Terri was a perfect host, always on everything we brought to her. She was helpful getting us home with (too much) luggage from the ferry terminal in golf carts. The house is exactly as pictured - and the minor issues we had were promptly addressed. We loved the house and look forward to coming back again for a future vacation. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family trip (10 people, assorted ages) and there were the right rooms for each person, including our younger kids. The staff at the house, cleaner, handyman were kind and effective. thank you!

This place in Ambergris Caye was awesome! Great location and the view of the ocean is unbeatable. Terri was so great in getting us transportation and activities. All of the activities we booked were fun and the guides were awesome! Definitely recommend this AirBnB.

This Airbnb struck the perfect balance, peaceful and tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape, yet close enough to everything that getting around was quick and convenient. The home itself was incredibly spacious, making it ideal for a large group to gather comfortably while still offering plenty of privacy when needed. The outdoor space truly elevated the experience, with ample seating and activities for everyone to enjoy, including a relaxing bubble tub, a stunning infinity pool, direct beach access, and even kayaks for exploring the water. It felt like a private resort. Our host made an already amazing stay even better by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations and helping us arrange activities and restaurant reservations, which made everything seamless and stress-free. I absolutely recommend staying here, and I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to return. This was our first experience in Belize, and our only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Terri is hands down the most helpful Airbnb host I’ve ever had. The service- from meeting us at the dock with our golf carts and carting our luggage, to booking our outings and cooks, to helping locate my daughters backpack that got lost at Secret Beach- was above and beyond. Having the private dock for pickup for fishing and snorkeling was so convenient, and the sunrise views were spectacular.

This was our first trip to Ambergris Caye and we loved every minute! Terri and Matt were outstanding cohosts, welcoming and responsive to our needs. Terri even arranged our Tropic Air flights and reserved our golf cart. We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the ease to walk into town or along the beach areas. We will be back next year!

The house was beautiful and Terri was awesome. She picked up up and dropped us off at the airport and got us set up with our golf carts upon our arrival and had excellent recommendations. 10/10

Terri was amazing. She answered all of our questions ahead of time and was always available for help during our stay. Her suggestions for activities were always practical and fun. The location was fantastic.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this Airbnb is. Beginning and ending with the concierge Miss Terri. She was at the ferry when we arrived and had our golf cart waiting. She took our luggage in her cart while we followed. She was very thorough walking us through the BEAUTIFUL home and was unbelievably responsive when we had any questions. We had a family emergency during our stay and she was super helpful navigating our situation and was in contact with us regularly to see what else she could do to help. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. The house was perfect for us and the pool was wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough-don’t hesitate to book this house!!

I enthusiastically recommend this rental! We had the most amazing trip at Matthew's rental. The concierge Miss Terri is a total gem and gave us the absolute best advice on excursions, restaurants and the general lay of the land. Terri made the trip stress free by having our golf cart rental ready for us when we landed at the airport. She carried our luggage to the house in a utility cart so that we did not have to ride with heavy bags. We spent 3 of the best vacation days ever on the water with Captain Mundo spearfishing lobsters, snorkeling, diving for conch and fishing. Terri also had a birthday cake made for my husband which was very thoughtful! We had a mobile massage team come to the house on the last day and all 4 of us had massages without ever having to leave the house. House is very clean and had all of the kitchen supplies that we needed. Washer and dryer were a huge plus to wash our wet clothes before we flew back home. Hot tub on the rooftop is great! Just book it!

The house was perfect! Very quick golf cart ride to a grocery store, to town, or north to Truck Stop and other great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the house an accommodations!

This home is a must visit! We had the time of our lives, and we owe a big thank you to the host Terrie for all of her help. She will get everything you need situated. The home was so relaxing and away from the horrible seaweed smell currently on the island. We will be back! You better-Belize-it!
