Brenda was absolutely a delight, and has a true gift of hospitality. The location was unbeatable. The property is beautiful. The pictures are only a slice of what it actually is like. You are literal steps away from the beach. Hammocks during the day were perfect for lounging and beating the heat. Pillows were comfy and shower had hot water.

We had a very relaxing stay. It was perfect for what we were seeking. The restaurant next store was great too. Brenda baked us a beautiful cake and made us feel very at home

Brenda's place is AMAZING. I will 100% stay there again if/when I return to Costa Rica! A suggestion to be very careful when parking and leaving where you parked... It is very tight especially for large 4WD vehicles.

Driftwood casita was everything we hoped for and more! Exactly how described and shown in the pics. So peaceful and beautiful and just a few steps from the beach. Walking distance to anything you need. The hammocks for our daily siestas were the cherry on top! Brenda was extremely kind and helpful! Loved it here. 10/10 recommend and would do it again

This sweet, well maintained casita was the ideal landing spot for me and my daughter. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming, responsive, and perfectly interactive. Our casita was clean and comfortable and the surroundings were gorgeous and well tended. We loved the proximity of this property to the beach and the main shops and restaurants in Playa Samara. We have only positive things to say about our stay and hosts!

Tammy's place is probably one, if not the best place we have ever stayed at on a vacation. Cozy little Casita, gorgeous private pool and steps from the beach. Tammy has chairs and boogie boards available for your use and we had the Howler monkeys come by almost every afternoon for a visit. Tammy, her husband and her sister were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about things to see and do in the area. Samara is a gorgeous little town with a 5 km beach at your doorstep. (I know because we GPS it and walked it every day). Great swimming and surfing area. If going to Costa Rica, Samara is a must and if going to Samara, Tammy's place is the spot to stay.

Very friendly and polite hosts. Everything was clean and neat. The setting is very cozy and comfortable. Great internet! Great air conditioning! The casita is very private and remote file at the same time very close to the beach. Definitely feels like a retreat from the rest of the world. The hammocks were a nice touch. So relaxing to sit under the shade of the trees. The grounds were also very well landscaped. Lots of trees bushes etc. Very green.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It's quiet - beautiful and right on the beach! We enjoyed the air conditioning considering it was quite warm when we were there. The hammocks outside were just the right spot to relax in. The restaurant next door was an added bonus in that the food there was awesome. There were just a couple of things that needed attention and the caretaker took care of it within minutes literally. Couldn't ask for more prompt attention. The best part was the late afternoon one day when the Howler Monkeys came through. There were about 9 of them and 2 were carrying their babies. We could watch from just a few feet away. If we go back - would definitely stay here again.

Such a cool spot. Very clean and the perfect location. Wilmer was great in helping us with anything we needed. 5-10 minute walk on the beach to town. Beach is right outside your front door. Parking right in front of the house. 10/10, Would book this place any time I come back.

Absolutely amazing stay right on the beach in Samara. Simple bungalow with everything you need for beachfront living. Gated and secure steps away from the Bahia restaurant and a short walk to town on the beach.

This place is a hidden gem. Just steps to the beach! Like living in an Eden paradise. Brenda and Wilmer are not only wonderful hosts but also new friends! The landscaping is amazing, the pool was spotless, hammocks under the trees to nap. We saw a mama howler monkey carrying two babies! If you are looking for a beautiful, restful experience…this is the place!
