It was an excellent option. The house is in a prime location, really. You literally have everything close by. It's a pretty cozy house. I would come back again.

Our host was incredibly responsive, answered every question quickly, and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The pool was a huge highlight—it was the perfect place to cool off and unwind after spending the day at the beach. One of the things we appreciated most was how accommodating our host was. They helped arrange our golf outing and even made sure we had transportation to and from the course, which made the experience completely stress-free. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book here again. We had an amazing stay at Casa Synder! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Theran was an outstanding host: welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the snorkeling excursion that Theran personally took us on. It was an incredible experience, and his knowledge of the area made it even more special. We saw beautiful marine life and had an unforgettable time on the water. Very nice place and was easy to find. The rooms were clean and a nice size so everyone in my group had enough space. 10/10 would recommend.

We really liked the home and location. It's close to great restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery stores for snacks, etc. Parking on the street was easy for our rental car. The rooms were as advertised. The location was even better than expected. Just close enough to walk everywhere but not too noisy at night. We were on a surf trip, so parking and carrying our boards to and from the car parked on the street out front made it easy for morning surf missions up and down the coast. We also surfed right out front at Tamarindo beach. Fortunately there was plenty of swell! Casa Snyder defininitely gave us the Pura Vida experience.

We had a wonderful time at Theran's place. He was so responsive and came through for us after we had issues with our previous accommodation and urgently needed to find a new place to stay. What an upgrade! Theran's place was super convenient: easily walkable to the beach and restaurants and downtown nightlife, and right across the street from a small grocery store that made it super easy to pick up food and drinks. Even though we were so well located, we didn't have any issues with noise. We loved the dipping pool for cooling off, and made good use of the well stocked kitchen (especially enjoying the blender and ice for smoothies). There was even some beach gear (umbrella, boogie boards, etc) to take down to the beach. Theran was super responsive throughout our stay for any questions or recommendations, and we felt so welcomed and supported. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Casa Snyder was the most perfect place to stay in tamarindo. We were walking distance to everything we could have needed and the home was so clean. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay in tamarindo. Already miss it and would love to come back another time.

Theran's house is in a fantastic location for a trip to Tamarindo. Everything is extremely walkable, and the grocery store is conveniently right across the street. The host was super responsive, messaging us frequently to check in and answer any questions we had. The house itself was great for our trip, everyone was comfortable. Would go again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend! very close to the beach and surf board rentals ( you can grab boards the night before). Theran had easy instructions for getting in and out and provided reccomendstiosn for shuttles and activities!

This was by far the perfect place to stay in Tamarindo. Everything is in walking distance but far enough away. Breaking Bread was right next door and such a gem! Theran and his group were responsive and so helpful putting together the best trip! Theran recommended Francisco for transport. His team went above and beyond to make sure the most stressful part of the trip was seamless and he was always on time If not early. Everything was perfect and we’ll be back! Thank you everyone! What a fantastic location! Added bonus is that it’s a great place. Three bathrooms, the most comfortable couch and literally everything right outside our door. Wouldn’t change a thing! Highly recommend!

The listing was exactly what we were looking for — homey, centrally located, and a calm place to come back to at the end of the day. Check-in was straightforward, the space was clean, and everything worked as expected (Wi-Fi, A/C, hot water, etc.). We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and most of the main spots we wanted to see, which made the location especially convenient. Communication with the host was clear and timely throughout. Overall, a solid stay that matched the description and photos, and we’d be comfortable booking again!

We loved it! We celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary at Casa Snyder and couldn’t have expected anything better! The house is spotless with all the amenities you would ever need! The house was beautiful and the pool was perfect! Definitely our new favourite spot in Tamarindo and we will be back!

Incredible place, quite cozy, spacious and comfortable house, it is close to everything: beach, supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. The host's response was very, fast and accurate to my needs, we had a great time in the small pool, the parking is a bit small for a large vehicle but nothing that can't be solved, I would recommend this space a thousand times and I hope to return soon!!!!

