The most amazing and beautiful view you could ask for in an amazing location of Costa Rica. The top notch service and help we received from Reynaldo was so amazing and communication from Max was great! The house is meticulously maintained! Amenities offered were excellent, and the pool and jacuzzi was a perfect plus. We used Max’s recommendations for the private chef two of our nights, and got the private massage listening to the ocean waves crash below us. Only downfall was not being able to stay longer! Don’t hesitate booking here would be no mistake! 10/10 recommendation! Can’t wait to return to this perfect vacation one day again!

Casa Pelicano exceeded our expectations! The views are absolutely stunning, and we often found ourselves just marveling at the beauty of it all. Lots of wildlife around and easy beach access. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing and beating the heat. The house itself is modern and well-kept, no doubt due in part to Reynaldo who took great care of us. He was there each day cleaning, doing dishes, etc. it was such a treat! But not intrusive at all, we hardly knew he was there. We enjoyed taking the golf cart (which Max arranged for us) out for dinners and other excursions. Max has great restaurant recommendations! Surf Box was so good for breakfast, and of course Coco Loco is a must. I can’t say enough good things about Chef Dania! She prepared two special meals for us that were highlights of the trip. The accommodations at Casa Pelicano were impeccable, worth every penny. I hope to visit again someday and will cherish our memories from this beautiful place!

⸻ We recently stayed at Casa Pelicano to celebrate a 40th birthday with 9 ladies, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, our host Max went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was incredibly informative, helpful, and attentive—coordinating all of our transportation, making sure the house was fully stocked with fresh groceries, and setting us up with top-notch services. The views from the home were absolutely breathtaking—something none of us will ever forget. And with such easy access to the beach, we were able to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted, which made the trip even more special. One of the highlights of our stay was Chef Dania, whose meals were nothing short of amazing—each one crafted with love and bursting with flavor. A huge thank you to Reynaldo, whose kindness and hard work throughout the week made us feel completely pampered. We truly didn’t have to lift a finger. The home itself is stunning! what a perfect place!!!

This home exceeded our expectations! Each room was perfect. The views are stunning at any time of the day. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. There is an easy 5 minute walk down stone steps to the flawless beach. There are beach chairs in the garage that we were able to use. The housekeeper Reynaldo lives on site and kept the place immaculate the entire time. Max was very responsive to our questions and helped us reserve and rent jet skis, golf carts and a driver for an airport ride. The golf carts were perfect for going into the town. To top it all off we were able to have a private chef (Chef Dania) prepare 2 of our dinners at the home. This was some of the freshest most delicious food we had during our trip. Five star meal each time. We had an amazing time at this home and we are already planning our return!

Beautiful house & location! It was difficult to find at first because it was dark and there was a lot of construction but once we got there, it was easy to navigate. Unbeatable sunset views from the pools and easy access to the beach. Reynaldo was fantastic and made sure everything was clean and comfortable for us. Max was also great and helped coordinate groceries, food delivery, and more. My friends and I would stay here again! Just a heads up: the floors of the outdoor patio can get pretty slick when wet but if you dry off completely and walk slowly before getting on it then you’ll be okay.

House and amenities were beyond amazing. I was skeptical that the location would be as grand as the photos but the views and surrounding areas exceeded our expectations. The house stays immaculate both inside and out with the help of Reynaldo who stays on site 6 days a week. Max was a super responsive host with wonderful local recommendations. We would highly recommend Chef Dania for in house meals and Pegasus de Pacifico (Rodrigo) for boat tours and snorkeling. The beach is a quick 3 minute walk during low tides but could be a little tricky getting back when the evening tides roll in. It was great to have a rental car to pack up chairs, games and snorkeling equipment for all day beach days. There are good dining options within just a few miles, including Coco Loco which is easily walkable along the beach. We are already planning our return trip in 2025.....with an even longer stay. I highly recommend Casa Pelicano! (our group included 4 adults & 6 kids, ages 9,9,11,14,14, 17)

