Good unit with great views. do confirm entry instructions as that can be quite confusing especially if you dont have a door entry fob or someone meeting you. 2 elevators and not well marked for this unit.

I love Mari's condo. Whenever I travel to Coronado I try to request this unit. I love the location of the unit and the huge deck...not to mention the hot tub. The rooms are spacious and all of the required amenities are always in the apartment.

As advertised! Mari worked with me to arrange for champagne, chocolates and flowers in advance of our arrival.. The photos accurately capture the unit, beachfront and balcony.. Much thanks thanks to Lorena, also, for her assistance!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has a large terrace where you can enjoy the breeze and the sound of the sea. The social area is nice with a beautiful view of the beach that is a few steps away. I recommend staying in the apartment. You can enjoy it a lot.

Good size apartment in a building right next to the beach. Both bedrooms a good size with plenty of options to store and hang clothes. Kitchen well equipped. Cable tv was not working in the lounge but that was quickly sorted. There was Disney Plus on the tv and the wifi worked well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had lots of water pressure. The building staff are very friendly and work hard to keep everything clean. The ground level pool is a good size and there is a smaller pool on the roof. There are 2 mini marts nearby and 2 restaurants. The shops at Coronado are a 5 minute drive where you plenty of choice. A good location for a holiday.

The apartment is in a block, right on the seafront. It is easy to go down, through the gate and walk on the beach. The apartment is roomy, with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and lounge area. There is a tv in the lounge and main bedroom. There is a good sized hob and oven, and a big fridge/freezer. The main bathroom is a good size and the shower works well with plenty of hot water. There are swimming pools at ground level with sun loungers and seats available and there is a pool on the roof. There is a gym at roof level too. There is a covered car park at the base of the building. Security works well. There are 2 mini markets nearby, also an Italian restaurant and another restaurant called Picasso which does karaoke and trivia quiz events. To get to the main Coronado shops would take 5 minutes in the car. There are all the different supermarkets, Rey, Super 99, Riba Smith etc plus Novey, Do It Center, a cinema, fast food outlets and many other shops.

We enjoyed our stay very much, beautiful place, view and communication with our host was perfect. Keep doing a great job. We loved our stay 👍🏽

The location is fantastic! Wonderful restaurants within walking distance or a short uber ride away. Not only is the patio on this unit simply magnificent, but the beach access and amenities are incredible. We met some lovely people in the building and had great conversations making new friends. This place is a gem.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortably furnished, clean and well equipped. The location is great. We relaxed on the large deck and enjoyed the fantastic views from it. Using the jacuzzi at the end of the day was wonderful. The building is well maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a wonderful gym. We look forward to returning for another enjoyable stay. The hosts were always very responsive and proactive.

I want to leave my right opinion of several points 1. The toilet, amazing absolutely nothing was x clean before use, up to the Jacuzzi was super clean 2. I loved it, coming in and seeing that the bathrooms had soap, toilet paper. Usually when you go to arbnb most are with nothing, here even bottled water had us. 3. The people of the building, aseadores, jaserjes and so on, very polite, attentive and nice 4. The atmosphere of the building, I loved it. And that they are mostly retired people and very respectful Overall it was a wonderful experience and I recommend it in closed eyes, no doubt it is nice to know that my children and I were in a clean, nice and safe place! We had a wonderful time ! The view is amazing. The deck is the biggest in the building. We enjoyed the jetted pool on the deck. She was very accommodating for our last minute booking. Great communication, always quick to respond if a need arises.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks. This was not our first time staying in Coronado Bay, but let me say it has been the best stay. On the deck, one can capture the range of nature and beauty Coronado has to offer. The mountains, forest, and direct ocean views are front and center. The deck itself was an additional living space to use for hanging out, dinning or dipping in the jacuzzi. The apartment had everything I needed for meal prep. The blender was not working when we arrived, I reached out to Mari, offered to purchase a blender which she reimbursed me for. The apartment was clean and had sufficient linens and towels for use. Mari arranged to have someone come to clean the jacuzzi several times during our stay. We travel to Coronado bay frequently. On our next visit this will be THE UNIT we search for. Thank you Mari for a great, relaxing stay!

Beautiful apartment, impeccable and more beautiful than the pictures. The apartment has air in all the rooms and two smart TVs where you can watch Netflix, prime, hbo etc. It has indoor parking and the common areas are also clear at all times. The only thing is that we couldn't get into the hot tub as it was quite dirty at the time of our arrival. I recommend hosts to cover the jacuzzi to avoid bugs, leaves, etc. That way you can enjoy it with clean water.

The apartment worked well for the three of us (one couple and a single). The view is fantastic, and there were several restaurants within walking distance, but we thought it would have been nice if there was a bar/snack bar somewhere close by.

