Absolutely perfect. Great building, extremely secure and organized, very nice, clean apartment. Host thought of everything to make the stay memorable. He really spared no expense in the apartment and on the guest.

The apartment was very clean and modern and included all the amenities listed, with a nice large screen tv, powerful ac unit, and spacious shower. Our host stocked the apartment with some welcome gifts as a nice surprise to help us settle in. A great walkable location close to many local restaurants, cafes, and shops, providing easy access to food and necessities during your stay. Would highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay! Jorge provided great instructions and recommendations before hand which made navigating the area very easy. The apartment and building amenities made for the best Airbnb stay I've had so far. We will definitely be staying here in a few months when we return. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was beautiful and spotless. It is evident how much care and thought was given to making our stay wonderful and comfortable. Everything in the smart apartment is top-notch! Appliances, towels, linens and bed were all wonderful. All instructions were clear and recommendations for local restaurants and activities are made available. I can say enough about how comfortable we were and would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment when in San Jose.

Location is perfect. Nearby restaurants! Apartment is well maintained and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, I had a late arrival and they left me items for breakfast and water.

Where to begin? We've stayed in Air B&Bs in several different countries, but Jorge's apartment was far and away the best. He thought of everything when he built up this space, and he did it with true care. When's the last time you stayed in place that had a gravy boat in the kitchen? or a bi fold egg poacher? Jorge's place has it all. The building is less than five years old, and offers all the amenities. You can even reserve the building's private cinema for a showing. The neighborhood, Rohrmoser, has it all. You could eat out twice daily for two weeks and never repeat restaurants.....and all would be within walking distance. And, yes, it's absolutely safe to walk en Rohrmoser. If you want to relax, and just live worry-free, if only for a bit, rent this place, and just live full measure.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, it felt just like home. The place is exceptionally well-maintained and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect for exploring, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This place is an absolute gem. Perfect location—close to everything, yet incredibly peaceful. The apartment is beautifully designed with impeccable taste; every detail feels intentional and thoughtfully curated. You can tell the hosts truly care, because nothing is missing—comfort, style, and functionality are all flawlessly covered. It feels like a true oasis in the middle of the city: calm, welcoming, and a place you actually look forward to coming back to after a day out. One of those rare stays that exceeds expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Jorge’s place is in a lovely walkable location with nice views (especially at night). There are many restaurants close by (Asian, Italian, local cuisine and many more). Also, there are nearby supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay. Jorge is a kind, welcoming, and responsive host. The kitchen is very well equipped with convenient amenities. He also generously stocked food items so that we could make breakfast. We were very thankful. 😊

Small but very well thought out studio, with a lot of detail and quality amenities. My stay was perfect.

Although the place was small it was extremely comfortable and had literally everything you needed for entertainment, cleaning, cooking, etc. I highly recommend. The only problem is that the noise was very high almost all day except Sundays due to the construction. They are building two large buildings directly across the street. So the balcony was fabulous just really loud.

We had a great stay at this condo! It was centrally located and met all of our needs perfectly. The view was absolutely astonishing, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. There were a lot of amenities we didn’t even get to enjoy because of our busy schedule, but it was nice to know they were available. We also really appreciated how safe the building felt and how close it was to the Costa Rica National Stadium. The proximity made getting around super convenient. Whenever we needed something, it was easy to find or access nearby. We would definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommend.

This was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The hosts truly thought of everything. I work remotely and arrived after 1 AM, and check-in was incredibly simple—which I appreciated more than I can say at that hour. They even stocked breakfast essentials and coffee, so I could roll out of bed and get right to work the next morning without having to run out for anything. The space was comfortable, thoughtful, and just easy. If you work remotely, this place is fantastic!

It was my home away from home, and I felt spoiled. One reason for picking this place is the gym. But now I have another reason to come back. I may drank way too much coffee that they provide but it was tasty!! 😋

This place looks better than on pictures! Very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is beautiful! WiFi is fast and reliable for those who need to work remotely. Communication was amazing. Very pleased with the accomodations, looked like the pictures. Supplied very well with toiletries, especially the extra rolls of toilet paper. The gifts were very thoughtful!