From start to finish, our stay at Casa Pelicano was nothing short of magical. The home was amazing, the views stunning and the well-stocked kitchen and amenities are beyond expectations. The crown jewel is Reynaldo. He went above and beyond in daily preparations, cleaning, and making our overall stay a wonderful time. There were nine of us in our party ages 16 to 53 and every single one of us was so sad to leave. Max was an extraordinary host with quick responses and much needed help on booking tips, such as golf carts, and restaurants. We loved each suggestion from the in-home massages to the company who dropped off and returned the carts. Another wonderful bonus was our amazing meal by Chef Dania, also recommended by Max. We loved her so much that we had her come to make breakfast on our last day. It was amazing. We will definitely be back and I will be recommending this property to all of my friends and family. Pura Vida!

A slice of heaven! The beach is not as easy to get to as we hoped but during low tide it was perfect. The house, pool, property and amenities were so unbelievable. The beds were so comfortable. Rinaldo is out of this world!He would clean up and make sure everything was perfect and refilled and cleaned each day. The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking and enjoying your time. There were some basic spices/flour/sugar etc which kept our shopping list lower. It was so quiet, safe and peaceful. Coco loco was 2 minutes away by car or 5 minute walk down the beach. The food and drinks were excellent. They even delivered us drinks on the beach. The air conditioners in the house worked great and kept everyone comfortable. The view is off the charts. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for secluded 5 star luxury with the ability to get around to the beach and surrounding area. I would not recommend getting a golf cart. Max was helpful throughout the process. 5 star

This a beautiful home in an amazing location. Max the owner was extremely responsive in answering questions and catering to our needs. The house comes with a house/yard keeper (Reynaldo) who lives on site in a guest house. He was extremely helpful in answering questions about the area, while keeping the house , yard, and pool spotless.

Casa Pelicano was spectacular for our three family group. Gorgeous home. Well appointed with excellent sleeping, living, cooking and outdoor areas. Our families loved the beautiful pool deck with spectacular 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and Playa Flamingo. We could walk to the beach in two minutes and could drive into Flamingo in 5. The kitchen was immaculate and perfect for cooking dinners whenever we wanted stay in. Even better, the house attendant Reynaldo was incredible and cleaned the house every day and even did laundry throughout the week. The owner Max was amazing. He was responsive always and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and excellent tour operators. Special call out for the recommended Chef Dania Fallas who came to the home and prepared an amazing menu of fresh local ingredients. All while charming the group with great local knowledge and flair. And the cost was no more than dinner at a local restaurant. 5*s all the way!

Absolutely incredible house and location! We had a great time at Casa Pelícano and Max is a great host! Highly recommend for anyone and I can’t wait to come back again!

It’s hard to put my experience into words. Max’s home is situated on the most perfect spot on the beach that it felt like paradise. The panoramic view of the ocean is nothing short of breathtaking. The house was clean well kept and met all our basic needs. Max communicated well and made the whole process very smooth for us. In addition to this, we also had Renoldo, who did all the laundry, kept the home clean and was there to assist us. All in all we left feeling like we chose the ideal spot to spend our vacation.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Casa Pelicano! The location and home are jaw-dropping beautiful. Everything is immaculate! There were 3 couples on the trip, and each slept comfortably and liked having a private bathroom with amenities in the room. The kitchen has everything thing you need. The full freezer and full fridge are great for a large group. The pool and outside areas offer many places to relax and play. We went out to sightsee and explore daily. Max has a great list of suggestions and is a very responsive host. We were also grateful for Reynaldo who helped care for the space and us daily. ¡Pura Vida!

This place is unbelievable! The pictures don't give it the proper justice it deserves! The place is very well kept and very clean! It seems brand new!. Max (host) is the example of "Super Host" from the moment we booked, he was there every step of the way. He helped with everything from transportation to/from the airport, choosing activities, food preferences , and just being overall helpful ! Every room was private and had its own access to the beachfront views. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The pool and jacuzzi were great and relaxing. This place is 6 stars 🌟!! We will definitely be back and recommend you book if available!!
