Christiane's house is lovely. We had a great stay in Tulum

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Christian’s in Tulum! The property was exactly as pictured—spacious, beautifully presented and a real home from home. It was immaculate on arrival, with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The site felt very safe, with 24/7 security and managers available. Sofia was just a phone call away; she welcomed us, showed us everything we needed to know and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gardens and pool were also regularly maintained. There’s a supermarket less than five minutes’ walk away, plus plenty of restaurants nearby. We also used a local hairdresser and an excellent, reputable tattoo studio! We’d highly recommend Chacbolay for families or three couples. We reported a few minor accidental damages before leaving, and the costs were very kindly waived at their discretion. Fantastic value, and if we return to Tulum, we’d happily stay at Christian’s again—if she’ll have us! 🤩

Beautiful house in a secure residence, ideally located for a stay in Tulum and for access to excursions in the surrounding area. The modern villa is surrounded by a wooded park, and once inside, everything is done with taste: refined decoration, excellent bedding, and a bathroom and toilet adjoining each bedroom Great pool in a pretty enclosed garden with all the desired furniture👌

Lovely accommodation with many great facilities, including a private pool and separate sleeping areas. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, both indoors and outdoors. Very nice housing complex with beautiful fauna. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Corner carts of Pasta and Empanadas are probably the best food we had! Quiet seclusive peaceful very private place The security guards are always playing video games and guests are a bother!!

Condo was perfect for our group, we enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces, the room set up was convenient and the location was great for walking around and wasn’t too busy or noisy.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Nicola and Sofia are truly exceptional—thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful without ever being intrusive. They made everything seamless, from arrival to recommendations, and gave the whole experience that rare feeling of being genuinely taken care of. The house itself is a dream. Beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. The outdoor space is what really sets it apart—plenty of room to spread out, a gorgeous pool, a hot tub, and not one but three outdoor showers that make you feel like you’re living your best jungle life. Inside, everything works exactly as it should: strong A/C, modern amenities, and seriously comfortable beds. The location in La Veleta is ideal. Christiane’s place was beautiful. The location is great, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I appreciated having beach towels, bags and beach equipment. I also appreciated having essentials, like paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap and some cooking supplies, like olive oil. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Felt very safe and the security staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries behind the property within walking distance.

Great place in Tulum!!!!! The main strip is located just two blocks left after exiting the property. The strip includes stores and restaurants. If you make a right after exiting the property you will find other small restaurants. On our last night we found the beautiful neighborhood of Aldea Zamá which is great for walking and date night. Had a great vacation.

Great host! Perfect spot. It is very easy to walk to town (supermarket is a 5 min walk) and easy to catch a cab to the beach (10 min drive). I suggest checking out the street behind the Airbnb, amazing spots! This is the second time I have stayed with this host. Staff is always available.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cottage. The house is situated in a closed complex and we felt very safe. There is no noise from parties etc. in the evening, in addition, the windows close very well for Mexican conditions and are not noisy. We were able to make many excursions from there and all the equipment in the house worked as described. A lot of emphasis has been placed on small nice details in the house, which is why we felt very comfortable right away. Even though we didn't really have any questions, communication was flawless. Thank you so much for letting us spend five wonderful days in this beautiful house!

Beautiful villa, close to centro, amazing amenities, great staff and concierge that’s always available around the clock. Always made things right. Great location, the security was amazing. Loved the pool and we constantly used the outdoor showers. Great parking for the ATV. I would recommend to put a TV in any of the rooms other than the living room downstairs. I enjoyed my stay, they had great recommendations. Would stay again!

Christiane was a great host, she was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The villa looked exactly as shown and is great for a peaceful, private retreat. We felt very safe with the 24/7 security and gated community. The villa we stayed in was lovely.

From start to finish, everything about this stay was perfect. The place was exactly as described; spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. This is exactly where I would wanna stay again if I come to tulum

I definitely love Christina’s house, it was walkable to everything we literally we’re looking for a smoke shop the whole time we were there and we found one walking distance from the Airbnb, which we discovered maybe two days before the trip ended. The private chef that sofia provided us with were awesome. We ended up getting one for breakfast and dinner. We even had the house decorated for my birthday and that turned out beautiful the house is everything like in the pictures. You’re literally 15 minutes from Central downtown Tulum so you can either have the driver who sofia recommend which his name was Mario ❤️ and he was very great and helpful Any time we need a ride he was right there present but you can really walk it just gets really hot during the day . 24 hours security, which I loved all in all this was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely saving it for next time.

