We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. My wife and I are super hosts and have been to Cozumel many times. The location was our favorite of anywhere we have stayed in the island. The place had lots of space beautiful views and super comfy beds. You can snorkel just past the pool where a ladder leads down to the water. Bill is a fantastic host and super responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice place, excellent location and very peaceful surroundings. The best part is that you have your own reef to snorkel all day if you wanted to. Bill was very responsive to our questions and needs.

This place is magical. The snorkeling right outside was some of the best we've seen. The pool is great. The views from the room is great. Everything was perfect. We did rent a car, and I'm glad we did. Yes, there were taxis around, but we loved the freedom of having a car. Parking was no problem either. The kitchen is well stocked, which is great because we like cooking our meals. The local hosts were kind and responsive. I even got an in-room massage, which was so nice. I highly recommend staying here. I didn't want to leave.

The condo is even nicer than the photos show.. We had a beautiful luxurious stay! Beds were very comfortable. The proximity to town is perfect. We will be back.

This place is a gem. The view is amazing. The pool is very nice, and I noticed them cleaning the chair cushions every morning, which I appreciated. It’s a great spot for snorkeling too. Everything in the condo was very clean. The location is awesome, just a few minutes from the airport and downtown. 10/10 recommend this place!

We just had an incredible stay at Bill's condo. This was my fourth time in Cozumel and I never want to stay anywhere else. The location is perfect; we loved the quiet privacy this place offeres. The condo had everything we needed and more. It is beautifully furnished and the beds are very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful service from all the staff, the pool deck and lounge area is kept immaculately clean. The views of the ocean were unmatched. We felt so comfortable and at home here, we will definitely be back!

We just returned from a 5-night stay at Bill & Abby's beautiful condo! Everything was just as described, right on the Caribbean with gorgeous views, incredible sunsets, a great pool area and a nice balcony overlooking it all. The condo is quite spacious and sparkly clean. There were 7 of us, including 3 children, and we all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out and not be stepping all over each other all week! The housekeeping crew does a great job of keeping things squeaky clean, including the pool area & loungers. So glad we chose this place for our family vacation! Thank you, Bill & Abby, for sharing!!

Three bedrooms, four bath, full kitchen , dining room and living room. And the patios were great. Comfy, the right amount of luxury and hominess. After seven trips to Cozumel this is my fave. I will be staying here again.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed at (I've been to a bunch). The view was amazing, with the most incredible snorkeling right in front of the dock. This was the main draw for me. I also went fishing /spearfishing nearby and caught a bunch of fish. the place it self is more spacious then I first thought. it's very well stocked in the kitchen. they put purified water out for us (very helpful) air conditioning worked like a charm, bathroom in the master was huge. master bedroom was huge with another send balcony. sliding doors were easy to open and view the cruise ships at night. honestly it's the most incredible view. I could see needlefish in the water from my balcony. instructions were very detailed. place was super clean. the kitchen had a view of the jungle. short drive to incredible restaurants. parking out front was easy. checking in was easy. they provided a cooler and flippers which I used. everyone on this island, for some reason, ended up being so incredibly nice to us. amazing!!!!!!

This place was phenomenonal. We went with the goal of getting some R&R, and that's what we got. The team was super responsive and did everything to make our stay amazing. The view.. I could sit there all day long. Great trip, would love to visit again

Bill’s condo was gorgeous. The view from the master bedroom and the balcony was worth it all. We could spend hours gazing at the pristine waters. The condo was super spacious and comfortable. We would love to come back and spend more time.

Great apartment for our family of 6 adults to hang out for a week. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, helpful and friendly staff at the building. Location was nice and quiet away from the cruise terminals. Everything was an easy, short drive away on the coast road. Couple of good restaurants were a short walk.

