We had an amazing stay at this beautiful modern Airbnb in Pedregal! The home was spacious, stylish, extremely clean, and even better than we expected. The views were absolutely beautiful and made the stay feel even more special. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, as the property is located in a beautiful gated community. The location was perfect—very central and just a very short drive to downtown Cabo, the marina, restaurants, nightlife, and everything we wanted to do. It was the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Cabo. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was outstanding! Theres a difference between hosting and supplying an environment that caters to the guests. This Airbnb exceeded expectations and me and my group of 9 are so happy with the stay. We stayed at another place for the latter half of the trip that was double the price and it didn’t compare to this home. The photos do not show how beautiful this property is!

The place is right above the mall which is great and walkable to beach, marina etc. . The room itself is quiet even with construction going on below. Security is there all the time and hence it felt very safe.overall great place to stay and the host is very responsive.

We had an incredible stay! Our group of six was celebrating a birthday, and this home was the perfect place for it. The house is beautiful, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax, both in the bedrooms and the common areas. The Pedregal community is fantastic—peaceful, secure, and close enough to walk to the marina, restaurants, and downtown Cabo. We also enjoyed walking around the community and amazing views. The host was responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions before and during our stay, which made everything seamless. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for an unforgettable Cabo getaway.

Beautiful house and view

We had a great time staying in this home for my best friend’s bachelorette. The hosts were responsive and the house was beautiful. There is definitely a lot of stairs throughout the entrance and getting all the way up to the third story however they are absolutely worth it. The views for the home were incredible tons of seating areas lovely decor, and great kitchen. We did have an issue with our garbage disposal, breaking during our stay, which was a bummer but ultimately the host was responsive in apologizing.

The neighbourhood was very safe and private. Beautiful views, the house was just as pictured. Host was very friendly and responsive. My only issue was the pillows on the beds. Great stay would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Los Cabos. The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The pool was fantastic, the multiple levels gave it a unique feel, and the views of the mountains and the ocean were absolutely stunning. It was private, peaceful, and the host was responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Daniela was absolutely fantastic with communication, instructions and helping us get settled in. Some snacks and a few drinks really made us feel welcome. The space was absolutely perfect! Clean, spacious and lots of extras. The rooftop area was perfect for relaxing as was the outdoor dining area.

My family had a lovely week at Tortuga Bay in the beautiful apartment. The pool, the ocean, the beach and the setting were perfect just as we anticipated it would be. We highly recommend it!

Our stay at Casa Hollywood was more than incredible! I personally think the pictures doesn’t do justice for how beautiful the home is. The view is literally the best I’ve ever seen and I travel a lot! The host are very responsive and answer any questions fast and proactive. I would absolutely recommend

We had an amazing time for my sister’s bachelorette! We had 8 people and we were comfortable in the home. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. Daniella and her team went above and beyond to support me before and throughout our stay. She helped set up transportation, gave recommendations and get some things set up before we even got there (decorations company and chef were let in). We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend! We all fit in the main part of the house, so we didn’t need to use the in law suite, but if we had more people, that would’ve been useful.

Casa Hollywood was such a beautiful Airbnb, with great views and so close to downtown and the marina. Our group loved this house and we highly recommend for a group of 6 or more people!! Worth the money by far!

Amazing location walkable to the marina and all restaurants. also very private and quiet given how close it is to everything. Beautiful place. As with any Airbnb we couldn’t check in until 3 due to the cleaning for the checkout that day, and they can’t hold bags so it was a bit of a waiting game until we could get in with our luggage. They were very upfront about this though but one downside from a resort or hotel. Would recommend anyone to stay here

The apartment was exactly as we expected. The location only adds to the value of the property. The complex was getting an update to the courtyard, so during the day there was a lot of jack-hammering. Seemed like the work would be done by end of February.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The villa was stunning, with breathtaking views all around. It was conveniently located near the marina and plenty of day and nightclubs. This spot was perfect for our bachelorette celebration. We all absolutely fell in love with it.

The Hollywood House was amazing. Stunning views of the marina. Beautiful sunrises. Very spacious and quiet surroundings. Very safe area. Fit our family of 7 very comfortably. The pool and hot tub were just what we imagined. We were able to park our van rental easily outside. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return on our next family trip to Cabo.

The apartment is modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels. The kitchen has everything you need, and there’s also a washer and dryer. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, the beds were comfortable, and there’s a TV in both the living room and main bedroom. The rooftop jacuzzi is a nice bonus. It was a thoughtful touch that the host, Daniela, provided snacks and water, which made us feel welcome. The location is very convenient—right in front of the Marina and on top of the mall—with restaurants and shops within walking distance. While no place is perfect, this apartment provided a comfortable and well-located base for our stay, and we would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and modern place to stay.

