What a wonderful stay we had at James's home! It is in a pristine, safe and gorgeous location with easy proximity to the coast and all of the beauties of Costa Ballena. The views are stunning, the beds, linens, kitchen and bathrooms are private and comfortable.Thank you to James and his team for a lovely stay and kind hospitality.

We had the most amazing time in this beautiful house, with a fabulous pool that the kids were hardly out of. Views of the ocean were incredible and the sunsets out of this World. Short 4 min drive to the best beach!! We had surfing lessons at Dominicalito, easy to organize and instructors were great with the kids. We took a private tour from Siempre to Canu Island for snorkeling, out through the mangroves and the river mouth. Highly recommend. Also visiting Barú Park, Uvita and the whale tail and the local waterfall. Saw so much wildlife (sloths, monkeys, turtles, toucans, parrots, dolphins). Also had enough time to relax at the house. If you are on the fence about booking this place- don’t be. It’s totally worth it and made our trip to Costa Rica!!!!

The house is absolutely amazing😍😍 We were 3 couples and had a great time. The house is absolutely beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need, and everything is spotless (feels brand new), even the BBQ. And the sunset from the pool is absolutely stunning 🤩🤩

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sunset Las Olas. The house is exceptionally well-equipped and has absolutely everything we could wish for in an Airbnb. The outdoor area is a dream: the sunsets from the terrace are breathtaking, and we loved relaxing in the beautiful infinity pool while enjoying the ocean view. A real highlight for us was the wildlife – we actually spotted more birds right in the garden than in the nearby national parks! The postcard-perfect beach of Dominicalito is just a few minutes away, making the location both convenient and serene. A huge thank you to Cris and Esteban, who were incredibly helpful and always there for us. We highly recommend this place without reservation and would love to come back in a heartbeat!

A beautiful home in a stunning location. We were here as 3 couples and spent most mornings by the pool listening and watching the birds and wildlife come to life. Then we’d go check out local scenery, restaurants and attractions and return to this oasis late afternoon to chill by the pool. As nice as this home is, we spent most of our awake hours on the patio. The view is gorgeous and never gets old. The home is well equipped and Chris and Esteban were responsive and helpful every time we needed them. Thanks for a wonderful stay! This house was wonderful and made for an easy and beautiful vacation. The team was super responsive to our needs. The pools was great and the rooms comfy. Would definitely recommend the house to anyone staying in the area.

This is our third visit to Sunset Las Olas. And it won’t be our last! We love it here.

We highly recommend James's home in Las Olas. It perfectly met the needs of our group of 2 couples and one child. The response of the concierge during the weeks leading up to our stay and while we were in the home was outstanding. We could not ask for more! Be sure to rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle if you are providing your own transportation. It is worth the drive to get to this special location.

We had an amazing stay! The house is as expected. The view is better than the pictures. We couldn’t have been happier!!

It is always a pleasure when the home matches the description. The hosts were professional, communicative, and responsive right from booking. This house was perfect for our family of four; it was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. Crime the toucans and monkeys in nearby trees, to the fabulous pool and outdoor seating, everything was perfect for us. The area is very quiet but there are plenty of things to do nearby via car. Dominicalito beach was quiet and peaceful and a great place to learn to surf! Waterfalls, Manuel Antonio park and many other things are only an hour or less away by car. The house had everything we needed for 10-days and we will stay again in a heartbeat; that’s the best compliment I can give!

Wow, just wow. I visited with my elderly parents and brother, even though the stairs are a little steep (we knew this prior to booking), everyone was blown away by the experience, view and service provided by the property. Well worth it! Everything exceeded expectations. Definitely was an executive experience.

The house was absolutely stunning upon arrival. The house was stocked with basic pantry supplies which made us feel right at home! The pool and amenities were incredible, and they even had pool toys for my 5-year-old who never left the pool! We will certainly be inquiring about rebooking next spring break:)
