My family and I were very pleased!!! Starting with communication with the hosts, everything was clear and even flexible to our benefit. As for the location, it is very easy to get there; they welcome you at a security checkpoint with good security. The supermarket is 2 minutes away, and most importantly, it is very affordable and well-stocked (Super 99). As for the apartment, I can say that it is fully equipped with a coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, etc. All kinds of utensils, cutlery, glasses, plates—basically, everything we needed to cook comfortably. The design is penthouse-style, with 2 super comfortable bedrooms on the first floor and a luxury bedroom on the second floor. It has 2 balconies with privileged views of the ocean and the pool. In short, it's like being at a resort (pool, beach, and amenities). In the social area, there was a bar and restaurant with very good prices. Hope to be back in the near future!

The apartment and grounds met expectations and looked like the photos. The views are spectacular. We were steps away from the beach. The grounds were being maintained and hand ample sun beds and chairs. I had a good experience with the host, and a great stay overall.

The apartment is quite comfortable, complete and well equipped. The area is quiet, maybe the general infrastructure of the complex is quite neglected but I think it's a situation in the area, for a moment I thought the apartment would be the same but thank God it's not, it's old, not modern or new. But for the price, location and quiet, I would return.

Apartment needs a lot of maintenance work and could use a deep cleaning. We spend 11 out of 28 days waiting in the apartment for maintenance to show up for various reasons. The upper terrace is grossly neglected, but we had to use it because that’s where the laundry was. The underside of the terrace actually fell down while we were there. Owner offered us a small bit of compensation, but until they invest in some good regular maintenance and cleaning, it will continue to deteriorate.

A place to be with the family, everything is close by and we liked the beach, pool and apartment, there were also supermarkets and so on, the lady. Teresita is very kind, as is the lady. Ana Maria, very grateful

I love this place! Perfect spot on the beach. Something to improve: the humidity was high in the apartment, specially in the downstairs bedrooms and the dishwasher is not working properly.

The apartment is amazing has one of the best views in the complex, the host was responding to us as soon as possible, she was super kind, the apartment is impeccable, it has very good layout is very comfortable and you have everything you need there, the kitchen is very well equipped. The social areas are super good and there is a restaurant in the pool where you can consume a variety of food. Recommended would come back a thousand times more

Ana Maria was a great host and was extremely good at responses and getting back to us in a very timely manner. She has a local caretaker who was in the local area who was great and very helpful with any issues we had during our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and all appliances worked, the kitchen was well appointed with everything you'll need for cooking meals. Beach & pool area are amazing and not crowded, especially during the week. I'm hesitant to complain as we enjoyed our stay very much, but feel I should at least be honest with some negatives. The overall facility where the condo is located (Nikki Residences) was a bit run down, but they are in the process of painting and upgrading. The other negative is the barking dogs especially on the weekends when the local condo owners mostly show up and bring their dogs, who bark with impunity.

The apartment has a very good location, the place is quiet; however, both the common areas and the apartment itself require greater maintenance and replacement of certain furniture. Ana María and Maty are very good hosts who are very attentive and approachable.