Christiane and her team were great and responded nearly immediately if I had any questions. They helped with my transportation to/from the airport and even provided their contact for a taxi when we went to dinner! Thank you for your hospitality!

Awesome place. My daughter lived in that pool. The backyard- pool area is bigger than I thought. Master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Get ready for those steps.

This house was BEAUTIFUL! It was located in a nice space so we were able to walk to local shops and restaurants. Christianne & her team were very responsive and helped us to book many nice services like a private chef, massages, and transportation.

Perfect stay and impeccable villa - too bad the main street of the neighborhood is in the middle of a construction site, which takes away a lot of charm from the neighborhood.

Nicola was an amazing kind host with excellent communication leading up to the stay and throughout sending all the information and suggestions for the area. The security was there 24 hours and they were very nice. The house is awesome! We really enjoyed the space. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at Christiane’s place with my husband and I, our 1 year old and my mother and aunt. The home is exactly like the photos and the entrance garden is stunning and well cared for. The yard and pool are very well maintained and we enjoyed our time outside each day! Yesica and Nicola were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and were there to greet us when we arrived. They assisted us continually with transportation, recommendations and promptly fixed any small issues we encountered with the house. 24-hour security made us feel safe and was also helpful with noise issues we encountered a few nights (4am!) from a loud group of girls in the unit nextdoor. I think it’s luck of the draw whether you have quiet groups or loud partiers in the surrounding units…largely we had no issues and rarely saw other guests on the property. Note that official quiet hours start at midnight. I wish we could have stayed longer and would return in the future! Thank you for having us!

Christiane was a wonderful host and was more than happy to accommodate our needs. The house was fabulous, and far exceeded our expectations. Also security, maintenance/landscaping, and pool personnel all were very attentive, friendly and professional. This was a trip we will never forget. I stayed here with a few friends and could not have picked a better option. The house has so many amenities, especially the pool and jacuzzi. The host and concierge were very responsive and offered so many options of nearby grocery stores, activities, and tours. The home looked even better than the pictures. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Christine’s place was wonderful. Located in an area with great coffee shops and restaurants. The Airbnb was comfortable for 6 adults. Beds were a little firm but comfortable, pillows were soft, the water stayed hot. Each bedroom has their own bathroom making it great for couples. It wasn’t too far from the beach area and the neighborhood felt more residential than touristy which we liked! We hired a chef for each night which I highly recommend. the chef cooks and cleans which helped A LOT. The Pool was big (a little cold) hot tub was nice but its size is for 4 adults maximum. The Upstairs also had a great area to hang out.. we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.

We had a peaceful and lovely stay! The place is exactly as a picture. It's very secure with 24/7 security/Conceirge, and although it's walking distance from the main strip it's a quiet oasis. The pool was big, so you could actually swim (not a small plunge pool). Very clean! And daily maintenance of the pool. 10/10 recommend

The villa is amazing and looks exactly like the pictures! Everything was clean and the host was responsive to questions and helpful with tips and information. There is a super cute area with coffee shops, hip restaurants and bars just a few blocks away (opposite direction of the main strip). Our entire group had a blast!

Very nice stay at Christine's place. The pool was clean, as was everything else. The beds were comfortable. The location had parking for several cars, we had two for example. It was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive.

This is our 2nd time staying in one of Christiane’s properties and it was fantastic! Yesica was attentive and arranged transportation to and from the airport and recommended an amazing private chef service that came twice during our stay. The house itself is fantastic and very private. We love the La Veleta area and there were restaurants close by and taxis available to go to the beach. We will definitely be back!

I cannot thank you enough. My birthday trip was amazing whether we were hanging out comfortably by the pool or exploring Tulum. The house was beautiful and superrr clean!! I would definitely recommend this booking to family and friends.

We loved our stay here! It felt so peaceful and secluded, even though it was in a block of other homes. It also felt very secure with the 24/7 security in front. There were so many local bars and restaurants to check out within minutes of the home. We’d definitely stay here again!

