys, toucans, and many other Costa Rican wildlife. Only downfall were the bats that are in the atrium in the house. My kids liked them but I am not a fan of bats in the house. Everything was super clean and the pool was an amazing addition especially for kids.

100% recommended, an amazing view, the pool is very nice and clean, the house is full equipped and beautiful, the service was very good just like the communication. I'm sure I'll go back to

Host accepted my request by mistake, reservations was for feb 27 and she “thought” it was mar 4. Apparently we found out while we were on our way from Uvita. We did not stay there but we it was huge hassle to suffer. Upon calling her to clarify she was “please cancel from your side, or I am an attorney etc” I mean good luck to your clients if you can’t figure out the difference between feb 27 and mar 4 and then huge ego!!!

Beautiful house, impeccable place, a haven of peace, Maria is a super host, I recommend it 100 percent. A peaceful place, the beautiful pool area and an incredible view. There's nothing else to ask for. Thank you for everything

We enjoyed the amazing views from a very secluded, peaceful backyard with private pool. The beds were comfortable, and good A/C kept us cool at night. We loved several nearby restaurants, including Maria's suggestions, and mostly opted for those over the 20 min drive to Jaco. We did have a few challenges, but Maria and Pablo were very responsive and worked to resolve the problems. (The water was shut off a couple of times, but restored, and the wifi was out). Some travelers may wish for hot water in the shower, even if many places don't have it because it's a pretty hot area. We saw more parrots than people in this quiet, secure neighborhood and enjoyed visiting a variety of nearby beaches.

The location for this place is amazing. You have a private pool with amazing views of the ocean. You also get to see macaws right on your backyard. Because this home is in the middle of the mountain, there are some aspects that come with it. Humidity and dust were a problem inside the house. This could have been a 1-off experience, but I was bitten by bedbugs or mites during the night. The problem was solved by changing the sheets. I've communicated this to Maria so hopefully this won't happen again to future travelers.

Dear Jose Hernando, I sent every day to the worker to solve a problem that you had and if there were no batteries in the controls he would have asked the one to bring them, that is the fundamental reason for sending a worker almost every day. As for the humidity I will try to solve this situation a little more, even though it is almost inevitable to be near the beach, as well as the insects. If they leave the doors that communicate with the open pool they will inevitably have insects not fleas in their rooms I appreciate your considerations, they will be taken into account
