We had a spectacular stay. What we enjoyed the most was the terrace with a pool and the beautiful ocean view, the perfect place to relax. The rest was excellent: the bed is super comfortable and the pillows are of excellent quality, which is really appreciated at the end of the day. Special mention for the host, who welcomed us in the friendliest way and gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat in the area. We would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed staying at this place, because of its proximity to the pier and some very good restaurants that are nearby. I would definitely stay with them again.

I will always come back to this place. The location is absolutely perfect. There is a little for everyone here... Busy night life but the sound and vibeancy outsude did not dusturb as at all in our room. The rooftop view and pool was spectacular. We felt like queens! There werent many guest when we went so we were upgraded to a bigger room and it was so, so lovely. We just adore this place!

It is located opposite the Chetumal esplanade, right in front of the giant letters for taking photos. The bedrooms are amazing; they are super comfortable and have exquisite décor. The loft rooms are double-height, overlooking the bay, and they have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and super comfortable beds. I highly recommend it ☺️! Thank you for an amazing break! 💚

Mario and the hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location is across from the boardwalk and the nearby park has local vendors and activities. I highly recommend.

It is definitely a really nice place to stay; although the loft has no ocean view, it is spacious, clean, very well lit, and has the necessary kitchen utensils in case you want to make a quick snack. The service provided by the managers was excellent; you can tell that they are attentive without being intrusive. In addition, I would like to point out that the place and the area are very safe. I would definitely stay at this property again, but in an oceanfront loft.

Perfect spot for us for a night before getting a ferry. We had an issue with a delayed flight but Mario and the team were super responsive and made it really easy to adjust the booking and made sure we were looked after. Would recommend!

A place with a beautiful view, very quiet, easy to get to. The bed is very comfortable, and even the sheets are very cozy. The staff are very friendly; they explain everything about the room, and the host responds quickly to your questions. The place is as shown in the photos. I would definitely come back.

We stayed a weekend at Mario's place, and we loved it! The location is perfect for walking around the Malecon. The views from both the room and the roof deck were lovely. The staff was super helpful and friendly. A really great experience. I hope to be back!!

Great location, everything is amazing

I had an amazing stay in Chetumal. Juanita was truly one of the nicest people I’ve met while traveling. She went above and beyond by upgrading my room, which was such a thoughtful and generous surprise. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt very welcoming. Her kindness and hospitality really made the experience special, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Chetumal.

Mario Alberto's place is very well located, the rooms to stay in are excellent, the service is very good from the staff and everyone is very friendly. In our case, they changed our room for a better one at no additional cost. If I go back to Chetumal, this would be my first choice.

The place is located a couple of steps from the esplanade. Luckily for us, we got the Christmas villa. There were a lot of people, food stalls, the atmosphere felt pleasant and as such the place to stay 10/10, even more so the terrace, since from there you can see the sunrise and sunset in front of the esplanade

Excellent, everything is very clean and tidy, very conveniently located, close to restaurants, and in front of the Bahia Boulevard, from the pool you have a nice view of the ocean. The reception service was very friendly and they gave us a larger room than we had booked😊.

I love the location and the place is very nice. The assistance when we arrived was awesome and she was helpful whenever we needed anything.

I don't leave many reviews, but I would like to congratulate the team of this place, especially Juanita, who received us very kindly, thank you Juanita you are the best, the place is like the photos, that's why I'll leave you some things that are not seen in the photos but are appreciated: 1. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal, like a back massage. Hot and cold water at the moment. No tricks 2. Extra clean sheets and blankets, we woke up smelling like fabric softener. 3. Air conditioning working at 100 4. Super comfortable bed, we slept like babies 5. Incredible location, tacos marquesita restaurants, we wanted to have dinner at 10, I went down for my tacos and in 10 minutes we were already having dinner, saving on uber eats. 100% awesome. 6. Bikes! Things to keep in mind, that photos, even if they don't tell lies, aren't the main reason you book: 1. Terrace area needs maintenance. Lots of mosquitoes too 2. Please notify at least 3 hours before your arrival time as there is no self-check-in

If you want to relax and rest, this place is the best! Very clean and quiet, the bed is super comfortable, it has bathrobes and a terrace with a small pool overlooking the ocean, Juanita was super friendly and gave me very good recommendations about the area, I definitely recommend this hotel, I felt very comfortable

It's a beautiful place, I would definitely come back. Juanita welcomed me in the best way, and supported me with directions and recommendations for places to visit. The suites are certainly luxurious, with excellent cleanliness and equipment.

The Loft is really good, a privileged location in front of the Malecón, centrally located with a very good view from the room, tidy, clean, with a very appropriate decoration and paintings with a theme of the local flora and fauna of Chetumal. I liked it a lot, not only the room but also the terrace, with a pool and an excellent view of the bay. we will surely be back.

I booked this stay for my parents and they had a lovely time. The hosts didn’t speak much English, but they were still able to communicate everything they needed and were treated very well.

Beautiful beautifully decorated studio with large equipped kitchen/dining room, located in a small building facing the lagoon. Beautiful bathroom, spotless linens.

The team was great and helpful and let us know about the carnical celebration that was happening. It's a great place to have an amazing view of the sunrise, sea, and carnival parade. Very close to the Explanada, where you can find different types of food, and very close to bars, restaurants, and clubs! The room was clean and modern. Very Beautiful!

The place was perfect to catch the ferry to Caye Caulker the next day. 4 min walk! The specified location in Google Maps does not correspond to the actual location! Just walk towards the fisherman's monument and then ☺️ you will find it Check-in was super easy as communication via AirBnB was fast and reliable! Great place with free bikes and a nice roof terrace!

The place was great but what stood out for me were the two very friendly housekeeping attendants we met. They were so very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home.