Amazing stay in Czm once again. The location and the property were exactly what we expected.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids. It is a very big condo and the view is amazing! Communication was excellent even before we arrived and Laura was amazing at helping us coordinate a chef and go grocery shopping ahead of time. This was great as I wanted food and diapers for my kids when we arrived. Totally recommend the chef for at least one night! The snorkeling right out front is some of the best on the island!

This is an incredible location, with breathtaking views, and serene surroundings. The unit had all of the possible amenities that any guests would need. Bill and Abby went above and beyond to ensure their guests have an amazing experience!

We so enjoyed this large condo even though it was just the two of us it could accommodate 3 couples easily. The views were like being on a cruise ship seeing the ocean thru the Hugh sliding glass doors and main bedroom windows. The condo grounds were spotless enjoying sunsets from the pool which often was just the two of us. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked living room w large couch very relaxing. If you are looking for a quite upscale condo this is it. Bill and Abby were always a text away and have great staff on the island to assist with any needs you have. We were here in early Nov w Norte Easter winds so access into ocean at condo was a bit rough if you are not a strong swimmer... we just took the plunge and saw many beautiful fish up and down the coast. If you are up for kite boarding or body surfing we had a blast at Chen Rios beach on the eastern side of the island. It's an amazing coastal drive along the eastern coast and a must see by car rental or scooter!!!! Great trip!

Our group stayed here for a laid-back diving vacation and were extremely happy with the property. The unit was clean and modern, all listed amenities were included, and communication was always quick and helpful. The pool and grounds were spotless, ocean access couldn’t be easier, and the view from the primary bedroom and the deck is second to none. Truly a 6 star stay.

We had a AMAZING stay in Cozumel. I have a group of friends who like to meet up once or twice a year and this year we picked Cozumel. We were thrilled with the spot. Right on the beach with gorgeous sunsets each night. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices and cooking oils. There was security downstairs always giving friendly greetings when we came in. We always felt super safe and secure. The downstairs neighbors chatted with us and offered local resturant advice. It was just a magical trip! If you are looking for a beautiful place right on the ocean, you have found it! ❤️❤️❤️

We LOVED this rental! It was perfect for our family of four and I would absolutely stay here again! It was beautiful, comfortable and super clean throughout. The beds & pillows were amazingly comfortable! The location was awesome. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the beach under the palapa and in the beautiful pool. We snorkeled several times a day. It was a quick and easy taxi to town. Bill had great communication and was always quick to respond. A fantastic vacation! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing panoramic views of the ocean & sunsets. Beautiful condo! Very quiet location and hardly anyone at the pool. Great place to snorkel steps from the swimming pool. Very safe area. I went for a walk and run by myself and saw many others doing the same. Restaurant recommendations from Bill were great! Laura helped us set up parasailing. We also did a snorkeling tour and spent the day at Mr. Sanchos’ Beach Club. We rented a car for the week and drove around the island one day. We had lunch and drinks at Playa Punta Morena on the other side of the island. Worth the drive! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall and hope to come back! This condo and Cozumel are the perfect combo!

Lovely stay, everything was just right.

From the time of booking to the time of check out, everything was perfect. Super responsive, friendly, and helpful owners and property managers. The condo was on the less touristy side of the island, yet still close enough to enjoy everything Cozumel had to offer. The photos don’t do this place justice, you can tell they care about the property and their visitors. This is home away from home and you won’t want to leave ❤️

Beautiful spot. Only a 30m walk to downtown and lots of taxis for $7-$10 one way any time of day. Great snorkeling right off the patio and to either side we saw swordfish and lots of colorful tropical fish. The place is luxurious and the staff was generous and kind, Bill was also responsive throughout our stay.

It's so beautiful and peaceful! Being able to walk to Buccano's Beach Club is a great thing -- excellent food and a sandy beach. The pool felt for the most part like a private pool; it was almost always empty. The kitchen is very well-stocked! We did rent a car for a few days, and we appreciated not having to rely on taxis. Laura was an incredible help with local questions (what bus do we take to the Cancun airport from Playa? what grocery store should we go to?, etc.). And Bill's local recommendations for restaurants were spot-on and kept us out of tourist traps. Very glad we found this place!

