Christiane's house is lovely. We had a great stay in Tulum

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at Christian’s in Tulum! The property was exactly as pictured—spacious, beautifully presented and a real home from home. It was immaculate on arrival, with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The site felt very safe, with 24/7 security and managers available. Sofia was just a phone call away; she welcomed us, showed us everything we needed to know and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gardens and pool were also regularly maintained. There’s a supermarket less than five minutes’ walk away, plus plenty of restaurants nearby. We also used a local hairdresser and an excellent, reputable tattoo studio! We’d highly recommend Chacbolay for families or three couples. We reported a few minor accidental damages before leaving, and the costs were very kindly waived at their discretion. Fantastic value, and if we return to Tulum, we’d happily stay at Christian’s again—if she’ll have us! 🤩

Beautiful house in a secure residence, ideally located for a stay in Tulum and for access to excursions in the surrounding area. The modern villa is surrounded by a wooded park, and once inside, everything is done with taste: refined decoration, excellent bedding, and a bathroom and toilet adjoining each bedroom Great pool in a pretty enclosed garden with all the desired furniture👌

Lovely accommodation with many great facilities, including a private pool and separate sleeping areas. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, both indoors and outdoors. Very nice housing complex with beautiful fauna. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Corner carts of Pasta and Empanadas are probably the best food we had! Quiet seclusive peaceful very private place The security guards are always playing video games and guests are a bother!!

Condo was perfect for our group, we enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces, the room set up was convenient and the location was great for walking around and wasn’t too busy or noisy.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Nicola and Sofia are truly exceptional—thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful without ever being intrusive. They made everything seamless, from arrival to recommendations, and gave the whole experience that rare feeling of being genuinely taken care of. The house itself is a dream. Beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. The outdoor space is what really sets it apart—plenty of room to spread out, a gorgeous pool, a hot tub, and not one but three outdoor showers that make you feel like you’re living your best jungle life. Inside, everything works exactly as it should: strong A/C, modern amenities, and seriously comfortable beds. The location in La Veleta is ideal. It feels like a real neighborhood—not a resort bubble—which we loved. You’re walking distance to some of the best food in Tulum, and the area feels lively, local, and safe. Christiane’s place was beautiful. The location is great, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I appreciated having beach towels, bags and beach equipment. I also appreciated having essentials, like paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap and some cooking supplies, like olive oil. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Felt very safe and the security staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries behind the property within walking distance.
