This house is gorgeous and very spacious for multiple families. Restaurants and beach are walkable. Host was always responsive. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

I can't say enough about our stay... the house was everything we hoped it would be and some, very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, walking distance from the beach and within easy reach of anything one can possibly need while in the area. We can't wait for an opportunity to return

We had a great stay! very short walk to the beach and 2 places to each within a few steps, literally! Other eateries & market also in walking distance. The house has everything we needed. Ally was quick to respond and help when we had questions. If you're staying in Playa Grande, this 5 bedroom large home is perfect!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Ally’s place was perfect for our adult family vacation. Extremely walkable, gorgeous property, very comfortable home. The 5 king bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms were so great to have. Ally was incredibly responsive and had great property managers in town who helped us out when a couple of things came up. Also, the local concierge she recommended, Julie from Waves of Lux, was instrumental in helping us arrange transfers and amazing tours, and even a local private chef. Incredibly stay!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for 8 of us. Truly just minutes from the beautiful quiet beach. We initially were going to stay in Tamarindo but had recommendations to consider Playa Grande to be in a less tourists area- we didn’t regret it! A restaurant is next door and a few others within walking distance. Thanks Ally for being a great host, communication and responsiveness! (As well as the concierge who was super helpful)

Las Palmas was the perfect place for our group! Beautiful new modern home with lots of space. Great restaurants within walking distance and the stunning Playa Grande right next door. Highly recommend this home to rent.

We had a wonderful stay at Las Palmas. Ally’s place is clean, open and bright and located minutes from the beach and within walking distance of lots of amazing restaurants in Playa Grande. Ally was always responsive and helpful and the house managers Dilcia and Holman came whenever we needed anything at the house. Our families made memories we will cherish and we’d love to return again.

This home is a gem. It is excellent for large families, each room is totally private and has its own bathroom, which makes it even more comfortable. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and had everything you need and more. The pool is amazing, we enjoyed it a lot. There are several restaurants around that open early for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we could walk to them in just a few steps. We could also walk 5 minutes to the beach, which makes it even more convenient. Ally is an amazing, friendly and communicative host. If you're thinking of staying in Las Palmas, don't hesitate!

Ally was the BEST host! She was so kind and accommodating to us. Almost all of her responses were in under a minute! Her instructions were great. The house was perfect when we got there and exactly what we expected and more! House is great for a family of 5 or 5 couples. Everyone wins w 5 master bedrooms! Cant wait to come back. So much in walking distance and can’t really get closer to the beach without n Grande! My family of 5 loved it! Thank you!

This place is beautiful. Very clean close to the beach and restaurants. It's close to tamarindo 1.5 hr away from the airport.

We absolutely love staying at this house. We came with two families and it was more than enough space. The location was perfect! It’s right next to the restaurants and less than a minute walk to the beach. The housekeeping staff was super helpful and met us at the house anytime we had any questions and Ally was super responsive. She even helped set up a massage for us at the house, which was the best massage I’ve ever had! We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing place in Playa Grande! It’s walkable to the beach and restaurants, and has plenty of space indoors for a larger family. Great outdoor space as well with pool and seating. I would 100% stay here again

Ally was an excellent host, the house is better than the photos, we received excellent attention, the location is excellent and there are good restaurants nearby. We loved the place, the pool is very comfortable and the place is very cozy and quiet. We were a group of 10 and had a great time. We highly recommend it.

We were a group of 9 adults who rented Ally’s playa grande villa for 5 nights over NYE. We had another booking that cancelled on us last minute & from the moment I reached out to Ally, she was responsive & helpful! The home is pristine & wonderfully laid out. Every room has a king bed and an en suite bathroom, with another half bath off the amazing kitchen / dining / living area. The pool area was perfect for our group & you are an easy 5 min walk to the beach. There are a handful of restaurants within a 2 min (one is right next door!) to 10 min walk away, plus a mini market ~7 mins walk where you can get some basic groceries & drinks. We chose not to rent cars & instead used Juan David’s transportation service as recommended by Ally. You’ll be very pleased if you choose this home for your Costa Rica holiday!
