If you're going to San Juan, this accommodation is a gem! Very comfortable, the view is beautiful, and the tropical environment makes you feel like you're on vacation right away. Everything was clean. Access to the TreeCasa hotel facilities is a big plus: after a day of exploring the area, finding the pool (especially the Ocean View one) was just perfect. Jeff is a thoughtful and friendly host. He responds quickly to questions and knows how to offer useful, quality recommendations. Hopefully get the opportunity to go back.

It was a peaceful stay. The family enjoyed the pool and loved that we had transportation to town. It has some beautiful views. It was a relaxing trip we will definitely be returning.

The place is heavenly surrounded by howler monkeys, parroqueets, and colourful butterflies. The bungalow is fully equipped and like home from home. Jeff is a super helpfull kind of guy and he made our stay easy. San Juan del Sur is a short drive away. The Tree casa restaurant is definitely one of the best for food and ambience. The whole experience was perfect from beginning to end.

We can't be happier The apartment is exactly as described: nice, fully equipped and with stunning views. The fact that it is within Treecasa, with the security and services it has, makes it a real gem. In addition, Jeff was attentive at all times and was very helpful, not to mention his social work at Sonrisas Felices and Nicafe, a highly recommended restaurant. We will definitely come back when we return to San Juan del Sur.

We loved our stay here, especially with the benefits of the resort pools which are just steps away from the front door. The place itself is huge… much bigger than we expected. So very comfortable to hang out inside or outside on the large covered patio. Our stay coincided with a big storm so we spent quite a bit of time in the house, and we felt lucky to be in such a comfortable spot. And when the sun did come out we could easily use the pool and amenities. It’s about a 15 minute drive into town and about 15-20 to various beach options. The host was great and provided recommendations as needed. We hope to come back some day!

Jeff’s property is a wonderful entire home/apartment. My parents and my son stayed there and truly enjoyed their time. Having access to the pools at TreeCasa Resort as part of the stay was a fantastic bonus, and my family loved every minute of it. As a host, Jeff is simply the best. From the moment I made the reservation, he reached out to me, provided all the information my parents needed for a smooth arrival, and was very responsive throughout their stay. He was always kind, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend Jeff’s property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We will definitely be back soon!

My stay was incredible. The sense of peace was felt the moment I stepped into the bungalow. The energy is beautiful, and the entire location is absolutely breathtaking. Communication with Jeff was impeccable, and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s place and the house and surroundings were beautiful. Jeff was a great host and responded promptly to any issues that we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had an amazing stay at Jeffs place. It’s located inside a resort and you really feel that you’re staying at a resort. There’s a new beautiful infinity pool right above the apartment and we were alone there. The AC worked great. However there were several ants, spiders and grasshoppers which wasn’t a great surprise.