Bills place was lovely. The photos matched the home. Fantastic view, pristine pool area and really wonderful snorkeling directly in front with easy access in and out of the water. This listing was just as posted…perfect! Snorkeling directly in front of the condo was amazing. We arrived Friday after the hurricane hit the island and an hour before the condo was supposed to be ready. Laura was very gracious and allowed us to wait while they finished cleaning. Due to the hurricane, the water was off the first 24 hours and groceries were hard to obtain. Through all the chaos, Laura was extremely helpful providing information on restaurants that were open and providing drinking water for the unit. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely stay here again!

Bill was very responsive and accommodating. We traveled with our two young kiddos and elderly parents. the condo was perfect and met all of our needs. We all enjoyed the pool, it was like having our own private pool! We would definitely book again!

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful, well decorated rooms, plenty of space, quiet, perfect view of the ocean and pool, easy check in and out.

The cnodo is very well equipped with blender, air fryer and basic spices. There are plenty of pots and pans and utensils. This is one the best equipped places we have rented in Cozumel. The pool and out door area is large and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting here again.

I'm hesitant to be honest about this place because I want to keep it all to myself. It is FANTASTIC. Quiet. Unreal view. Sunset from a postcard. Safe taxi service or car rental. 3 minutes from ton of different eating spots. Super helpful host and staff. Great A/C in rooms so you can set your own comfort zone for sleeping. Kitchen is great. Nespresso machine for morning coffee on the balcony. Snorkeling right out the back door. Just so good. Can't wait to come back. And the city is full of great local restaurants and is totally safe to walk around in. Cozumel feels like a small town, not a resort town. Wonderful local community.

Bill and Abbys place was amazing! Felt right at home upon arrival. Everything was as described in description and photos. The view was truley beautiful especially to wake up to in the morning. The pool is very well maintained and so relaxing. There is a chef at the beach, makes great small plate snacks if you get hungry. The pico and Pina Coladas were to die for. Bill and Abbys place is def on our list to stay again!

Bills place is a good value. View is great and there is great snorkeling right in front of the property. Spacious with all amenities and mini splits in all rooms to tailor the temp to your needs. Good communication and any small issues were corrected promptly.

We've been visiting Cozumel since the mid 1980s. There have been changes (more travelers) but the local folks are just as friendly and it is safe. Bill's condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Gorgeous views. We were only 2 but the condo could accommodate a large family. We were never in need of anything, all amenities were supplied. The pool and grounds are very well maintained every morning. The pool has a shallow and deep end and is fresh water. It was a little rough snorkeling because of wind but there are plentiful beautiful fish to gaze upon. We rented a scooter for our transportation but you can walk into town for exercise. We ate at Guidos (wood fired pizzas and pasta are excellent, skilled and friendly wait staff, manager and owner), Buccanos (fancy) and La Monina (casual,) our favorites. We are divers but chose to do a few dives as we get chilled quickly. We had a very nice visit and thank Bill for hosting us. And Yamille was very sweet. Thank you.

What an amazing place! We can’t wait to come back here again. Everything was just as described, if not better! The building is very unique as the condo is the entire width of the building so you can see both the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend saying here!

My family and i absolutely loved Villa Serena, the amenities, community and the views. My family of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 baby found that this location suited our needs perfectly. There were enough bathrooms and so much space! We enjoyed the sunsets, warm pool, recommendations, watching the snorkel illuminated waters at night, the butterflies and iguanas were very cool. We would absolutely stay again as our host was so gracious and helpful. This spot matches the pictures perfectly.