Mari’s place is in the perfect location, the pool is great and the beach is a few steps away from the pool, is close to supermarkets and restaurants, there are two restaurants within walking distance.

I really liked the apartment, it's just as it looks in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped, comfortable rooms and a very comfortable private jacuzzi. It is worth going up to the terrace of the building for spectacular views. I recommend it.

This home is WONDERFUL! The views, THE DECK, the lovely towels and beds, everything was exactly as we like to find it at AirBnb! Highly recommend! We will be back!

We stayed 3 weeks in this beautiful condo and it was exactly as described. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The balcony is soooo much bigger than the pictures show. There is plenty of sun but also shade on the east side of the balcony. View is fantastic to watch the tides. Beach is clean, safe and easy to walk. NOTE: there is no Canadian Rye Whisky in all of Panama, only Canadian Club if you're lucky to find it.

We loved our stay at Mari’s condo. You can’t tell by the photos, but the terrace is amazing…huge with incredible views. The king bed was comfy and having two bathrooms was really nice. Check in was easy and we had access to the gym (which has incredible views). We were within easy walking distance of a convenience mart and a couple of restaurants. Three or four other restaurants were really close for driving as well. Highly recommend this condo for a couple or 3-4 people.

The unit was as expected, with easy check-in with a code, but the balcony and view are truly the selling points on this place. The hot tub on the balcony appeared to be just a broken down bathtub (did not look like the controls were even there). The panoramic views were worth every penny even though the unit in general appears to be dated and needs a few updates. A/C in living room and bedroom worked great. Lots of dishes and cookware. Lots of towels and extra bedding. Floaty toys for kids to use in the pool. Washer/Dryer came in handy. Bed, bedding and pillows needs some updating (work up a little stiff in the mornings). Walked to restaurants within 5 minutes. Overall it would sleep 5 comfortably but we did not use the second bedroom and bathroom since there were only 2 of us.

This owner is the definition of a super host. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway: plenty of towels, beach toys and chairs, extra blankets and sheets, soap and 3-ply toilet paper and paper towels. You only need to pack your toothbrush and your bathing suit! 10/10 recommend.

OUTSTANDING place. Oceanfront, close to restaurants/bars. Master bedroom has awesome views of ocean and mountains. Washer/dryer critical for extended stays. Ocean temp is awesome and minimal waves make it very swimmable. Pools are hangout spots to meet others. Mari very responsive, loved our 5 weeks.

This is a great condo for its location and proximity to the beach. The balcony is huge and overlooks the ocean with a view from east to west. The weather was mostly sunny, so all meals were eaten on the balcony. The condo is as described and the floor-to-ceiling windows are wonderful. One note if you are driving, the condo building enterance is not clearly marked and hard to find after dark. We really enjoyed the place and would stay again, thank you.

Accurate presentation. Great condo, right on the beach. From the terrace one can watch the tides and the amazing colors of the ocean.

This is a very nice unit. 2 very nice-sized bedrooms. Super clean and has the best balcony in the whole building. The views from the master bedroom are amazing. The A/C works great. The furniture is comfy. The kitchen has everything you need. Water pressure is great for showers. No complaints!

The patio/outdoor space is INCREDIBLE. So much room. By noon the sun was behind the building so there was plenty of shade to sit on the patio w/o fear of burning. AMAZING views of the ocean and pool. The gym is pretty decent for basic weightlifting and the rooftop pool is spectacular. Will definitely be back!

This apartment in Coronado Bay has many extras that aren’t afforded by others available through Air B and B. The extended patio seems to be almost the same m2 as the interior of the apartment. The hostess took great care in the hygiene supplies provided to us thinking of everything from new bars of soap, to spray bottle of alcohol and extra masks. The well-equipped kitchen with complete, well-functioning appliances made preparing meals easy! The washer and dryer allowed for less laundry upon arrival home too! Many thanks!

The place is quiet and the Coronado area has restaurant options of all kinds. The hosts were always attentive to answer our questions and give us information. We had a great time!

This is a great place to stay in Coronado. It's the best unit in the entire building with an awesome patio and view, the facilities and pool are great, you've got the beach right out front, and it's just a 5 minute walk to the Italian restaurant which is probably the best food in the area, and a 10 minute walk to Picassos.

AMENITIES,: including a washer/dryer, BBQ grill, all kitchen and bathroom needs, 2 swimming pools, exercise room, gated community, etc.. DINING OUT: there are a half dozen restaurants right up the road with excellent food for breakfast (i.e. - Picassos), lunch or dinner (i.e. - Cafe Med and Lunarossa). SHOPPING: lots of stores just up the street We've been to Airbnb's in four continents and this one is among the best!

Amazing views in a well appointed apartment with larger than expected like vung space and balcony

This is a lovely apartment with an amazing view. The host has been very thoughtful. From beach towels and beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen, portable fans, magnified make-up mirror, etc. All of this and more made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
