We enjoyed our stay very much; the house is comfortable, nice, and met our expectations for a great time in Tela. The location and facilities were very good, and overall we had a positive experience. We appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend the place.

We loved the place. Ariel was always available for anything we needed, and Doña Amanda welcomed us like family and helped us a lot. One thing to add is that when we arrived, the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working properly, but we understand that sometimes appliances can have issues. The area is beautiful and very private, which is what we wanted. We hope to return soon. It's absolutely worth it.

Very nice place, beautiful beach, the place matches the photos, the person who received us (Doña Amanda) was very friendly and helpful, the electricity went out one day and they promptly set up the electric generator for the whole house. We loved the experience, we had a great time with the family. Point to improve: many vendors came to the house, they sold coconuts, bread and things like that, that generated a little mistrust, but apart from that everything was very good, I highly recommend the place, we could definitely return!!

The place fully complies with what is described in the app and the photos reflect exactly what the house is like. Everything was very clean, comfortable and with a pleasant atmosphere — really a 10/10 stay. As points for improvement, I would suggest updating the directions to get to the accommodation, since currently in San Juan there are streets under repair and some accesses are closed, which made it a little difficult to arrive. It would be ideal to indicate a central point and coordinate from there with someone from the accommodation to facilitate access. I would also improve the internet connection a bit, since at times the signal is lost. Apart from those details, the experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place.

Very comfortable house with everything you need. They gave us towels, soaps, the beautiful beach. It's just a little tricky to get there, but with waze you can get there perfectly. Everything is clean and there is WiFi. Thank you for everything!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beach house in Tela! The location couldn’t be better — just a few feet from the beach, inside a safe and quiet complex. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the coast. The house itself is super spacious with big bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved spending time by the private pool and grilling on the deck. Having a generator was a plus too — we didn’t have to worry about power outages at all. Ariel, the host, is very personable and quick to respond to any inquiries. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept place near the beach, this is it. Highly recommended!

We were very happy, the place is very nice and feels safe, everything in the house is very clean and tidy, 20 out of 10, I would return and recommend 💯% my dogs didn't even want to get in the car to go home 😂

A great vacation spot

A spacious, clean house, well-equipped kitchen, nice pool and outdoor shower; the bathrooms seem neglected, but it's normal in beach houses due to the salt and humidity. 12 people live together with enough space; you reach the beach by private access, and the distance between houses gives enough privacy without being completely isolated. Very nice, clean, safe area by the sea and you can walk on the beach. Highly recommended, we would definitely rent it again

Beautiful place, at a walkable short distance to one of a most attractive beaches of Caribbean, I spend the time in a family holiday and the place have enough amenities to have a great time, grill steak with dad, done cooking dinner with wife and mother done, and a evening by the pool !!! . when power outage presented we have backup power plant!

Everything is perfect, Ariel is always pending and resolves any doubt. The house is safe with surveillance, a few meters from the beach, it is clean and in order.

We had an amazing time staying at Ariel’s home. Our family enjoyed the house. Pool was nice at night. A very short walk to the beach where the kiddos had a ton of fun. Ariel was a great host, very quick to respond when we had a few questions. Thank you!

It is a place to enjoy as a family, private and with all the necessary amenities, it is according to what is published, there is a little difficult to get to by the repairs of the streets, otherwise I recommend it, Juan Ariel is attentive at all times, both upon arrival and when leaving, Dunia is kind and available to solve the unforeseen events that may arise. Juan house is gorgeous ! Pics doesn’t make it justice ! Getting to the complex is a lil challenging I recommend u get a tall car to go there but the trip is worth it Definitely would stay again!

My family and I had a great time! We enjoyed Juan’s beach house very much. It was very private his home was very clean and also the beach was awesome. All of the area was very clean. The water was crystal clear our family and I couldn’t ask for more! Home is very spacious and a very big plus with this Wi-Fi and AC!!

A very nice place and in a good location

The house was great, it had enough seating for everyone, the pool was great and it was 2 minutes walking distance to the beach in a private area. The only issue is the streets you will need an SUV to get there since they are. It paved yet.

A house that became our home, very beautiful, spacious and relaxing. We all enjoyed it, young and adults. We were fascinated.

The second time we've rented this house and we love privacy and it's very secure. Although it's a bit confusing to get to the residential area it's worth it.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and clean. The pool was also very clean and the private beach is a short walk away. The surrounding area is private, peaceful, and safe. The road to the house is a dirt and bumpy road, so we had to drive carefully. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place, Juan Ariel was a great host, the hose is beautiful clean and well equipped, the beach is private and nice, the only thing you need to know is that you need an suv or truck to get there, but everything else is great and we will be defense coming back in the future.

A pleasant stay with the family. There were 8 of us and we all managed to be comfortable. The place is just as it is in the photographs. Juan Ariel's attention was excellent and Dunia's support upon arrival and departure was very good. we arrived with two small dogs (schanuzer) and there was no problem. super close to the sea, less than 4 minutes away, the beach is almost private. The rooms are very spacious, furnished, the kitchen very complete with everything you need, the pool feels private and the warm water all the time. The complex is safe, private security. We will definitely be back!

What an incredible place for our family to stay in Tela! Clean, spacious, and a stone's throw to the ocean. With all of the items needed in a home and an amazing pool to enjoy with the kids we had no reason to leave during our time in Tela! Pure relaxation. We will definitely be returning!

We had an awesome time at this beautiful house. The easy access to the beach was very convenient, the swimming pool and the outdoor area was very enjoyable, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed from plates to appliances. Very secure also, we got to see the guard passing by at times, that made it feel safe. Overall, we loved our stay here.

The house is beautiful and it’s in a great location. Our family of 11 was comfortable and we felt that the house was big enough for us. The pool is nice and clean and beautiful lighting to enjoy it at night too. The house was clean and has all the things you need, we could’ve used extra towels, though. The small fenced in “subdivision” that this house is in, is beautiful, very clean, quiet, and safe. The walk to the beach is like two minutes, and the beach is beautiful and clean. The road up to the house is not that great and you have to go through the whole town to get to the house, since this subdivision is literally on the beach. We did encounter internet problems, but the owner was there fixing it himself and he stayed until it really worked. La casa es muy bonita y la ubicación es increíble. La casa es amplia, para nuestra familia de 11 personas nos sentimos muy cómodos con amplio espacio. La piscina es muy linda y limpia y las luces permiten que se pueda disfrutar de noche. La casa estaba limpia y cuenta con las cosas necesarias, pero si hubiésemos preferido tener mas toallas. El zona residencial donde se encuentra la casa está cercada, es muy bonita, está limpia, no hay mucho ruido, y segura. El camino de la casa a la playa solamente son dos minutos máximo y es un traemos de arena y rodeada de palmeras. La calle que lleva a la casa no está muy buena y hay que manejar por todo el pueblo hasta llegar allí, ya que está literalmente en frente de la playa. Tuvimos problemas con el internet pero el dueño de la casa fue y lo resolvió personalmente.

This house is excellent. It has all the comforts and is a practice on the beach. Very well furnished, comfortable with hot water showers, 100% equipped full kitchen. Our group went to Punta Sal and the boat left us on the San Juan beach at the end of the tour, the service was very nice and communication excellent. We want to return from now.

The house met the expectations of all the people we went to, pet friendly! the cleanliness and facilities were quality. the recreational areas were the best in the residential area, spacious rooms and comfortable beds!