Jorge’s place in Rohrmoser was a great stay! The apartment is in a peaceful apartment building with great amenities like a pool, gym, cinema room, and steam room. The apartment was very clean, organized, and well equipped for our stay. Jorge was friendly and available any time we needed anything at all. The apartment is in a great location close to nice parks, lots of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers. We also enjoyed being so close to the stadium and Parque La Sabana.

Excellent place, well equipped, Jorge thought about all the small details. If you are one or two people, this is an excellent choice.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the added security was a plus, especially since this was our first time visiting Costa Rica, we felt safe in the building at all times. The host always responded promptly to all inquiries, which made our stay very pleasant. We look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful condo/apt looking over San Jose. Very comfortable with plenty of good places to eat or places to get things to cook in. I used the fully equipped gym, the pool and really appreciated have a very secure space to enjoy my time in San Jose. Thanx Jorge! I highly recommend and will be in touch next trip.

The apartment is modern, and the building offers many amenities-gym, Pool, grill area. But what most impressed me was the sheer volume of extras: tons of cookware, multiple streaming options, balcony with a great view. Everything is of the highest quality, and there was enough food provided for several days’ meals. Nice neighborhood parks just a few minutes away, and plenty of dining options. It would be hard to find a better host in San José.

During the stay we felt right at home with multiple touches that made us feel comfortable and with a folder with recommendations for the area and San José. When we had a question about a problem using the washer-dryer, they resolved it immediately with a phone call. We highly recommend this place

Great place clean stocks it well for you so you don’t need to run to the grocery store has all the things you need to cook beautiful kitchen and the place has been updated with IT appliances and smart technology as well as instructions and other small things that matter. Jorge did a great job.

Georges spot is one of the best places ive ever stayed at on airbnb. It was above and beyond what one would expect. George provided everything that you would need for a short or long stay- smart mobile is better than many top hotels in Escazu that I frequent. 10/10 spot!

Location was great, the unit was perfect for everything I needed, and was walking distance to so many restaurants & activities. The complex was amazing, had all the amenities I wanted to have a proactive day! Gym, pool & business center.

I moved from another Airbnb I didn't like, to Jorge's place. My main issue with the other spot was I didn't sleep well, too hot and bright. Jorge's place was the exact opposite, the bedroom was great, very comfortable bed, and the way the doors closed made it extremely dark when I wanted it to be. I often have trouble sleeping when I travel, but not at this place!

Location excellent. in Embassy Row in Rohrmoser. Appliances were first rate, in working order. Bed very comfortable and ample. Smart TV. Kitchen utensils complete and in good taste. Fridge had some complimentary first class goodies, including a bottle of Pink Cava. Twice weekly cleaning was efficient and thorough. A very useful perk. Jorge is responsive to requests and prompt. A satisfying experience.

Excellent communication, always pending host. They offer twice-weekly cleaning. Lots of amenities like a bottle of cava and breakfast ingredients for at least 2 days. Totally recommended.

Great for longer term stays. Has a full kitchen with nice equipment (we made a thanksgiving meal for 2) bed is comfy. This unit is a studio in Cosmopolitan tower which is a very safe and convenient area.

Staying at this apartment felt like we were truly at home. The place was perfectly clean and had lovely accents and touches that made it feel cozy and comfortable. It is fully stocked with anything you may need, including a comfortable bed and fast wifi, and is well located in Nunciatura, with many walkable places to relax (parks), eat, shop. It's also easy to uber, or drive if you have a car. Jorge is an incredibly attentive and responsive host - he provided clear instructions on how to find and use amenities, and quickly answered our questions. We're sure if we had any issues they would be promptly resolved, but we stayed a month and every detail had been preemptively considered so that we were simply enjoying our beautiful, equipped apartment in one of the best areas of San Jose. Overall this stay was just EASY. Jorge had thought of it all to ensure absolute comfort of his guests.

I’ve stayed in many AirBnbs, but I have to say this was one of the best. It was clean and modern with great appliances and an exquisitely stocked kitchen. I found the washer/dryer particularly helpful. The modern high rise building with a balcony and a vista of the mountains was a great spot to chill. It’s in an upscale neighborhood with parks, a couple groceries and a variety of restaurants all in walking distance. And it was a 5 minute walk to my dentist’s office, my reason for being there. It is a bit small, but since I was traveling alone, that was a minor consideration. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Jorge’s place.