We had a great time at Peninsula Grand. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and accurate with the listing's pictures. There are individual ceiling fans and AC units in each room, and they worked perfectly, but we mostly opened the huge doors and let the ocean breeze keep us comfortable. The wind was high coming from the west the first part of the week, which made snorkeling a challenge, but on our final two days, the wind switched and came from the northeast, causing the surf to calm allowing us to snorkel in the beautiful clear water with tons of fish and even a stingray. We decided not to rent a car and never had an issue getting a taxi to go downtown. Our host recommended a great boat captain, and we spent a day snorkeling and fishing the south end of the island. Hotel B, a five minute walk, has a nice restaurant that's reasonably priced with ocean views. We dined there twice. We would definitely book with Bill and Abby again.

My wife and two young kids really enjoyed our stay. Good location....not too close or too far from town. Very spacious and large condo with just about everything you need. Comfortable beds with great ocean views from every room. I really thought the infinity pool and man made beach made this property stand out. Very beautiful and we'll maintained. The only disappointment for us is that we could not snorkel the 4 days we were there. It was too windy and rough waters. Something we were really looking forward to doing on the North end iron shores, but obviously, we know that is something out of the host and control. If you are looking for a large condo to share with family or group of friends, we highly recommend it.

This is my new favorite vacation spot! Amazing views, responsive host, helpful staff, wonderful area...I wish I could stay forever! It was mine and my boyfriend's first time in Cozumel, but the other three with us have been staying nearby several times. We all agree that this place is spectacular! Thank you!

Bill's place was spacious and comfortable. Being slightly north of downtown, we enjoyed quiet mornings and not being in a crowded location. Bill's team was super responsive which we really appreciated!

This place is amazing! This was on the higher end for us, as usually we would go for a cheaper place. But we thought we would treat ourselves and go with this one. It was TOTALLY worth it! The place has a stunning view on the turquoise ocean. It has amazing snorkeling literally downstairs. One of the best in the island, and more importantly, a quasi empty one. Most often we were the only ones swimming. Although it is a tall building, somehow we felt we were the only ones there. The pool and sea felt like our private pool sea access. And this was really amazing. It made it very peaceful. We ended up spending most of our time in Cozumel right in the apt enjoying the pool and snorkeling. Needless to say the apt itself is very well equipped and really beautiful. Once again, the views are incredible! Some Cozumel restaurant recommendations: - Cocay (Great pizza) - Bobcanos (Great atmosphere) - Go to the mercado municipal and buy your own fresh fish. - El Pezcozon (Sea food and good price)

Wonderful location, just far enough from the busy cruise terminals, so it feels nice and quiet, but close enough that you can get to everything quickly. Host was really responsive and solved our minor issues quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay! It was the perfect escape and felt very inviting for me and my two teenagers. Our host and the staff at the condo were all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends!

Bill’s place was just what we were looking for. The place was clean, kitchen well equipped and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Everyone we came in contact with at the condo was pleasant and helpful. The pool was △⃒⃘lways clean and we had the pool to ourselves the majority of the time we were there. The snorkeling at the condo was the best we had while in Cozumel. I do recommend some sore of fins or footwear….there were a lot of sea urchins while we were there. Taxis were easy to catch and not expensive if going into town. The view from the master bedroom and the balcony was just gorgeous. Being on the second floor gives you a beautiful view without having far to go. If we had neighbors, we did not hear them. This is a quiet place. The water pressure in the master bathroom was really low but I am not sure that can be helped and I certainly wouldn’t let it stop you from staying here. This place was a perfect stay from host to the place itself. Thank you for sharing your place!!

We love our stay at Peninsula! The pool and the sea are amazing. We went to snorkel everyday, there were so many fishes to look at! Bill, Yamile and Laura were all reachable and always happy to help us in any way. We loved the appartment which is very big, lots of space for everybody, the beds were so comfy!

