A great little paradise, with a very friendly host, super located to the nearest surf beach Playa Carmen and also regarding restaurants and shopping. Nice find, would take again and again. A great oasis to relax by the pool after a day of surfing.

Fantastic stay in Santa Teresa. Easy location with a car (the driveway/approach is a bit bumpy but totally manageable). The area is very quiet and peaceful, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond — when the coffee maker stopped working, they replaced it right away. The laundry service was also a huge help during my solo trip. The internet was fast, which was important since I didn’t have much mobile connection in the area. Would 100% recommend!

A wonderful and safe home for our holiday season with wonderful hosts. We would book with Fiorella again in a heartbeat.

It is a beautiful place, in the jungle, very complete and comfortable. Close to the beach, although a little far from downtown, ideal to have a car (not necessarily 4x4 but sum)

We loved it, very comfortable and quiet, we didn't have to worry about anything, the pool is beautiful, Fiorella and the husband are super friendly and attentive We will be back a thousand times more

You can only feel comfortable in the accommodation, from the amenities to the location to the super friendly and helpful hostess. We felt at home from the first second. The only note is that you probably need an off-road vehicle as the path to the property is quite bumpy, with no off-road vehicles in the area anyway.

100/10!! The apartment is "hidden" by palm trees and trees which gives a very intimate look:) The facilities are very accurate to the photos (the kitchen has the necessities, bathroom very well with hot water and good flow, bedding too, safe). The pool, very clean, is a small "haven of peace" where you can meditate in the morning, listen to the birds, iguanas and squirrels. The fan and A/C work perfectly. Cleaning is done every 2 days. On the access side, it's very easy to find but it's better to have a car or an ATV. Carmen Beach is - 500m away, sunsets to see imperatively! Fiorella is super nice, interesting, responsive, advises you lots of things to do and visit, it was a real pleasure to chat with her. Our only regret: leaving. We were able to stay there forever. We can only recommend Perla House and want to come back soon:) See you soon Fiorella, Max and Olivia!

Perla House was very peaceful and quiet. A beautiful beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The more popular restaurants were about a 25 minute walk, but I liked being a bit away from the busiest parts of town. The host was also great, very communicative and helpful. Note this is a true studio with one room and a patio. The posting says three beds, but there is one larger bed and a day bed.

It’s very close to the beach. We walked every day into playa Carmen even with a baby. It’s really nice and clean and has everything you need. We loved the hammocks and the pool. The pool is in a lush garden with nice deck chairs and parts with shade. With our baby it was perfect for when we didn’t make it to the beach. Fiorella is also a very kind and sweet host. I could stay there forever honestly.

Especially the location of Perla House is to be emphasized. You can watch birds, iguanas and tree squirrels from the pool and hear the monkeys in the distance - we enjoyed that. In addition, you can walk in 10 minutes on a very nice, quite little visited beach section and in 15-20 in the village. The accommodation in itself is absolutely sufficient, the most necessary is available in the kitchen (good induction stove!) and the shower is hot. As long as you always put everything away, you also get no problems with the ants. Fiorella and her husband are very friendly and reserved and maintain privacy. The only downer was the construction noise next door, but as the area is booming almost everywhere. We enjoyed the 9 days very much!

Fiorella, was a super responsive and friendly host, very accommodating and always happy to help out. Definitely worth a stay if you are looking for a quiet place with a lovely pool and within walking distance of local beaches and town.