Jorge is definitely the best host I've interacted with on Airbnb- and it's a lot to say because I'm a host myself:). I stay in their apartments for several months while I was working in Costa Rica and everything was excellent- the apartment is as described and the photos say, it is super equipped for long stays, and hosts are available 24/7 for any concerns. The maid service is also excellent and the location is not even said. Definitely if I fly to Costa Rica I will stay in one of Jorge's apartments. They truly went above and beyond and for that I’m forever grateful!

Jorge's apartment was everything that was promised! Location was central, ammenities were great and the place was perfectly clean. Our favourite was how complete the apartment was. For the first time we could actually use the kitchen, it had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to San Jose. Jorge is the best host ever. Always responsive . The condo has everything you need and Jorge stocks the refrigerator and leaves eggs, juice and other breakfast items, and even champagne or a bottle of wine. Very cool! The apartment and neighborhood are also quiet, with a nice view from the 14th floor .highly recommend !

Apartment was exactly as described and impeccably clean. The building is located in a very safe walkable area close to everything you need. Would be perfect for a business traveller as it has super fast and stable wifi. Super easy check in and out. Concierge desk is very friendly and helpful. Jorge went above and beyond with communication as well as providing detailed instructions of how to use amenities in the apartment and building. Our welcome gift was very much appreciated and so was our breakfast for the next morning. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook your own meals. Local restaurants are easily available for delivery on Ubereats. The building is quiet and the balcony is nice to enjoy the beautiful view with a glass of wine. The gym and common areas are spacious, well maintained and not very busy. Beautiful building, beautiful apartment. We look forward to our next visit!

The building is modern and safe. The neighborhood is well located to restaurants and parks. I had the most amazing experience at Jorge’s place! I didn’t know how much I’d love it, but the intention behind every detail was impressive. The recommendations and manual was detailed and helpful. This is the perfect location and extremely walkable and safe. My experience while staying at Jorge’s helped form my newfound love for San Jose! I will absolutely be back, hopefully sooner than later. Do yourself a favor, and experience Jorge’s, even if only for a day!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful apartment. It included everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the beautiful view and fresh air along with walks to the stadium and park. Everything was very comfortable. The coworking space and lobby were very nice and relaxing as well. Amazing host and place!

This was a wonderful condo in San Jose. The condo is beautiful and our hosts were quite responsive. We very much enjoyed everything that was included in the kitchen and the cleaning services were phenomenal. The building amenities are very nice (pool, gym, steam bath, grill, etc.), but you should know that you are required to make a reservation in advance with the building staff before using any of them and need to schedule a specific time for when the various areas are actually available.

The apartment is completely worth it, every time I'm there I feel at home! Whenever I had questions about something, Oscar & Jorge helped me with everything and were super friendly. It is a very comfortable and modern apartment and the location is very convenient, I found many restaurants nearby and supermarkets. I recommend it 100%!

We could not have selected a better neighborhood in San Jose. Our first visit to the area and we felt very safe walking through the streets during our stay. Jorge and Oscar have a beautiful apartment. We felt at home. The building had great amenities that we used. I highly recommend this apartment to future renters.

Jorge and Oscar were extremely responsive. Usually within 10 minutes. Like the fact that the manual was electronic on G-docs. Even had food for us in the unit. All appliances were LG. One of the best stays I’ve had at an Airbnb. Would definitely stay again.

Jorge's place was great! Very easy to check-in. We were able to leave our bags at the front desk since we came in early and go for lunch. The place was very clean with amazing views off of the balcony. Jorge even had some breakfast food left for us to enjoy during our stay. It's very quiet and safe area and not to far from down town. would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed at Jorge's place for 4 weeks and were absolutely thrilled with our choice. The information Jorge provided before we booked and once we had booked were so very detailed and helpful. The apartment is probably the best equipped we've ever stayed at, both from a Kitchen point of view and technology, e.g. 2 huge TV's, Alexa, Netflix, sound bar, etc. The internet was excellent and I never had issues making calls using it. The view from the apartment is lovely and we spent many an afternoon and evening sitting on it reading. The building is superbly equipped. We regularly used the gym and it had a great range of equipment. We also once used the cinema room which was fantastic to book and watch a film in. The pool is lovely too. The building and apartment are very secure with 24/7 reception. The area around the building felt very safe and we were able to walk to the local parks, supermarket and handful of bars.