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. We have used Airbnb and VRBO for 20+ years. This was the most well stocked and easy to live in unit we have ever rented. Bill and team were always happy and quick to respond. We would return in a heart beat for this awesome value!!!!! Peaceful and beautiful location. Wow this place is just magical, amazing oceanside condo with amazing views out of a postal card. The condo is big and it has a great air conditioner system, the house had everything we needed and more. We loved snorkeling in the ocean and then jumping right into the heated pool. We spent our days swimming, snorkeling and playing games. All the workers are very attentive and keep everything very nice. Bill is such an amazing host, thank you so much for letting us stay at your place. 100% recommended.

This was a gorgeous place with terrific snorkeling right on the property. You can see so much marine life on the "wall" which goes South for a long ways. Spacious rooms and decks. Very comfortable beds! Very nice hostess and front desk people. Both Bill and Hostess were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the food especially at Buccanos which is walking distance N. and Mr. Taco was a great experience as well. The waters are so clear and warm with so much marine life to see. We went scuba diving 3 days. It is easy to get around with everything to closeby from the moment you step off the plane. We didn't make it South to the Eco park to see the crocodiles etc due to illness in our party. Next time!! It was fun to try the different beaches which just cost a snack to stay and the food was always great! Ceviche and camarones were always muy bueno!!! The pool is beautiful and long enough to swim laps. We brought a volleyball and were happy to find a net ready to play! Loved it!!!

What a great stay we had! Accommodations were top notch and better than expected. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our own meals and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. Yamile and Laura were very helpful and had great restaurant recommendations. Wonderful location, too. We'd love to back!

We loved every bit of our stay! The place was beautiful. Perfect for 6 adults. Super clean. Completely updated. Really nice. We loved being able to jump into the ocean right in front. Snorkeling here might be the best. We would drift down to the public beach and get out and walk back up. We will be back!

The condo was above and beyond our expectations! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was large and equipped with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms plus living space had a view of the ocean with extensive balconies overlooking the pool below. The washer and dryer just off the kitchen area was a huge plus. The property manager, Laura met us when we arrived and showed us all of the amenities. She also was very helpful throughout our stay when we needed recommendations and assistance with arranging transportation. The pool area and sandy beach were perfect for soaking in the sun. They had a great beach access for snorkeling with plenty of beautiful fish to see. There was an amazing fitness room which included showers and a sauna. The snack bar area with a cook to prepare food and drinks was fabulous. We cannot wait to return! Bill was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our vacation. ❤️

As others have written, this place is better than pictured. Truly, the view from the deck is unbelievable. Its location on the second floor provides a panorama of the horizon. The pool is rarely crowded and is only a few steps away. Only two of us stayed there, but there is ample room for three couples or a large family. The neighborhood is safe. We walked to breakfast both directions. Arranging a taxi for the evening or for the entire day is easy. The town offers many great restaurants with enough variety to satisfy any palate. We will be back.

Bill and his team are excellent hosts! Their condo is nicer than the pictures and description even show! We have been coming to Cozumel for years and this is the best place we have stayed in! We will definitely be back!

Having lived in Cozumel a number of years ago, we are familiar with the island and knew that we wanted to stay on the North end of Cozumel, where it's quiet and traffic is minimal. Bill's condo offered the perfect location, and proved to be quiet and secure. Access to the pool and the lounge areas was easy and never crowded. The unit was beautifully furnished, super clean, and featured a well-equipped kitchen with an array of spices and basic cooking ingredients. The layout is very open, which allows lots of light into the kitchen/dining area, living room. The staff was friendly and service-oriented (Martin was especially helpful with parking and with getting a taxi), and housekeeper Fatima did an excellent job cleaning the condo during our stay.

We had a great vacation, the place is conveniently located near downtown and has quick access to the ocean. The pool was great and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The hosts managing the listing were very welcoming and helpful.

