It was our first visit to Costa Rica and we could not have found better accommodation. The apartment was very well equipped in all areas, in particular, the kitchen. Anita, our host, responded immediately to every questions and any issues were dealt with immediately. Highly recommended.

Anita's place was everything expected. I will definitely stay there again and i highly recommended to anyone considering.

Very spacious, creatively decorated homey comfortable condo close to everything so long as you have a car. Host is great helped with multiple questions. The outdoor decks are very relaxing almost like extra rooms. Very spacious and private.

With immense gratitude, appreciation, I’d like to share about our wonderful experience. My partner and I had an absolutely incredible time here! It was just as stunning—if not even more so—than the photos. Anita was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive, taking care of us in such a thoughtful way. During our stay, my partner had an unfortunate accident, slipping on a rain-soaked terrace. I reached out to Anita for advice on where to seek medical assistance, and she responded immediately with helpful suggestions. Thanks to her quick response, we were able to have him checked out right away. Sadly, it turned out he had fractured his femur in two places and required surgery during the final week of our month-long stay. Through it all, Anita went above and beyond, checking in on us and making sure he was okay. Her kindness truly touched our hearts during such a challenging time. Despite this unexpected situation, we had a delightful experience You will absolutely love Anita’s place!

The place is beautiful, I exceed expectations and it is much better than in the photos, extremely spacious and was perfect for spending them with my family, husband and daughter. It has everything you need and more, the pool was super nice to go by and everything was very easy to get in and out, super recommended!!!

My wife and I stayed here for the month of February 2024. Anita’s place is in a gated complex that made us feel very safe in a new country. Anita’s place is in a great location between Jacó beach and Herradura beach and is also well situated within walking distance to restaurants and a large grocery store. The condo was well stocked with all amenities including an outdoor grill that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The complex also had an incredible pool and pool area that has loungers and tables with chairs and umbrellas. The condo is outfitted with very new modern finishes including very comfortable beds that made our entire month stay there super comfortable. Anita was always available to help us with travel questions, transportation and local sights to see. Anita checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very clean and spacious, the location is great to go to different places. A very quiet place, a lot of peace and quiet, Anita was an excellent host, she took very good care of us, the very clear and accurate directions. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, clean, spacious up-to-date accommodations, even had a dish washer. And very good security. Great place for birders! From the back deck, we saw a great variety of birds especially in the early morning. The pool was wonderful, too. Very clean and the grounds were well-manicured. Totally recommend this place!😊

The condo is beautiful and spacious inside and out. The patios are wonderful with lots of seating and beautiful plants. We also enjoyed the pool in the later afternoons. The location is central to many other destinations such as Manuel Antonio park, Sueños marina, Playa Herradura and Tarcoles amongst many others. Anita was wonderful to work with and very helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo.

We had a fabulous stay at Anita's place ! Superbly equipped kitchen, stylishly decorated apartment, really comfortable beds, two great pools, fantastic gardens. Two beautiful balconies where one could sit in peace and quiet and enjoy the birds, squirrels, butterflies and the lovely greenery. Highly recommended, we would most definitely stay here again.

Anita's condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. she was a great host and I'd stay there again!

Secure parking for our rental vehicle so we slept well at night! Great location along the main road (far enough back that noise isn't a concern) for easy access to nearby Jaco and Herradura. During our stay we even went down to Manuel Antonio national park for a day trip from here. Also, you must do the Crocodile Man Tour which is only 20 minutes away. Such a cool experience! Only topped off by the groups of scarlet Macaws we saw flying overhead daily while at the condo.Truly a paradise for nature lovers!

I’m glad I chose this place instead of Jaco center, as it’s much closer to the main grocery store and, for my family, what mattered to us was cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and this Airbnb checked all the boxes. We mostly hung out at the pool, but the Herradura beach is only about 4 minutes away. There are several yummy beach restaurants right across the street.

Anita is a very friendly host, who was easily available to answer my questions and give recomendations. And her place was spotless! Im not sure if its totally new or ifs its just been recently renovated but either way, its in excellent condition. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Wifi worked great. Hot water and pressure were great. Location was near to what must be the best grocery store around. I was surprised to see see such good options on the shelves in there. As well as lots of restaurants. Even UberEats delivers! That's convenient. I cant think of any complaints and would happily stay here again. Actually, I think I will do so before my Costa Rica trip comes to an end. Thanks, Anita! Totally recommended. P.s. Playa Herradura is way nicer than Jaco beach for swimming and tanning. From this condo you can easily enjoy the best of both!
