Arlene, Ken and Christian were fantastic hosts from the day we booked to the day we checked out. Any questions about the place or surrounding area were answered promptly and anything we needed was addressed immediately. We highly recommend staying at this place. We had a WONDERFUL stay at Casa Oasis! We made it our home base for a month and it didn’t disappoint. The kitchen was fully stocked and made preparing big family meals super easy. Small touches like having plenty of storage options were very appreciated. The beds are VERY comfy which was so important to us and all of our guests. The backyard was absolute paradise perfection - the pool exceeded our expectations and we found ourselves and little ones (3 and 5 years old) out there all the time. We loved that we could walk into town (both via the road and via the beach)! We got to know all of our local spots and liked puro coffee, gecko’s and Hemingways the best. Don’t miss a sunset dinner at Sentido Norte - truly amazing. Potrero is a fantastic choice for staying in a beach town in guanacaste (we had easy access to very different beaches within 20 minutes!) Arlene, Ken and Christian were very responsive and communicated clearly. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were a hit with the kids. Short walk to the beach. We loved it and would definitely come back!

Great place to stay, close to the beach and has a great pool.

We were a family of 5 and there was lots of room for us to spread out. It is one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. Christian was very quick to respond and even came over when we first arrived to answer our questions about things to do and see! You will not be disappointed!

The host was super attentive and solved all our doubts! Very good service! In addition, the house was very well located and in perfect condition! Highly recommended.

Good amenities overall. The place was very clean other than a minor ant issue which could probably be addressed with a couple traps. Only minor recommendation would be to upgrade the beach chairs (they are more like camping chairs) as well as the beach umbrellas which were not in great condition and pretty much unusable.

Property was everything and more. Location was more than perfect. Walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. House was clean and what a yard, when we didn’t feel like walking to the beach we relaxed and cooled off in the pool. The rental made us feel at home. Would love to come back!

House seemed even larger than photos represent. Our family LOVED the space. Everyone slept well and loved the large gathering spots. Location was excellent. Lots of wonderful communication and help accommodating trips/shuttles/rentals. This house was perfect!

Our experience here was 10/10. I came with my husband, toddler, and parents and we all had a fantastic time. The home was incredibly clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool was peaceful, and the home had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Wonderful location. Plenty of beach items and super kid friendly. Christian made everything the easiest and smoothest. We kept thinking if there was anything we would change and we couldn’t think of a single thing. We want to come back again and again. Thank you!!!

This is the best Airbnb! Christian the property manager is also great with booking transfer and activities. Home was spotless, the pool was clean and we had a great stay. 5 stars!

This is an excellent vacation home. Everything is at least as good as advertised! Upon arrival, the home was immaculate with absolutely no issues with check in. Christian had organized a driver who was waiting at the airport, as well as for a golf cart which was charged and parked in the home’s garage when we arrived. Throughout our stay, there were no problems at all with the home. The mini-splits kept the home comfortable, and all the appliances were newer models, including the washer and dryer which we made good use of. The home is situated an easy 5 minute walk (or 1 minute golf cart ride) to the beach, which we actually preferred more than Flamingo beach! We met up with Christian on our last night to extend our thanks. He is a very personable, articulate and knowledgeable individual who truly understands property management and what it takes to organize various facilities for guests. In short, we give both the home and Christian our highest recommendation
