Excellent apartment, very spacious, exclusive and very quiet area. The pool is located just across the street and access to the ocean is super close. Poled is always attentive.

A very nice apartment with a spectacular view, super comfortable beds, very spacious rooms, everything very clean, a super equipped kitchen, furniture in good condition. I have been to the island several times and this is the best apartment I have stayed in. Poled was very attentive and helpful. A super host. I totally recommend it!

From the moment you arrive at the lobby of the tower, you are greeted by the staff of the residential complex who take your luggage to the apartment. You enter the place and it looks clean and tidy, the decoration is beautiful! The next thing you see is the wonderful view it has, facing the beach and the sea. From the balcony in the afternoons you can see the sunset, an incredible view! On the other side of the balcony you can see the pools and part of the complex. Walking, it is very close to the access to the beach, for which there is a table where you request a palapa to be assigned to you. There are security personnel in the pools and on the beach. The restaurant with affordable prices, delicious dishes to look at and taste. All kitchen utensils in good condition, the stove works perfectly and we loved it the refrigerator, where you can get ice and cold water at any time. Juanita and Esther are very efficient. Poled was always attentive and accessible, a wonderful stay, definitely highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

We thought the apartment was nice. Everything was fine. We had problems with the air conditioning but they gave us options and we decided to stay because the place was very nice. There was communication at all times and it is a well-kept apartment, although being so close to the sea always means that it has its issues, but nothing that prevents you from enjoying it. We recommend it

I stayed at this Airbnb in Acapulco and the experience was excellent. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is ideal, close to the beach and everything you need to spend a few incredible days. The communication with the host was quick and very friendly. I definitely recommend it and I would stay here again. Thank you for everything! 🌴☀️🏖️

The apartment is very well located, close to the pool and the beach. The only issue we had is that we were not told how the electricity works and that there is a consumption limit. I think it's very important to mention it, since with the heat of Acapulco, it's impossible to turn the air on and off in order not to exhaust the electric power package. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Excellent communication with Poles since I made the reservation. The accommodation was amazing, the location unbeatable and overall the condominium is beautiful. I'm leaving Acapulco very happy, and even happier that I chose this property.

The place is great for a family vacation. The kids have a great time. The apartment is very comfortable, beautiful, functional, with quite a lot of space. To this day the facilities of the complex are being repaired due to Hurricane Otis, but the common areas are working, they are clean, the pools in excellent condition, you can access the beach, so in reality this does not affect the stay in the least. Of the 8 people we were, we all want to come back.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for large families. It is near the beach and the restaurant and pools. The complex is large large and appears to be designed as a resort, which is convenient. The only "but" was that the main pool was under repair but didn't affect us in the least

The apartment is amazing, very clean and organized. Poles is always available and takes care of everything. When we arrived the TV was not working and Poled bought a new TV right away. No complains at all, definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is very nice, it has a great location in the complex and a great view. Only there were 14 of us and there were missing kitchen utensils and the dishes are already very neglected. Cleanliness in general or so. But the place is great if you go with a lot of small children.

I really liked the apartment, Paty's service is wow, she cooks us very rich and helped us at all times. The coffee maker needs a filter, it's something that would be a parent to let us know to take away and use it. The living room is the best!!! It's super comfortable. The bad of the place, the pools... They need a lot of maintenance and even dangerous I felt the floor due to the lack of stones. Thank you Poled, for your always attention.

The apartment has incredible views, the proximity to the beach and the sea make it special, the terrace is huge and you can be in the pool until late and the water temperature is warm. Poled is always attentive and attentive to any feedback, and Paty the cook made us eat delicious, on the days we were there, which gives the accommodation a bonus since you don't worry about cooking and that time you are at Paty beach. She is friendly and gives you a great time about the amenities on the island. We'll definitely be back. 😉

Communication was easy, a lot of atención once you are there. One thing is a lot of security protocol at the resort but the apartment was right on the water with great amenities. Would recommend.

I had a great time , Poled's service was very good , he helped me with a problem I had in the apartment, unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment is terrible The sheets were dirty smelled ugly The main bedroom found beautiful pubic in the bed . I recommend them when they arrive to check the cleaning of the house and the bedrooms very well

The home was BEAUTIFUL! And the view was even better in person! The only thing is that the resort is super strict about everything. We barely enjoyed ourselves because they would always tell the kids something. Also the power and water shut off in the morning so we had to run out of the apartment. Such a great host! But the resort was okay with all their rules.

Communication with Poled was terrible . A day before my stay there were very strong problems in the last cabin before arriving to Acapulco and I wrote to ask her how the situation was in a matter of safety as I would be traveling with my family and baby and she just read my message and she didn't respond to me anything . When I arrived, I wrote to him mentioning that I was already there and he answered me the next day . And on the day of my departure I wrote to him again to tell him that if I could leave an hour after the checkout set by the app and he also only read me and never responded to anything. The good thing is that there is a person called Paty who is the one who gives you the house , super friendly and helpful .

The department is nice and well distributed. The complex where it’s located, lacks a bit of maintenance and we had a couple of details while we were there sur to general maintenance: no elevator for 2 days, air conditioned miss functioned, no water in the department for one whole day, fridge almost does not get cold, etc. Overall location is great and amenities are good for children, but I would have liked a different response to “make up” for all the little unexpected details.

Very good apartment, excellent location, the beach club is great, Poled responds immediately to any request or inconvenience that arises. A deposit of $5,000 is charged upon arrival which is returned at the end, I would have liked this to have been posted on the listing.
