Highly recommended, quiet place, the house is well-equipped with cooking utensils. The only thing we didn't like was that the neighbors were burning trash, and all the smoke came into the house. We will definitely be back here. The property's caretaker is a helpful and friendly gentleman, who tried to make things easy for us and help us with everything.

We spent a great time in Villa Sochil in Coco Beach. The pool was clean, warm water and friendly with kids and seniors. The kitchen and the dining room is a comfortable space to share with the family.

Ingrid's place is absolutely perfect for a family with children. We love the open-air kitchen and table where we can cook or chat while the kids are in the pool. The pool is perfect for children. We love the parking inside the walls and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We have met two different caretakers on our two trips, and they have both been friendly, helpful, respectful and cheerful. We have been to Ingrid's place twice now and plan to go back in the future!

We spent a few days as a family in this villa in Playa del Coco and the experience was very good. The house is spacious and comfortable, the rooms have air conditioning and the pool is suitable for children. The location is convenient: you can walk to Playa del Coco and by car it is close to other beautiful beaches such as Playa Hermosa and Ocotal. There is also a large supermarket about 5 minutes away by car, which is convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable place to rest and enjoy with family. Recommended and we hope to return in the future!

Very nice place, very well equipped, the beaches are an hour or less away, as well as supermarkets very close. My family and I would come back without a problem. Mr. Celio is on the property and is very attentive to what you need.

AMAZING!!! We loved the house, the pool, outdoor space for the kitchen/dining area and Victor, the pool guy who took care of us. Could improve on lighting by the beds, more fans and have a comfortable sitting area to hang out. Bring your own pillows! We didn’t have any communication until the day before checking in but then Rebecca was very helpful with providing a hair dryer and recommendations. The house felt very safe. Town has a Very culturally natural feel. Lots of fruit stands. The beach isn’t really swim friendly (silt and dusty beach) but there are beautiful beaches 5 minute drive. A car is really ideal for this location.

We stayed in this beautiful location for a month with our family. The house and location provided everything we needed in terms of space, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, close access to the beach and town. The pool was a key feature on hot days and great for the grandchildren. An extra bonus was having Victor (gardener and security) on the property at all times. He was so helpful to our family. We will miss him dearly. We had the most wonderful vacation in Playa Coco and staying in this AirBnB made things so easy for a family of 10.

This place was perfect for our little family. The kids loved the beach, but then during down time they enjoyed the pool all day long. The property manager was so friendly and nice. We really enjoyed having him around every day and chatting with him. He loves taking care of the property as if it were his own. Ingrid contacted me beforehand with great instructions on our arrival and contact information in case we needed anything. The walk to the beach is very short, and the sound of the surf was so peaceful while we were hanging out at the house. The house was very clean, and the property manager kept it clean every day always making sure we were taken care of. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils to use for cooking. We just loved the home and surroundings! We will definitely consider this our destination on another trip! Thank you so much for a great stay!

House was a great Tico place! Kitchen, dining was outside. Bedrooms and two bathrooms inside. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Great pool. House located on the locals side of town. Victor took care of the property daily and was a great help, including letting us know about Christmas festivities in town. Not a downside but a heads up that there are not a lot of sidewalks in Coco including this side of town. And it’s not easy reaching the main strip by taking the beach during high tide. Our stay at Ingrid's house was very good, the house is well equipped, very comfortable, also very clean, it is very close to the beach and the center of El Coco so we had access to a variety of supermarkets and restaurants. We would like to come back to stay with Ingrid, 100% recommended.

We were with great grandparents and 5 children from 1 to 7 years old. the place was awesome, the rooms comfortable. Because of a wind storm, we were out of electricity for a long period and Ingrid was able to provide us with what we needed to preserve the food. Definitely recommend it to for family reunion.

Nice spot overall! Close to the beach, some local fruit vendors nearby, restaurants. very private. lovely pool but gets quite warm during dry season because it's hot in Coco in April. Fun, cool place to have a group of people! Senor Victor was entirely helpful always and never overbearing - a wonderful guy we were glad to meet and have help us!

The host of the place was incredibly friendly and a great person , the perfect place for family vacations and the lodging was a total success. We all felt very happy would come back again.

Playa del Coco is a lovely corner we already knew. If you want the souvenir shops and expensive restaurants directly attached, you are on the wrong side of the beach there and have to be more in the middle. Ingrid has a house, which basically has all the amenities (pool, AC, internet) and thus a good place to stay, at a quiet corner 120m from the water. Getting there is easy and Victor, the careaker of the property is on site, helpful and a great guy. He is always there, but not intrusive or "disruptive". The property and the associated buildings are sometimes a bit outdated and in my opinion, one or the other with small cosmetic repairs may be dressed up and upgraded. An idea would be fans under the ceiling of the Rancho. The internet was more than modest, which Ingrid quickly changed by router change of the company after consultation and got better. Thank you very much.

