Kimberly was an amazing host! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. She was always available to answer our questions and helped us with anything we needed, responding very quickly every time. The apartment is absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, if not even more beautiful in person. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described. We also loved the building and the neighborhood; we felt safe, comfortable, and truly at home. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the convenience of the building. There were several great restaurants, cozy cafés, and a beautiful gym all within the property, making everything so easy and enjoyable. The building also felt very private and secure, which made our stay even more relaxing. Thank you, Kimberly, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
We had a great time! The accommodation was as advertised, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The host was very welcoming, responsive and available throughout the stay. Communication was simple and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this listing and would be happy to come back. Thanks again for hosting us!

Amazing views on all sides of condo. at most 15/20 mins from any place you’ll need to go to. very nice high rise. friendly staff. condo had everything we needed.
We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed many aspects of the stay. The apartment is nice, the building is very good, and the location is excellent and very central, with convenient restaurants in the building. The views are lovely, the balcony is very enjoyable, and the kitchen had useful essentials. It is worth noting, however, that the road noise is quite noticeable even on the 20th floor and with the windows closed, and there is no dishwasher. Sadly, the apartment was not as clean as we expected when we arrived, which made the start of the stay less comfortable than it should have been. The host was very responsive and did try to address it right away. Once that initial issue was resolved, we did feel at home and found it to be a comfortable place to stay. We stayed in this building before and feel there are better apartments available here at a better price point. Overall, this is a decent apartment, but it would need improving for the experience to fully match the asking price.
The place was very nice, exactly like the pictures. I stayed in the same building before several times, and this place was so far the nicest and cleanest. Good A/C units, good TVs, clean kitchen. Laundry machines were clean and worked well. Recommend the place and the host.

Wonderful and luxurious. Huge flat on a high floor with amazing views. Everything is perfect besides maybe the location. I didn’t find it that problematic personally, but the grocery store is about a 20 min walk away. AC worked great. Beds were comfy. It’s a luxury apartment building where others live full time so you need to be quiet and respectful because building staff pay attention to that sort of thing.
Nice, clean apartment. Great patio, but almost too noise to sit out. The whole complex is very nice and well kept. The restaurant are very good. Since the unit is newer to the market we had to ask for a few missing times that were delivered promptly! Kimberly is a very good communicator.
Pros: • The building & unit are absolutely stunning & well maintained. Clean throughout (with the exception of some loofahs and used bars of soap in the shower that were left behind from previous tenants maybe?) • Building staff were very helpful. • The building was quiet & peaceful • Central location that was close by everything. Nothing was more than a 15 minute drive away Cons: • The area is not walkable. • There were no washcloths when we arrived and the host did not recitfy the situation until 3 days into our stay at which point we had already gotten our own towels. • The host has very poor communication. Any time we reached out to her it took 24-48 hrs for a response IF she even bothered to respond at all. • The building had a water outage for a few hours that we were not made aware of beforehand & when we reached out to the host she lied & said the water in the entire country was out & that we needed to return to the US immediately. The situation was very strange.
This unit was beautifully decorated with high end modern finishes. The view and balcony were our absolute favorite. The building included access to incredible amenities including a pool, spa and gym. There’s a restaurant attached to building where we enjoyed a nice dinner. Valet parking is available free of charge, but there’s also self-parking. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming.
We had a great stay at Kimberly’s place. It’s modern, clean, and super nice overall. The location is close to everything we needed in the city, though I wouldn’t say it’s fully walkable. Still, very convenient and comfortable, we’d definitely stay again.
