What a beautiful home for a reasonable price! I was looking for a home with a private beach, and it exceeded my expectations. The pool and pool table are perfect for the kids, and there are three beautiful hammocks that overlook the water. The photos do not do this place justice. Important to note there is a water limit to be aware of, and we could not get the TV to work. Regardless, the beach was so beautiful we didn’t need the TV! I would recommend this home without hesitation.

Lovely place and enough space

The accommodation is exactly as described. The place is very nice, everything is in good condition, and access to the private beach is perfect. We are very grateful to the caretaker who supported us at all times. I recommend it for a quiet family vacation.

Russel was vey responsive and his location manager Rolando was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and was the perfect spot for a relaxing beach front vacation.

Excellent house to stay at, very clean and tidy and the beach was private. Pool was amazing and having a roof over it was great especially when the sun is out during peak hours. The pool table was an excellent addition to the house and is in good condition. I would recommend to bring ice on the first day as the fridge can take a few hours to cool from the inside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This home is on one of the best northern beaches in Nicaragua. The sand is great and no rocks out front. Safe swimming waters. The pool was spotless, the kitchen was great, lots of plates. cups and utensils. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There were plenty of towels, the speaker was a nice touch. check in was easy.

The house was very nice and cozy. The atmosphere, tranquility and peace that was felt was incredible. There were lots of hammocks, seating areas, and we felt very safe.

Excellent stay. The accommodation was very clean, tidy and as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient and the place is comfortable and quiet, ideal for resting. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My group and I loved the house, it has many amenities, the place is safe, the beach view is spectacular, we would definitely go again, everything was as shown in the photos. Russell always answered all my questions.

The house exceeds expectations, they wait for you with the air on in the rooms, the pool is ready, everything is clean. You just have to specify when you arrive that the house has a name: Casa Hermosa so they let you in, the area is private and extremely safe. I would go there again. A plus are the pools for those who like calm water or for children.

The place is charming, the beach is beautiful, clean and it feels like you're on a private beach since the house is in front of the beach. The house was very clean and organized, the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The pool was clean and I loved that it was heated. There is also a beachfront ranch where you can sit comfortably and watch the sunset. The owner was very nice.

Casa in Playa Hermosa was perfect for my entire family. Easy to accommodate everyone in the rooms, comfortable house for a large party with different areas to be in. The covered pool and palapa were a plus for us so we can continue the fun in the evening. Thank you Russel for your prompt responses and kind attention. We’ll definitely go back there for more time and fun!

I would definitely go back to Russell's place, it's even nicer than what you see in the photos, the beach is not as crowded and some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen, the house comes with everything you need to enjoy. Russell is always attentive to any questions or needs you may have. The accommodation is 1.40 hours from Managua, and the access is very good.

Russell was very kind at all times, and communicating with him was easy, which made us feel at home. We had no issues with access, and the house was clean and well-organized. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay without having to leave the house. The pool area was undoubtedly the best part. Since it was covered, the water stayed at a pleasant temperature, and the beach felt like it was ours while we were there. We truly enjoyed the place, and without a doubt, we are already planning our next trip to stay at Russell’s place again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house – the pool is in excellent condition, the sea is just a stone’s throw away, the water is clean, and the ocean floor has no rocks, just sand, making it perfect for children.

Very nice house and front of one of the best parts of the beach

The beach location, pool and privacy of this home is what sold me on staying. Hearing the waves lull you to sleep nightly is amazing! Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were comfy and air conditioned. Beautiful covered pool/bar area, makes for a perfect family/friends gathering spot to share stories and decompress. Stayed 3 nights and will go back to stay longer very soon!! Thanks Russell for the quick response time and for providing such a beautiful home for us to experience! Tracy

Russell's house, and the location on Playa Hermosa was absolutely beautiful. the courtyard of the house, the back patio with the pool table, swimming pool, and palapa were spectacular. The rooms were wonderfully air conditioned, and each had their own bathroom. The kitchen was very well appointed. This place is ideal for those who want a great beach house with an excellent beach swimming area, complete with outdoor shower. You even get your own bar overlooking the beach, pool, and palapa. It is ready for a fun week. Bring your pets too! the courtyard can be fully closed off so your pooches can run around outside without fear of them getting lost. If you are looking for that truly secluded beach getaway that has it all, this property will not disappoint!