Ingrid was wonderful as far as hosts go. Very helpful! Victor the grounds keeper was so helpful and keeps a beautiful place. We had an amazing time!

Villa Sochil was an ideal place for our Costa Rican family of 12. The pool was perfect for the kids and whole family. The kitchen is well stocked up with cooking utensils. The dinning is outside, which allowed for us to move from the pool, to eat, to the beach and repeat. The beach is only one block away. Great value for the place; very comfortable and very “Costa Rican” feeling. Don Luis, the caretaker was kind and helpful. Just make sure you bring own toiletries. We will be back for sure.

We went with little kids and the pools were simply great for them to swim in. Luis, the caretaker, kept the pool and outdoor facilities very clean. It was easy to get them on the beach since the house was so close! This place is great if you want to stay in a nice comfortable spot in a real Costa Rican neighborhood rather than a resort or closed gate ex pat community.

The wheelchair accessible pool was very nice, well maintained and framed by a nice hedge. The covered dining area is a nice shade spot. Don Luiz cleaned the pool and the outdoor space every day, which was much appreciated. The property is well secured, Don Luiz was always easily accessible, as he lives on the property. Well-functioning air conditioners in the rooms made the heat bearable. It was a pleasant stay as a three generation family.

Great place to stay. Ample space and clean. Great location in south Coco beach and perfect for my groups needs. Only one thing that was either not mentioned or I missed in the description; the care taker of the property lives on the premises and is an ever present presence. To be fair (although he only speaks Spanish) the care taker was very friendly, helpful, very eager to be of assistance. The only issue is that he is always there within sight which doesn’t lend to privacy for the group. Again he wasn’t annoying or a pest. However it was obvious that he was always listening and always hanging around which did not create an environment of privacy for the group renting the property. I was there with a group of scuba divers so it was a bunch of dudes hanging around. Didn’t affect us at all. However had we had family and children I could see the wives and ladies be a little bothered by that.

The place is very clean, comfortable and quiet. From the upstairs room you can see the sea, excellent location. Very safe! Everything was great. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful spacious house for a family of 12 people with everything you need if you want to make your own food and with Víctor, a caretaker with an excellent disposition for his renters, 100% recommended for those who want to spend a beautiful family vacation and enjoy the splendid pool for little and big kids.

A great stay for our family of eleven. the kids loved the pool and beach is a short walk. we rented a golf cart to easily access and park in town with kids...not a bad walk for adults. Kitchen was well equipped, security fenced compound meant we didn't have to watch littles so closely. Pool has an access ramp so kids and adults of any age were able to play in the water. We would rent again if we return to CoCo.

The caretaker Victor was very curteus, helpful, and was very knowledgeable about the area. Very clean. Pool is amazing. Cant wait to stay here again in the future.

The best of experiences in an ARBN, the place is comfortable, spacious, safe, everything looks impeccable and they have nice details such as the decoration in the cloths, you can see excellent maintenance of the place, the kitchen is super equipped, you don't lack anything, the beds are super comfortable and the bedding smells delicious. The air conditioners are very well distributed and the living area with family/friends is very comfortable and cozy, we had an experience like being at home! They fall short on the days to enjoy it! And of course the caretaker wonder of the property cannot be left behind, it is a good idea for the guests to be well and we would not miss the supplies, Don Victor has a kind, helpful, polite, respectful treatment. Overall, IT'S the HOUSE, super recommended for family and friends! We're definitely looking forward to coming back!

It was a success , we have no complaints, the cleanliness, the guard service, the truth is that everything was first-class, only in the kitchen and dining area it is very hot , it would be great about 3 fans to cool that area from the rest there is no complaint , the pool and the water is always warm .

👌The place is wonderfully cozy, it's a complete combination of everything. Located on a quiet street, very close to the beach, very well equipped, the kitchen has things we didn't even imagine you would have and is very comfortable with 2 refrigerators, there is air conditioning in all rooms and the beds are comfortable. We really liked the distribution of all the infrastructure, there is enough space for everyone in the different areas, sun, shade, many animals, green nature and sea, the pool has a natural fence that gives privacy and is very relaxing. Everything was very clean and tidy, enough chairs and spaces, we even put in a hammock. Two things I loved is that they do recycling, and they're pet friendly ❤️✌️Don Victor definitely gives the special touch to everything, he is extremely attentive, concerned about details, very kind and we thank him for always attending to us and especially my elderly parents. We would love to return definitely, super recommended. 🙏

Quite comfortable house, very well equipped with everything you need and very well cared for both by Ingrid and by the person in charge of the place, Don Victor. One of the best parts of the house is the pool, because it has some shade at all times because of the trees and palm trees that are around. Also enjoy seeing the diversity of birds, squirrels and iguanas around.