Great stay in Cozumel! We had 5 people stay over Thanksgiving. This condo has a great layout. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The ocean was warm with small fish right in front of condo. Some days the current is stronger than others, but you can easily see puffers. Parrot fish, etc. There is a line of boyies about 10 feet out. There is a nice drop off 20 feet off with good snorkeling but tons of boats and jet skis coming through here so I would recommend bringing your own Snorkel gear and buy one of things to alert boats of you while you Snorkel. The pool was nice and warm and rarely anyone out there. Condo was very quiet and you could easily get a cab into town. from 7 to 12. Airport taxi $$$ due to some law. Walk out and walk a couple blocks out from airport and seriously a taxi will be there in a minute and you will pay less than half. Enjoy!

Beautiful place with beautiful views! It’s in a quieter area, but close to downtown for food and entertainment.

The apartment is in perfect condition as seen in the photos, it is 100% equipped. The guards of the building are super friendly and help you for whatever you need the same as the administrator of the apartment and is very well located 5 minutes from the center by taxi.

I know, I know the pictures don't look real, but they are! This place was the perfect set up for my family of 4. The condo gave us enough space to spread out after all our adventures. The employees that work there were very professional and friendly, kept the pool area/lobby super clean. Honestly we had some of the best snorkeling there at the condo, so many colorful fish, then we'd just hop up to the room to enjoy a cocktail with a view! We decided to take a car one day around the island and I was able to reach out to Laura and she had one ready at the front in under an hour. We took a lot of taxi's, literally just walk out front (we never waited more that a few minutes) and they all knew exactly where the condo was when we returned (around $12-$15 roundtrip into town). The whole time we felt safe! We will 100% be back! Thanks for sharing your place with us.

If you are looking to stay in Cozumel, this is the condo. Look no further. It was perfect in every way for my family of 5! After long days exploring Cozumel, it was so nice to come back to the condo and relax on the back deck, swim in the pool, or snorkel out back. The view is absolutely gorgeous from watching the sunset or cruise ships passing by. The condo had everything we could possibly need and incredibly clean. From a fully stocked kitchen to very comfy beds. It was so nice to have king beds and a bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms. It was also convenient having the washer and dryer. The location is perfect! Everything was just a few minutes drive away. Bill, Yamille, and Lauren were super helpful and were always fast to respond. Love this condo and hope to go back again!

This place is just as good as the pictures show. You will not be disappointed. My family liked all the space to spread out and my kids liked having their own bedroom and bathroom. The view is incredible. Wake up to blue skies in the morning and watch beautiful sunsets in the evening. The cabanas and pool were a great place to hang out during the day when we were not doing other activities or to just relax in the evening. The sound of the ocean at night was so peaceful. You have everything you need. There are several grocery stores not too far away so we could eat in for breakfast and lunch. We snorkeled, did helmet diving, and scuba diving. We also took the ferry across to Playa de Carmen and a shuttle down to Tulum to see the Mayan ruins.

What an beautiful place to stay while visiting Cozumel! 10 out of 10!

We really enjoyed the spacious feel. It is in a great location for snorkeling and quick access to the main town.

Villa Serena is indeed a luxury condo on the north side of town. It was quiet yet close to San Miguel for shopping and restaurants. I’ve been to Cozumel many times over the past 40 years and I will say this is the nicest place I’ve stayed! The condo is as gorgeous as the pictures show, with super comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen, where we cooked quite a bit. The view of the ocean and sunsets are amazing from the balcony and it’s a quick flight of stairs or elevator down to the pool and ocean side. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great stay in Cozumel!

Beautiful place to stay with comfortable beds. The place is a gorgeous as the pictures look. Laura answered all our texted messages quickly. She arranged for the cleaning maid, Fatima, to prepare a meal for us in the condo one night and it was delicious! Snorkeling was fantastic right in front of the condo. We would go south a ways to go into the water and the current would float us back to our condo as we snorkeled. Taxis were easy to get (just go out to the street) and reasonably priced. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a taxi to show up. Highly recommend Cozumel as a place to visit and this condo as the perfect place to stay.
