Good place

Cesar and Samira are very friendly people; they always took care of our needs. There were problems with the lock during the time we used the place, but they helped us whenever we needed it. The house is very nice and comfortable; the place is quiet, allowing you to rest. It is worth mentioning that parking is a bit inconvenient, as it is shared with another property. We are very grateful for letting us stay at your place.

A very spacious house with multiple accessible rooms and their respective accommodations, but there is only 1 bathroom. In front of the house there is another apartment. The main entrance/gate takes you to an internal and narrow neighborhood, so it can be uncomfortable when carrying large cars and also the entrance is sloped. At the time the gate did not work and had to be manipulated manually, it did not close completely which was a bit dysfunctional for us since we have pets and as I mentioned, the house is shared within that internal neighborhood, however the host gave us a solution on how to do it. If you want to cook and so on, you must bring your own oil and basic condiments as they are not offered. The neighborhood is very familiar so it is not something very private or far away to consider. As for the beds and the rest, everything was great.

The stay was generally good, but we had some drawbacks: the shower did not work properly and caused a leak with noise from the pump during the night, a garage door did not close properly and the parking lot was small and difficult to maneuver for a large group. With better maintenance, the place can improve a lot. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and Cesar was available to help us solve the problems.
