We had an amazing stay at this beautiful penthouse suite in the mountains of Coco Beach, Costa Rica. The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to them each morning was a highlight of our trip. Craig was an exceptional host. He was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and provided helpful recommendations about the area that made our stay even more enjoyable. The penthouse itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, including soaps, shampoos, and plenty of towels, which made it feel comfortable and convenient—like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views!

Super excellent, very nice

Craig's listing title is spot on. The views are stunning from all the rooms in the condo and from the amazing balconies! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in and included everything we needed. We carefully considered the tradeoff between a walkable location and the spectacular views and quiet privacy offered by Craig's condo. We were very happy with this choice. We swam at the pool, ate at the clubhouse, visited the beach club at Ocotal and all were great! We also ate at a couple of Craig's recommended locations including the Lookout and Claudio Y Gloria's. Both were great! Coco is a great little beach town with wonderful family-friendly nightlife near the beach. Several locations had live music on multiple nights. Craig was fantastic! He was very responsive and followed up to be sure our stay was enjoyable. Thanks Craig!

Craig's place was beautiful- even better than the pictures. the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. beautiful clubhouse with pool and tennis courts too!

Craig's condo is beautiful, just as you see in the pictures. The view is amazing. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Stunning views! The condo was just perfect for our family. Plenty of room. Enjoyed breakfast on the lanai daily. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was great! Craig was great to work with. He had a lot of recommendations, instructions were clear. It was a perfect stay. We will be back. Thank you!

A car is a must. Almost impossible to walk anywhere. Everything is far and the road up is beyond steep. But the view and the comfort are both fantastic. We had a great stay.

We spent incredible family time in the accommodation, it is beautiful (it is better than what you see in the photos), the view is unbeatable, it is on the fifth floor (accessible since there is an elevator), it is very comfortable, well equipped and spacious, private and quiet. It is advisable to have a vehicle as it is on a hill. The complex club is large, with a nice pool. Craig, Jesus and his wife's service is excellent, they respond quickly and are very kind. I had never stayed in an apartment where the host took the time to send a file with useful directions for the one who stays, I loved that!

We loved spending our Christmas vacation at Craig’s condo. The ocean views were fantastic from his penthouse condo, absolutely the best views in Playas del Coco. The beds were comfy, the oversized outdoor patio was one of our favorite places to relax, read a book and enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the condo floor plan gave all 5 of us plenty of space. The pool and restaurant at the Coco Bay Estates clubhouse were lovely. Craig was prompt and helpful in his communication. We also loved his recommendation to eat at Restaurante Mar Azul for Christmas dinner, the very best seafood restaurant in Playas del Coco, and the absolute best Sea Bass dinner I’ve ever had. We highly recommend renting Craig’s condo.

Gorgeous, comfortable place with excellent amenities and a perfect location from which to explore the surrounding area. The pictures do not do this space and view justice. The rooms were large and well-furnished. The host was very responsive and helpful in terms of local recommendations. The view was spectacular. Quiet and private spot that was perfect for young kids but with a huge comfortable living area and balcony for the adults to enjoy in the evenings. The location was also close enough to town to be very easily accessed with a short drive. The pool and beach club were also wonderful. We are already looking forward to hopefully staying here again the next time we're in Coco.

Spacious condo that has unobstructed 180 degree views of beaches and mountains, air conditioning and convenient access to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

An amazing place w/spectacular views as if from an eagle’s nest. Well-decorated with lovely CR quality furnishings. We loved this 5th story residence w/a capable elevator. Craig is a great host w/prompt, detailed responses. His recommendation of the Sugoi (an awesome Mexican-Asian) restaurant in the community’s Clubhouse was perfect for our family & friends. You should have a 4x2 (or 4x4) vehicle to make the uphill climb comfortably...