We just checked out of our villa. I must say everything was great we stayed at Villa 5 for a bachelorette trip of 5 women. Christine was very proactive. She connected me to her Property Managers weeks before our arrival. All instructions were very detailed. Nicola and Yesica were very responsive and went above and beyond! They were able to coordinate with the decorator to make the entrance spectacular for the bride to be. They also referred us to a few private Chefs and the one we selected was delicious. They also referred us to a private driver who took us to all the places we had on our itinerary. One day the AC wasn't working in one of the rooms and they had someone check it out and fix it within 15-30 mins. Thank you to the team for making us feel at home. Your responsiveness and service is remarkable. Tips for travelers: Typical cost for taxi is expensive. 8 min drive to main strip i.e., Illios, Taboo, Rosa Negra would cost $105 per round trip and 30 min drive to Xel-ha

Our family of four stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute! This place was perfect for older teens (ours are 18 and 17) - their bedrooms were separate from the main house and accessed across the pool courtyard so they had their own private space. The home is in a great area, with restaurants nearby (including La Taque, almost across the street - a small local place with great food!). There is a front security gate to access all the homes. The landscaping is beautiful. Christiane and her on-site managers (Yesica and Nicola) were proactive and responsive - I was in a group chat with them and I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes for a response from them when I had a question. Both the security and landscaping/maintenance staff of the development were friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend this home for a family with older kids or couples traveling together - there are so many great outdoor spaces to hang out!

This was such a beautiful Airbnb! My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our group of 3. The chef and the massages were out of this world. Thank you ladies! The pool was perfect after long hot days. Yesica was very responsive and took care of everything. Wonderful stay! I will be back!

Had a great time in Tulum with our host. We visited off season in early June and it was very easy to coordinate transportation to the beach/restaurants. The house was clean and we were provided with extra pool towels when we asked for more. Staff came by to clean the pool while we were there but it was no issue for us. Security for the property was always present. They were a little too adamant about reminding us of the quiet hours when they saw us walking back with alcohol. We had no intentions in throwing a block party lol. Overall, will highly recommend. Great town house with everything you need.

We stayed for 5 days. Lovely home that's comfortable for multiple families or one couple to have complete peace. Great location and walkable to quality restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend staying at Christiane's house vs beach hotels. We are hopeful to return with our kids and family next time.

Christiane’s place in the heart of La Veleta was a great little oasis. Secured location in a gated community of similar homes. About two blocks to Calle 7 restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Pool and yard maintenance daily. Property manager was quick to respond.

My friends and I stayed at Chacbolay for my wife's 40th birthday. The home was very secure and as impressive as it seemed in the photos. There are many great restaurants and activities within walking distance, and the host provided me with many suggestions.

If you are in Tulum you should check this place out. Super convenient, great restaurants within walking distance, and the best host/security. I can’t recommend this place enough and would strongly encourage people to stay here.

Christiane's place is a real gem. Don't hesitate to book this place if your dates are available. Our family of four visited Tulum, and loved it. A big part of that was the villa. It is a lovely place, great location with restaurants and the town centre within an easy10 minute walk. Cabs were easy to get on the road infront. Christiane herself and her managers were constantly in touch, and we could ask them for anything and nothing was too much trouble. The airconditioning in the rooms was a blessing on hot afternoons. All in all, I would rate the place 10/10. There really was nothing missing.

Christiane and her team were very communicative and made every effort to help us smoothly get into and check out of her place. The villa was spacious and private, which is exactly what we were looking for. We had five in our party, so having three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room area, and a pool all to ourselves was wonderful. The parking area was just next to the door, which was extremely convenient.

We loved our stay! It felt tremendously safe, all the workers on premise were especially kind, our check in process was extremely easy and we were responded to LIGHTNING FAST. I had a great experience staying here. It was perfect for our family of five, but would work equally well for friends or couples. The design is very efficient, the decor is bright and clean. Great location with plenty within walking distance, but away from the fray. It was quiet. Great landscape design throughout the property as well!

Our group of 6 adults had a wonderful weeklong vacation! Each bedroom was private with its own en suite bath. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was an extra perk. Beautiful home with all necessities for a long stay. The property managers are very responsive and helpful. Go prepared for mosquitos, but this is just a price you pay when visiting the tropics.