We had another AIRB&B booked, but the AC was broken. So. we needed a place to stay and very last minute. Therapy was quick to respond and save the day. BIG BONUS was the house was perfect for us. Great location, great use of the space, secure and fun. Thanks Theran. Pura Vida

great place to stay in the heart of the town

Amazing place to stay. Right off the main road with plenty of things to do. Lots of space and amenities and the place feels super quiet and private even though it’s so close to the main road. Awesome spot!

They were extremely helpful and prompt with and questions. Super easy to find and great location. Right in the heart of tamarindo.

Theran's place was perfect for our Tamarindo stay. Gaby picked us up from the airport (she's so sweet!), she told us all about the area, we stopped for Mamon Chinos (fuzzy red fruit which was delicious) & she helped us get settled. She also took us back to the airport . She was quick to respond when we had questions & always asked how we were. The house is right in town so close to everything & across the street from a small supermarket. We rented a golf cart from Golf Carts Tamarindo to get around & drive farther, but also walked since everything was so close. Theran's house is just down from the skatepark, which was loud our first night and the bright lights shine in the upstairs bedroom (that was the only "downfall", but it wasn't a big deal, just a bit noisier than we're used to at night). All the other nights were just fine! The weekend we went was a festival in the area so the energy was high! The house was clean & comfortable. We'd recommend Theran's place & would stay again!

Theran's place was fantastic! It was within walking distance to everything you'd want to do in Tamarindo. The beach was within a 5 min walk from the house. So many great restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store across the street which is very convenient. The house itself was a great size for our family of four, and the kids throughly enjoyed the small pool and outdoor shower at the house. We'll definitely be back to Theran's place next time we're in Tamarindo!

Theran was an incredible host. He went well beyond what was expected. He even drove to Liberia Airport to pick up a bag we had mistakenly left behind! Pool was wonderful after a day at the beach. I would highly recommend this location for anyone interested in Tamarindo.

Great host and place, would stay again!

Theran's home was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The location was amazing!!!! one is able to walk right out the door into the vibrant Tamarindo culture and nightlife. The city has an amazing vibe, the people, the food, the beaches all exceeded our expectations. Therans home is fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. The host and property management (Gaby) were very easy to communicate with. We will be back sooner than later.

My family and I had an amazing time in Costa Rica and the hostes were both so amazing, helpful, gave me so many tips, info recommendations. They always answer very quick and always ready to assist. I will definitely keep their contact for our next visit to Costa Rica. The house was very spacious, the small pool on the patio was such a great add on. Located right in the middle of town with everything walk distance. Thank you! Theran and Gaby I really appreciate you guys.

Theran’s condo is amazing! It has everything you need for a great stay; a fully equipped and comfortable apartment, just 600mts from the beach with a outstanding view. It was a real pleasure to staying.

Excellent place great location

Overall this place is as described. The view is great. We love Monte Perla complex. Great pool, close to town. I think the place could be cleaner and some closets could be cleared out more. Not the fault of the owner, but there was a lot of construction around this time.

Theron was always responsive. This is a great location walkable to the beach.shops and restaurants. There is also a couple of grocery stores one right across the street and a little bigger one just a block away.

We had a great stay as a family of 5 staying here. Very easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We didn’t need to use our car rental, everything was a 10 minute walk or less. Lots of space for us inside, kids even enjoyed the plunge pool daily.

The place was well kept and the little pool was a very nice addition! The space was big and comfortable a very close to the grocery store, restaurants, cafè and the beach. The host was very helpfull, flexible and responsive.

Great location near the center of town and relatively close to the beach

Definitely recommend especially for families! I love the privacy but central location. Near a great playground and rooftop pizza place. The host was so nice and let us use the wash when my daughter got sick on her favorite dress. The plunge pool was a game changer - we enjoyed it every day, sometimes more than the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was fantastic, and the space was lovely. The house had good water pressure in the showers and great air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the area.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The host was extremely helpful and had great recommendations. I would recommend using Uber as the hill to walk is very steep and in the rainy season very washed out. It’s about a 3 minute drive into downtown and cost $4USD so we were very happy with the location! Thank you again!!

