Million Dollar view that can't be beat, albeit with a few blemishes. Watch the birds soaring so close to the balcony that you could almost touch them, or the sun rise in the east with morning coffee and setting in the west with cocktails, or watch the fishermen arrive in the morning and leave around suppertime. Our biggest surprise was that the shower doors in the two bathrooms had a heavy buildup of soap scum - something we did not find in other units of friends we made here. It suggests that a previous longer term renter was likely negligent. They provided a cleaner we recommended, and offered to have staff clean them. We decided to clean it ourselves over the course of a month, so only the guest shower remains for them to finish. The volcanic ash and sand that swirls up from the beach with strong NE winds in the dry season, settles on the balcony and stains the cushions. Frequent cleaning! Those with respiratory ailments like COPD should be wary - keep patio doors closed.