The house was everything we needed and more for our family stay. It had everything you need, it was well equipped and complete. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The views, the outdoor barbecue and the pool were unbeatable. Communication with the host was smooth and available at all times. We had a problem with a honeycomb that formed on the porch and they fixed it very quickly.

Excellent and modern apartment, right in Cabo San Lucas Marina Mall. Both rooms are comfortable and have a dreamy rooftop with its own private Jacuzzi. Perfect apartment for 4 people.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful — every bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge. A few of the bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival, but overall everything was great once we settled in. The pool was fabulous and such a highlight of our trip — it did get a little cloudy toward the end of our stay, but the hosts were quick to help when we mentioned it. There are quite a few stairs throughout the home, so something to keep in mind, but it didn’t affect our experience at all. We truly loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

We just returned from a wonderful trip from San Jose Del Cabo! A group of 3 couples, this condo had all of our needs and wants! The view is absolutely priceless and the condo has all the amenities and more than what is listed! Beds are comfortable, house is tidy but lived in! Just like home! The hosts were responsive throughout our booking process and endless questions as well as while we were in the condo! Lots of towels, beach/pool Towels, kitchen appliances and more! The deck is to die for and it’s hard to find a place with all that this offers! Friendly residents and staff all around the condo who all ensured we were having a great time! We will be back!

Incredible home. Perfect for having a chef come cook for the guests. They will also help set up car service to and from the airport.

BREATHTAKING VIEWS! All the best, extremely responsive host even when we were slow to ask for things, Daniela responded immediately at all hours of the day. It was a very peaceful place. We were here in the low season so we had the pool pretty much to ourselves and my word, it’s a glorious pool. Gorgeous and high end everything in all areas of the house. Extremely great value, I’ve been to San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas numerous times and I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

The penthouse is amazing, the views are breathtaking, the pools are impeccable. We fell in love with the place, it was a stay that I highly recommend.

The apartment is very nice, the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is large with a bar, the dining room is very spacious. TV and smart sound in all areas of the apartment, it also has a dining balcony and living room outside with ocean views, the pool of the villa is heated, the place is very quiet, it is very close to the main shopping centers and restaurants. It's a place you have to go back to on your next vacation.

The house turned out great! The only thing to note is that the fourth bedroom is set apart from the rest of the house—almost like its own little apartment. That could be a plus depending on what you’re looking for. Overall, the house was perfect for our needs, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Superrr responsive. We had a couple of issues and they were super quick to attend to all our needs. Only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the fact that the king bedroom with the double bed, was in fact the master bedroom. Something to think about when planning, but other than that the house was great and the location was superb! Would totally stay again. 5 stars from me (:

Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of the action. Despite being in the Marina, the unit was quiet. Lots of restaurants and bars around within steps of the development. Short walk to the office mango deck etc.

Amazing condo perfectly located by restaurants, the harbor, and downtown. Tremendous value with two outdoor areas including a private rooftop deck. This now our #1 place to stay in Cabo. It’s as close to perfect as you can get from the amazing host, to the exquisite condo, to the perfect location.

Perfect Location!

We stayed over a long weekend and were pleasantly surprised. Safe, gated private parking with security. Our host met us in the parking garage and took us to show the condo. It had 2 large bedrooms with its own bathrooms and large shower, dual vanities and tv. The kitchen was modern and clean with everything needed to make a bbq meal out on its patio. There was a private jacuzzi on the roof that was great to relax in at the end of the day. The location gave immediate access to walk the marina and views were fantastic. Gym was nice too. Very happy we booked here and will try and come back.

This is THE house to stay in the THE best neighborhood in Cabo. We didn't want to leave the house! The stereo system, the quality of the hot tub, secure access with lots of privacy.

Great place! It is right above the mall in the marina so it is a convenient location. The rooftop and outdoor patio area are what make the place worth it, although I wouldn't recommend it if you have little kids (may be a bit dangerous). The place was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

We had a great time during our stay. The views were absolutely amazing especially at night. The fire places perfected the night time vibes. We loved the location as it was close to everything and it is in a secure upscale neighborhood. The outside of the house could use some tlc but, it was still a 5 star experience for us. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay at Parasio! Would definitely go back and highly recommend. As others have said, no harbour view from the room but I they don’t proclaim there is. Rooftop patio was great.

This is an amazing place if you are something extraordinary with a beautiful view over the Cabos Marina. It feels very private and safe inside a gated community with other beautiful custom homes. There are two level of stairs to walk up before getting to the main house l, but it’s worth it once you get there. The 4th room is a suite with living space a level below the main house. It can be a good thing if you are staying with an extended family that want their own peace and privacy. There are maintenances that need to improve, but overall was a great experience.
