Our experience was spectacular, a majestic place, they take care of every detail so you can have a real break. Very comfortable rooms, spacious living area with all amenities, good security and indoor parking. In addition, the communication with Charlena was always attentive and fluid. They can definitely consider this place as a great choice to stay.

A very large condo in a beautiful building. Easy communication with the host. The place has a private security, a restaurant, and a grocery store downstairs. That was a plus for sure. Beaches close by but no restaurant strip, for those looking for a night life. The price was also worth it!

Super nice and very large condo! We had a wonderful two-week stay. We didn't have a car but the beaches (Junquillal and Blanca) were not too far away. Life in this area is so peaceful and the Ticos are really very nice. We walked several times to the small village of Paraìso to play at the park with the children. The grocery store downstairs bothered us well despite the prices a little more expensive than elsewhere. On the other hand, having known that it was so small, we would have done a big grocery store before we arrived. The bus to Santa Cruz passes right in front of the apartment so we went shopping to complete and it just enriched our experience! Only two things: the pool is not very well maintained and the condo is on the side of the road which is still quite busy, it can be more difficult for people like me who have very light sleep.

A very well appointed and comfortable place to stay while in paradise. Offering amenities and convenience with the facilities available on the ground floor (Mini Grocery Store and restaurant). Various options for restaurant dining within reasonable distance. Beaches close by and onsite pool are of great value.

This place is FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend a stay at Charlena's. The space is HUGE and beautiful! Very clean and well taken care. Plenty of space for everyone. Check-in was simple with all electronic locks for entry and communication with Charlena was perfect and very quick. This is probably the best equipped Airbnb my wife and I have ever been in. There is every cooking utensil that you could want and plenty of plates, etc. Excellent washer and dryer facilities. Community pool. Can't say enough good things about this place. There is a nice restaurant with friendly staff and smaller grocery store downstairs. The grocery store has a lot of essentials but, not a huge selection. The beach is a quick 5 min (or less) drive or 10-15 min walk. Sodas and restaurants are also nearby. Everyone is super friendly in the area. There is only one aspect that some people may not prefer. The location is out in a rural area. If you need a gas station or a better stocked grocery store you'll need to drive ~20-30 mins to Tamarindo or Santa Ana. This didn't bother us but, it may bother others.

Charlena's condo is perfect! Spacious and well appointed. Everything you need. Easy 15 minute stroll to the beach. The complex is quiet and secure. The little grocery store on site is super convenient and the new little restaurant downstairs is excellent. Communication with Charlena, both before our visit, and during, was quick and easy. Thanks so much for sharing your corner of paradise with us!

Charlena's place offers everything you need for the perfect stay in Costa Rica. So close to all the beautiful beaches. There is a wonderful little restaurant right downstairs along with a convenience store that has everything. The private parking and security was also very appreciated. I wouldn't change a thing! We can't wait to come back. Thank you!!

Our stay was great, the place is well equipped and a short drive away of really nice beaches. We worked from there and didn’t have any issues with the internet connection. Totally recommend it!

This place is very nice, large rooms and all very clean. It is close to many beaches and having the grocery store in the place is very convenient.