Immaculate property. I have stayed at several AirBnBs in the Tamarindo area and this is by far my favorite. Great location, perfect for surfers with the outdoor shower and pool to relax. Communication was quick and they went above and beyond to help me out with any questions I had. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

From beginning to end, Estefany and Theran were great hosts. They responded to any questions or concerns almost immediately. They provided recommendations and checked in on our stay regularly. This condo is beautiful and well-equipped. Something to note - Due to the location on a steep-ish dirt road, we were only able to rent gas golf carts with certain types of tires or ATVs, so be sure to ask the company before you try to rent something ahead of your stay. Ubers are extremely easy to get. The gate and parking are very secure. The beds are very comfortable, but the master bedroom is extremely bright in the morning. The bathrooms were nice and spotless but the shower water pressure was very low in both bathrooms. The views (especially the sunset) were unbelievable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Theran and Estephany did an excellent job responding to our questions and were very proactive with check-in information and suggesting things to do. A couple of minor maintenance issues came up and they got fixed right away. The apartment was in a well-kept property and neighbors were friendly. Everything was as pictured. The views of the sunset were spectacular!

Very cute place with a beautiful view. The place was just as described. We had a car but didn't need to use it often as we were within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants.

This airbnb is the absolute perfect location if you are wanting to walk around tamarindo. You are in the center of it all. You will be right next to a skate park and basketball court that seemed to be the meet up place for police. There were always friendly teenagers playing basketball and happy to let others join. You are also right next to a super market which is incredibly convenient. (lowest prices in Tamarindo) The airbnb’s A/C is a lifesaver, and the bests were super comfy at the end of a long day. Definitely book with them and ask them for recommendations, they give you the best surf shops to rent from or the best excursions to go on. Loved our stay so much.

Adorable condo! Loved that the bedrooms also had their own balconies. Great views from all the windows in the condos. The pool was very well kept but we spent most of our time at the beach so we could surf. Would definitely recommend to other Tamarindo visitors!

This was the perfect spot for our group. Everyone enjoyed it, and if you travel with teenagers that says a lot 😊 Sometimes things happen out of their control and they responded quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! At the end of the day, everyone was happy. It was also super convenient having a grocery store across the street, restaurants a block away and a short couple block walk to the beach. We had such an awesome experience staying at this beautiful condo! Amazing views with so many wonderful surprises between a pool to enjoy if you’re looking to take a break from the ocean, walkable to town, and not to mention an incredible unit decorated to make you feel right at home! The hosts were very responsive and helpful and check- in & check-out was easy peasy! Cannot recommend staying here enough! We will 100% be back!

Our stay at this amazing condo was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a quick 5-minute drive from town, yet still close enough to all the restaurants and shops. One of the highlights of our trip was definitely watching the sunsets from the balcony every evening. The condo itself was well-equipped, we had a fully stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, milk, and spices. We can't recommend this place enough!

Theran’s place is in a perfect location! One block to all the main restaurants and bars and two blocks from the beach. The place is quiet at night time, as it’s just far enough from the nightlife. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of activities. Theran was great with commutation and we enjoyed going out on his boat one day. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of four and were comfortable during our week long stay, the condo was close to the beach, all local shops and restaurants. We did not need a vehicle as we utilized local transportation and tour services. The outdoor shower and plunge pool were a perfect way to clean and cool off after a hot day at the beach. Amazing location! This was the perfect spot in Tamarindo! The house is very spacious and we loved the courtyard with the pool! It’s super close to the beach and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The wifi was great! I actually had to take a few work calls and it was very strong signal. Theran was very quick to reply and was very kind to allow us to drop our luggage off earlier in the day. For the most part it was pretty quiet. There was a music festival going on for part of our trip so we did hear some music outside but inside you couldn’t hear anything. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was a wonderful spot! Definitely recommend!