Great place!

All I can say is wow! I’ve stayed at the same tower before but this apt is definitely next level. The decor is high end, AC, the bed OMG…luxury. Loved the coffee station loaded with all types of coffee. I love cooking so enjoyed all the different spices and cookware, plus they leave everything you need to make breakfast every day. Front desk as usual helpful, and location…you are basically minutes away from the highway to the beach, Escazu or the East side of the city. Building amenities are incredible, CoWorking space was my office many times. Great restaurants close by, high end Furca and Nunc…and across the street make sure to enjoy breakfast at Atipico, order the “Breakfast with love” typical Costa Rican breakfast and make sure to order the two for one mimosas. Overall great stay, this is my home away from home in CR. Didn’t miss Miami one bit )

Jorge’s place was cozy. Everything you need was there. The location is centered near the highways if you need to travel. Also a parking space is available. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Jorge’s apartment is impeccable, every last detail is thought out, and it is truly a 5-star stay! Perhaps the best AirBnB experience and host ever. The apartment itself is very technologically advanced, and most of the lights, and even the air conditioner can be controlled and set by Alexa via your voice command. It’s so nice! All of the furnishings and appliances are top notch, with a high-quality dishwasher and washer / dryer. It was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, I didn’t even want to get out of bed in the morning! One of my favorite things about the apartment was how Jorge stocked it full with fresh eggs, juice, milk, fresh sweet bread loaf, cold drinking water, and even apples and bananas! It must be noted that Jorge and Oscar or perhaps the best hosts ever, and they deserve major accolades for the superb job they do! Also there is a wonderful little coffee maker in the kitchen, and the kitchen is stocked full of the coffee cups, with many different varieties… I enjoy drinking delicious fresh coffee on the beautiful balcony every morning! For my next day in Costa Rica, this is the best place to stay, and I will definitely be back! Thanks Jorge!!

I highly recommend this smart apartment. It was exceptionally clean, extremely well decorated, and very comfortable. The host Jorge is very knowledgeable of the area, attentive to his guests, and also helpful and widely available for anything we needed. Upon our arrival the check-in was smooth and quick. We entered the apartment to find a really clean and pleasant aroma. We inspected the apartment as we always do at any of the locations that we rent. We were very intrigued to find a nice bottle of bubbly chilled in the refrigerator, in addition to a Liter of milk, orange juice, and chilled drinking water, along with items to cook breakfast and sweetbread. Jorge had a great variety of coffee pods for anyone’s liking. The kitchen is fully stocked along with a washer / dryer combo. The bed is a very comfortable memory foam queen mattress. The restroom is fully equipped with excellent soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The bath towels are very high quality, and he even places very nice black facial makeup towels for his guests. In the closet you will find a nice security safe, robes, extra sets of bed linens, and cleaning supplies. Don’t pass this apartment up, it is very well worth the cost of the stay.

The view is amazing, the hosts respond super fast, the cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable, the decoration is beautiful, it is very modern, they have technology like Alexa and smart TV in in the apartment that make it very convenient. This apartment has everything one needs and more! I recommend it 100% for its location and the very nice experience that I am taking from Costa Rica not only because it is a paradise but also because thanks to this apartment I felt comfortable, safe and at home, I will definitely return to this apartment whenever I have the opportunity to do so! :)

A simply spectacular place with everything you need to have a good time, whether for work or for a walk. Recommended

Compared to other places I've stayed, this place is really exceptional. The bed and couch were comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great walk-in shower. Place to sit and use a computer. Great 14th floor patio with good chairs and great views. Giant flat screen. They even left some eggs and other supplies so I didn't have to forage on my own. Perfect size for a single or a couple. It was also close enough to my dental clinic that I could walk there and to groceries and a few good restaurants. It is only a bit farther to Sabana Park. Highly recommended.

Wow! This apartment is fully stocked with all the comforts (and maybe even more so) of home. I’ve never seen a place so well supplied with household items: phone chargers, Alexa, streaming video, robes, scented diffusers, books on Costa Rica and much more. The fridge was full of welcome items too. Great location. Great view. Great building. Great wifi. The place is tiny, but when I needed more space to teach an online exercise class, I was able to reserve the lounge upstairs. We’ll be back for our overnight trips to San Jose for sure.