A bit hard to find, as gmaps navigation didn’t fully match the address they provided. But it was fine, because the host was super responsive and helpful. The Airbnb is beautiful and matched all the photos. The master bedroom upstairs has an outdoor shower connected to its bathroom. There’s also an outdoor shower downstairs by the pool, and a jacuzzi upstairs! Lots of places to chill and hang out. Another note, it’s not necessarily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve been to — a bit of dust on the floor (socks got dirty quick, and towels had some stains.) not ideal, but didn’t impact us too much. Great Airbnb overall, and I’d stay again!

I had an awesome time! Super convenient location. Felt safe walking around and entering/exiting. Yessica was awesome always helping us and answering our questions. We celebrated my sisters 21st Birthday and they had the place decorated ahead of our arrival so she loved everything! There are some cute nearby restaurants to walk to with authentic food for a great price. The only thing I will say is beware of the blackouts which seem to be a constant thing in Tulum but luckily the lights were never out very long. Maybe an hour at most. Overall I loved it and would definitely stay again!!!

Very nice place, private gated community with parking in front. On a busy street but felt very secluded once inside. Very pretty grounds, house was perfect for 3 couples, each having completely separate rooms with only outside access. Pool was warm and hot tub was nice.

Our group of four really enjoyed our stay. The place was great, clean and had security at the entrance at all times. The hosts provided local recommendations as well as local tour suggestions and transportation options. We felt very supported throughout our trip. Christiane and Yesica were extremely responsive. Would stay here again in the future. Location wise, there were plenty of walkable options nearby but for some of the more central / popular areas you will need a cab or other transportation to get there.

We had a great stay at Christiane's place. The whole team was very proactive in reaching out ahead of our trip and offered lots of assistance with booking activities, restaurant recommendations, etc. The house itself is lovely, and the pool is great to have. We spent many afternoons just hanging out in the pool during the heat of the day. The location is convenient to Tulum town while also being very private and secure in its own mini-compound with a security guard at all times. Our whole party felt very safe and secure. The location is walkable/bikable but we did enjoy having a car for access to other parts of town, especially in the July heat. We would definitely return again!

Yesica was absolutely fantastic and helped our group coordinate transportation, excursions and entertainment making it an even more seamless experience. The communication process was 12/10. We loved our stay at this Airbnb. There were 4 of us adults and plenty of space for us; could have had a third couple fit just fine. The upstairs bedroom with the outdoor shower and access to the roof area with the hot tub and the daybed was really nice. The pool was warm and so relaxing! We liked staying in the real Tulum which was more of our vibe than the beach but you should be aware before booking that to get to the beach you need to take a taxi or rent a bike. We didn’t mind that and the concierge helped us get bikes one day to ride to the beach and the ruins. We also booked massages, a private chef, and a snorkel through the Airbnb concierge. It was amazing having their help and recommendations to set it all up! Would definitely stay again if in Tulum.

Christiane's place is perfectly situated in town. It's part of complex with 24 hour security in which you feel very safe. Our home was as beautiful as the photos, everything was new, clean, and stylish. No construction noise. Private. You can walk to many different restaurants. Her team was super-responsive and helped us with recommendations, baby gear, everything. It was awesome to have knowledgeable local experts just a text away. If you're visiting Tulum, truly this is where you want to be!

Really lovely villa with a great room setup for a group. I stayed with three other women for a workshop I was attending and having the two pool bedrooms separate from the main living room was great for everyone's privacy and quietness. Great communication from the staff with responsive help with things. Felt extremely secure with the guard at the front. Only downside was could never get the jacuzzi hot enough (more of a lukewarm) but it wasn't a big deal. A great value for the size of the property. Located in tulum pueblo super close to the main city strip and a block from a very sweet cafe (sin etiqueta). Very quiet at night which is unusual in tulum. Would definitely highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in pueblo vs on the beach

First of all the house is absolutely beautiful it’s in a cluster of condos, and we couldn’t have felt more safe. We only used two of the three bedrooms, so the separation was amazing between the upstairs and the downstairs Andreas was great when he met us and went over everything, we will be back!
