We will definitely be back! The south side of San Pedro is our favorite—so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to Keith and his team for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They accommodated an early check-in, arranged complimentary airport shuttle service, delivered a golf cart directly to the house, and even stocked the refrigerator with the groceries we requested before we arrived. To top it all off, they helped arrange in-home massages, which made the trip even more relaxing. The entire experience was truly five-star. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Keith’s place was nothing short of amazing! Celebrated my 45th birthday with my sister and cousins. Home was clean, the private property was beautiful, and right on the beach. Keith was very responsive any time I had a question. The Property Manager, Kelin was a doll. She arranged transportation for us to be picked up from the pier to take us to the property. I wish I could remember the driver’s name. He was so kind. One night, we were having trouble ordering food. I messaged Kelin, who called the restaurant and ordered for us. We paid the delivery driver when he arrived. There was one small issue the morning of our departure, but Kelin took care of it immediately. Nothing in this life is perfect. Things happen. How it’s handled is what’s important. Kelin handled it promptly and professionally. There were a couple of small geckos in the home but they are harmless. One, we named Gary. He kept the mosquitos away. Bring plenty of bug repellant. Loved this home and cant wait to return!

This place is perfect if you are looking for a private getaway. Also when you book an excursion, they will pick you up off of your private pier. We will definitely be back.

The home is as described. You are in the tropics so expect to see little baby lizards in the house, everyday we were catching them and returning them outside. They were not a bother, nor do they hurt anything. The view is why we chose this home, it is pristine! You can see the waves coming in off the reef and the water is crystal clear. You are just a short golf cart ride away from all restaurants and things to do! A lot of the excursions will pick you up at the dock if you arrange it, that was very helpful. We had a wonderful experience!

We chose this place because we liked the en suite bathroom setup. The pool was also a big draw. We were with my daughter, her friend and father in law. The rooms were spacious, comfortable beds, and quiet with individual AC units. Exceptionally clean, too. Kelin was great. We all arrived at different times and she was able to meet our daughter and let her in early. She arranged our connections and 2 excursions. Top notch! We had an AC issue the first day, and Kelin was very responsive and took care of it. It actually got cold in the great room. We rented golf carts, which was essential, as the grocery stores and restaurants are not within walking distance. The Hula Bar (5 minutes by golf cart) was great and close. Elvi's Kitchen, Maxie's, Purple Pelican were exceptional. We loved the pool. There was nothing better than being able to jump in after a day in the heat and humidity. Beautiful view, private and quiet, easy to get to great restaurants downtown. We'd stay again!

Keith’s place is an amazing slice of paradise. Great for hours relaxing by the pool, walking in the sand and enjoying the breeze. The property manager Kelin is like a concierge at an incredible hotel. She will help arrange anything and everything you need. The property is a bit of distance from town so you will want to plan ahead when headed that way. Enjoy! Hope we make it back soon.

We had a wonderful stay- it’s a bit off the beaten path but very quick access to restaurants, shops, etc. it’s a stunning location, the pool is great, bedrooms were all very comfortable and clean.

Amazing location and home

This place was perfect for 6 people. The property manager was very responsive. The view and pool were amazing. The only suggestion we might have to make this place better is more comfortable mattresses. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place was fantastic for our family of four. The kids loved the pool and all the rooms were super nice. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs and drinkable water provided. Keith was great for booking and Kelin our point of contact once we got to the island was terrific. She booked all of our excursions that picked us up from the private pier and put a full itinerary together for us. She booked our flights from Belize City on tropic air and arranged transport to and from the airport. She had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat and had a golf cart waiting for us on site. she was there upon arrival and helped bring in our luggage and gave us the run down on the house. Can't thank Kelin enough for her hardwork in making our vacation super special. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place. A little bit of a drive to town, but that’s what we were looking for when we booked. Kelin, our property manager, was fabulous!

I think this house has one of the best views you can find on the island. The house is extremely spacious and The property management Kelin was so very nice and helpful! Please use the fishing guides Bent Hook Adventures that they suggest for all your excursions. They are the 2 best guys..Joe and Austin. I would suggest getting groceries at Super Buy in town and not closer to the house due to pricing. Black Orchid is the best restaurant nearby, food and drinks phenomenal. Ride to town is not as bad as I saw on a lot of reviews...just dont speed and its not bumpy! Bring some laundry pods, limited towels. One slight hiccup on last night but team urgently handled and it didn't ruin the amazing week we had! Would recommend!

Beautiful house on the beach. Very spacious. Hostess in Belize was friendly, responsive and helpful. Just a few little maintaince items like tile on pool, kitchen cabinet and maybe more comfortable living room furniture.

Kellin the host was amazing and went above and beyond. Everyone she recommended were outstanding. Maria who came over and made dinner for us was super personable and the food was delicious.
