Beautiful place and great hosts. The on-site staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better to explore Surf City, but sufficiently private that you can spend a quiet night if you so wish

Nora Y Carmen were always super responsive and even let us check out late! They were very communicative and the staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful individuals. The place was absolutely stunning with a spectacular view and in the heart of El Tunco. I highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing time to book asap!!!

Nora and Carmen's home was paradise. They were friendly, responsive and made the entire experience seamless from check in to check out. There staff Sergio and Dina were amazing and always going the extra mile. My friends and I had an amazing stay in their beautiful beach home! The location was perfect! Steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views and walking distance to restaurants, bars etc. I highly recommend this beautiful beach home! We would absolutely love to stay here again!

The place is beautiful and the view is priceless. Sergio the house attendant was also very welcoming and helpful. It is a little bit hard to find even using the direct links from the listing for Google and Waze. It kept directing us to the street after, just keep that in mind. If you go to a street that has a guard at the gate, you have gone too far. I would highly recommend this place.

This was our 3rd year at Esymar! We absolutely love the location, the house, and Sergio and Dina are amazing. One hiccup - they’ve been making some nice updates to the house, but unfortunately there are 3 less beds than shown in the photos as they were removed since last time we were there. We were hosting a yoga retreat and had to redo all the room assignments onsite. Otherwise cannot recommend enough

The house is perfectly located, meters from El Tunco's restaurant area, but far enough away. It's a very large, nice house with views. The layout of the rooms/bathrooms can be a bit uncomfortable, but overall I highly recommend it.

We loved this place. It is mere steps away from the boardwalk and all the restaurants. Sergio kept the place neat and clean. Fantastic view of surf break right out front. Fridge kept beer and water cold. AC kept rooms cool all day.

Beautiful house, responsive host with great recommendations

Our group of 12 had an absolutely amazing stay. The home was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations—it was truly everything we were looking for. The gated property provided an added sense of safety, which we really appreciated. The house was clean, well maintained, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved having the option to walk to the beach or relax and enjoy the pool. The daily staff on the property were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nora was a fantastic host—extremely responsive, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were especially grateful that she kindly allowed us to stay past checkout when our flight was delayed multiple times. Overall, we loved our time here and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay that’s still close to great restaurants, bars, and the boardwalk, all just minutes away.

Beautiful place ✨ From the time we got there we were completely in love. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is in person; every corner is cared for with great detail and the decoration is simply beautiful. The space is very comfortable, cozy and super well equipped, we didn't need anything at all. The vibe of the place is amazing, perfect for resting, disconnecting and enjoying the sea. In addition, the people who take care of the property are lovely: very attentive, friendly and always willing to help, which makes the experience even more special. It's definitely a place that's 100% worth it. We have wonderful memories and we would definitely come back a thousand times over. We love this place 💙🌊✨

great place to stay at if you have a bunch of families and friends wanting to stay together at El tunco. everything else around we're just smaller places so it's definitely something worth getting for larger party. amazing view of the ocean where you see surfers in action. easy access to the water and all the restaurants nearby. highly recommend this place. amazing experience for El tunco!

Beautiful house and the staff was extremely accommodating. Sergio is the nicest house manager. we were only a 5 minute walk to the main strip where all the restaurants and night life are located. the only concern was a bit of a steep driveway to enter and exit the house. overall an awesome stay 👌

Sergio was amazing. He took care of the whole family and any issues we had extremely quickly. The house is absolutely gorgeous and everything we could have hoped for.

El Salvador is beautiful and this place is absolutely amazing! Sergio who takes care of place is the best! He’s so helpful in every way and made us very comfortable and safe! You can walk to so many restaurants and shops from property! If you surf you won’t find a better spot right out your back steps! Best waves in central America! The waterfalls and volcanoes are close and highly recommended. We loved this place!

Esymar house is a beautiful, open-space house with most of the living space being outdoors. The ocean view is unbelievable. And if you like watching pro seeders ride waves, there is no better spot to watch them right from your pool.

This was our second stay at Esymar and it’s undergone some lovely renovations since our last stay in 2022. For this trip we hosted a surf and yoga retreat for a small group of 10. Best location in El Tunco! Sergio and Dina were so accommodating onsite and our whole group just adored everything about it from the views to the rooms to the pets - miss you already Licenciado! Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent location in a beautiful part of the world. Lots of restaurants and things to do in town which are just a short walk away. No need for a car which is nice. Area felt safe and there are Ubers available as of March 2025. Highly recommend this area as there is wonderful surf very close for a variety of skill levels.

This Airbnb is truly a slice of paradise! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty of the property. The views are absolutely insane—breathtaking panoramas in every direction, making every sunrise and sunset feel like something out of a dream. The home itself is immaculate, both in cleanliness and in design. Every little detail has been carefully thought out, making for a stay that is as luxurious as it is comfortable. The service was nothing short of perfection—warm, welcoming, and always available to ensure everything was just right. It’s rare to find a place that feels this perfect, but this property truly exceeded all expectations. I would love the opportunity to return in the future, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you're considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you will not be disappointed!

Our family had a wonderful stay in El Tunco. This property is beautiful with amazing views and a pool that overlooks the beach. The location of this home was very convenient with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff consisting of Sergio, Dina, and Daniella were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Our family will miss the resident dog "Licenciado" who is very sweet and loving and the kids were delighted with the bunnies on the property as well as an assortment of birds . Our trip to El Salvador was incredible and if we return to El Savaldor in the future we would rent this property again. Thank you Nora, Sergio, Dina, Daniella, and Licenciado.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. The views and location are perfect!! We loved the various pets around the property. Beware the roosters will wake you up early but that did not bother us at all. We cannot say enough good things about the staff, Sergio and Dina were so friendly and helpful to us and were around whenever we needed something, but also gave us privacy. The pool is well kept and we enjoyed our afternoons swimming and laying in the hammocks. The bathrooms could use a deep clean and the place needs some repairs here and there, but they are working on it between guests. Overall it was a fabulous stay and we will definitely be back!

Peaceful property, great location, beautiful view, helpful on site staff, fairly priced. Visited with a group of friends. The place offered great communal table and pool to hang out, rooms with comfortable beds and AC to retreat to, and ease to get to the water and town. The place is not luxury, but is clean, dignified, and spacious. The staff clean daily and are available to assist with various one off requests and as eyes for safety. As watchouts, the accommodations are a little older, some bedrooms are not ensuite, and around the periphery of the property (not areas advertised in the description) there are a bunch of random structures and animals (rabbits, turkeys, etc.). Overall, if you want space for plenty of people to sleep and hang outside, well located to all El Tunco offers, at a fair price, this makes for a really great option!

I have stayed multiple times at Nora and Carmens property and will continue to do so when I visit el Tunco. Amazing view with a nice open property to enjoy. Easy access to the beach and bars/restaurants.

This place is amazing with a beautiful view! The house is at the beginning of where the boardwalk is and right next to the "El Tunco" sign and if you walk the boardwalk to the other end you'll get to the famous "El Tunco" rock formation in the ocean. Plenty of restaurants to eat at from big restaurants to little mom and pops shops all walking distances with ease. Plenty of space in the house and last but not least Sergio the host there tending to the home was amazing and very friendly and definitely made the stay more memorable and joyful.

This property is AMAZING and the views from both the room and the pool/garden are absolutely incredible!!!!! Excellent customer service from both the host and the groundskeepers. Short walking distance to the main beach entrance and restaurants. We definitely plan to come back.
