Ive been coming to santa Teresa for over 5 years and this is one of the best value places I have ever come across. Great location on the quieter side of mal pais with a beautiful beach, a small supermarket, and a few really good restaurants all walkable. The bed is comfortable, desk area and WiFi great for wfh, everything was clean. The unit itself is set back from the street so it’s very safe. It’s in one of my favorite areas of santa Teresa. You’ll run into horses and sheep on the street, can walk and pick up fish from the local docks, chill at the mal pais tide pools and you’re just a quick ride into the busier areas of santa Teresa. The host is very friendly and a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here!!
