Great location, right on the beach, the pool is really nice to hang around, and waking up to the sound of the waves was memorable for our group. Having Vicente the handyman around made the trip so much smoother. Very big thank you to Carmen for the excellent communication and check in experience! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bella! The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that made every morning and evening special. The house was spotless, well maintained, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out comfortably. It was especially great for families with kids, as there wasn’t much they could accidentally damage, which made the stay much more relaxing. The host was responsive, communicated well, and provided all the information we needed before and during our stay. The house guard was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel safe and welcome throughout our visit. Overall, Casa Bella exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with amazing views.

We had an incredible stay at Carmen’s home on the beach! We were a group of 10- four adults and six teenagers aged 14-19. The four bedrooms with private baths were perfect, two rooms held the adult couples and the other two rooms held the boys in one and girls in the other. Vincente, the house manager, was so attentive and helpful- he organized a driver for us when we wanted to go to local beaches for surf, gave restaurant recommendations (we walked everywhere), set us up for a day trip to Granada and to see the active volcano in Masaya. His mother, Celia, made many delicious meals for us during our stay- we miss her Nica breakfasts fiercely! There was a terrible storm mid stay, and the tide came all the way up into the pool, it was a setback, but Vincente drained it and it was back operational a couple of days later. He was exceptional in every way, taking great care of us and the home. We had a fabulous time and created many a memory- we found paradise in San Juan del Sur

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, the location was amazing, and Vicente was awesome throughout the stay. We also really appreciated having overnight security, which made us feel very safe and comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely stay in a great area, and we would definitely recommend it.

Carmen's Airbnb was a good stay overall. It was in a great location where we could walk to town on the beach, the 24/7 security was very nice to have, and we did not have to lock our doors every time we left. The backyard and pool area were very beautiful as well. The bedrooms, however, did seem a little nicer in the photos. Don't get me wrong, they were completely fine and clean, just a little more barebones than the photos made them out to be. The only other thing was that the showers were a little hard to use. The shower heads in most of the bathrooms were not that good, and it was hard to get a good stream of water for a shower. But overall, it was a good stay, and it was in a very nice and practical location.

The view was amazing and as described. However, the experience inside the home was a different story. The interior didn't feel "homey" and lacked a cohesive space for us to relax together. The inside furniture was quite uncomfortable, which unfortunately led to us spending our movie time isolated in our separate rooms rather than enjoying the common areas together. I also strongly suggest updating the windows. Very old and can't see through them, which feels like a missed opportunity given how stunning the scenery is. I would stay again but only for 2 nights to enjoy the patio and pool area. Vincent was great and went above and beyond so that did add to a more enjoyable experience.

Our family enjoyed our stay! This place is literally on the beach. It’s located just a beach walk to lots of restaurants so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. The views are mesmerizing and the location is great. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which is so convenient. We had a security guard and someone clean up daily. We did not miss a hotel because this was so much better. Carmen responded quickly when we had questions. The way the home was described on the listing is accurate. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Perfect location, directly on the beach. nice sized rooms, and the pool was the perfect temperature on hot days. really easy access to lots of great restaurants. The outside space was ideal with enough rocking chairs for us all! The house was perfect for our group of 8.

This home is right on the beach, accessible through a private gate. The back patio and pool was very nice to relax in, and the rooms and living spaces were spacious. The housekeepers were so helpful and friendly!

This location is phenomenal. I saw both a family friendly space , as well as a vibrant young night life. The staff here iis attentive and helpful. The post was actively responding to my questions.. the views will be your phone’s wallpaper.
