Located in a quiet neighborhood, Sion’s place was exceptionally enjoyable. While it was just my wife and me on this trip, the home could comfortably accommodate the entire extended family. The outdoor space is truly the best of the best, with a multilevel swimming pool, an abundance of seating areas, a beautiful cabana and a raised walkway leading directly to the beach and ocean. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen and living room areas are equally impressive, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. We highly recommend Sion’s place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

Sion place was exactly what we needed for the perfect family vacation! The house is beautiful, the outside area is perfect, so many fun and comfortable sitting areas. The beach is literally a minute walk. Mr Leonardo was incredibly helpful! We even had fresh coconuts cut open for us. We will definitely be back!!

This place was amazing. It was very comfortable and extremely relaxing. The guy that helps in the property was extremely kind and helpful. There was plenty of space and beautifully sunsets. Great property to relax with friends and family with plenty space for the kids to run.

It was definitely an amazing experience. The place where the house is located is a dream. Panama, I'm still surprised. The stay gave us a place of tranquility, natural beauty and a Pacific Ocean in its Maximum splendor, but with this time with a kindness that allowed us to enjoy it and appreciate this wonderful paradise that is Punta Chame. Thank you very much for enjoying, feeling comfortable, and definitely at home.

My family of 11, ages 5 - 80 spent a week at the beach house and loved it! The grounds were big enough for the kids to run around, and the pool and the beach kept them entertained for hours on end. The kitchen was well-appointed, there was laundry on site, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Each cabana has its own AC. The caretaker, Leo, is next door and was fantastic at finding quick solutions to small things that arose. He also met us with the keys and generally made our week easy. He cleaned every morning and turned on the pool lights at night. Overall, having him there was a huge bonus. Sion connected us with a local cook/cleaner names Yuli. She fit in like she was family, is an excellent cook and kept things really organized. She also arranged for us to buy fresh seafood on our last day! Highly recommend. We stayed off-season so there wasn't the usual kite surfing available but also, it was so peaceful. We generally had the beach fully to ourselves. We'll be back!

Let me start this review by saying that we will stay here again. Our host was easy to communicate with and the property caretaker Leonardo is the best. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. My wife and I traveled with our three adult daughters, their husbands, and three grandsons. This property is worth it’s value. It is large enough to accommodate groups. They have different bedroom and bed combinations to fit anyone’s needs. Every room has its own AC unit. The living area and kitchen are towards the back of the house and they also have several outdoor sitting areas. When the breeze picks up, it helps keep everything cooler and sometimes no need to turn the AC on. The kitchen is better equipped than my own home. They have a very large and modern refrigerator, different kind of appliances, and enough plates, cups, and glasses to accomodate the needs of a large group. The dining room off the kitchen has a wine refrigerator. The house has a laundry area with washer, dryer, and clothes lines as well. The outdoor areas are the best part as you have many options for sitting, gathering, and enjoying the setting. The dock takes you out to the beach. The pool is large and surrounded by trees and gardens. I read some reviews and it seems people expect hotel like ammenities. This is what Airbnb should be, someone’s home who happens to share with the rest of us who want to visit other places. It is obvious that the owner goes thru great expense to maintain this property as a second home in a very pristine and remote part of Panama. I hope you get to enjoy it as much as my family did.

Great location, highly recommend. Everyone has their own casita for privacy and beautiful great room. Leo, the helper was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

I rented the house for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. We slept 14 people very comfortably. It is the closest luxury and in a beach, to Panama City. Everything was very clean. There is a mini-market nearby to buy ice. And the house comes with plates, glasses, pots, etc. to cook tasty. Good communication before, and already there, Leonardo the gentleman who takes care of the property. He was super nice. The property is spectacular, with panoramic views of the sea. It's really nice!

A wonderful place for a large group or family! Amazing ocean front views and breeze during our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need during your stay! The communication with Sion is very prompt and Mr. Leonardo is so kind and helpful. We hope to return to Sion’s place again in the future!

The house is everything we expected and more, it was just perfect, a spectacular environment, the space is ridiculously immense, the facilities in perfect condition, we were able to spend a weekend of friends sharing and having fun, Sion is amazing, friendly and has his home impeccable. Very good place, it has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation

A very complete house, with a different layout than usual but with everything you need to have a wonderful time. It is divided by modules, with a pool, direct access to the beach, bbq, with a very spacious kitchen and living room. Everything was clean and tidy, Leonardo is always ready to answer our questions. The only drawback for us who went with a person with a motor disability and very young children is that there is an area on the way with deep holes I think water should pass through, and it had to be open to avoid accidents. For the rest, it is a highly recommended house to spend an excellent vacation.

Sion's house by the beach at Punta Chame kept what it promised, a practically laid-out house, with plenty of space indoors and outside, a fabulous location and all the amenities a beeach excursion would require. The pictures reflect the actual layout and furnishing of the house and premises. Sion's immediate communication also faciliotated the entire process, while the chick-in and -out process was seamless and uncomplicated. The house comes recommended.

The house is spectacular! Since it's upfront, you maintain the privacy of every room and the view and location are incredible!!! We really enjoyed our time it really was worth it. That's if you prepare to walk between the rooms, rooms and common spaces since the house is along and you walk quite a bit.

The house is great! Very easy to get to and with a market nearby for anything you need! House has many areas. The rooms are separated into 3 units, with a shared bathroom per module, making it ideal for traveling for several families. The Mr. Leonardo who takes care of, is always ready and ready to resolve any issues. The beach is chévere, very calm and direct in front of the house! It lacks a little maintenance on some things, but they are details, after the quarantine is to be expected, but everything works well! They have sound equipment that you can use and move as you please. The grill was damaged, but Leonardo got another one there. For pets it's great, only neighbors have dogs loose and can be dangerous with your pets. The living room, kitchen and dining room are super well, in the kitchen you have all the utensils you need. The living room with a super comfortable tv! The owner answers any messages in less than 20 mins They have a large floor freezer to put a lot of ice in! Beach is a little dirty.

Spectacular vacation in this beachfront house. He has a very rich family, pleasant climate, open spaces and lots of fun. The only thing to improve in the area is the plastic garbage that brings the sea to the shore of the entire beach, but everything is very nice. 100% recommended.

Sion answers pretty quickly the messages. The house is big and fully equipped! Just the beach was a bit dirty.

Sion was a great host. Very responsive and always on point. The villa was much better then the pictures and absolutely spectacular, a lot of privacy for large groups. Common grounds are beautifully landscaped and we’ll kept. Ton of water activities, right on the beach which is not very populated. If you like kite surf this is the place but even if you don’t still amazing for relaxation . Don’t miss the restaurant next door Spot great Italian food prepared by real Italiano! Staff resides on promises always available if you need something. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, large beach house in quiet and charming Punta Chame. This house met all of our expectations and was a perfect place to host my friends and I. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat and the pool is perfect. We saw lots of wildlife and all had space to do what we wanted over this weekend get-away! Sion left us flowers and a bottle of wine and his caretaker Leo was extremely helpful. It was exactly what we were looking for....thanks Sion!

Better than expected, beautiful place with wonderful location

This is a great place to stay if you are heading to Panama. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with spectacular sunset views. The winds in December and January make it cool and there are no insects. Also, if you like kite surfing you will be in heaven. The location is right on the beach and there are a few places close by if you don’t want to cook. The house and ground are well kept and the pool is the best place to swim in the lovely sun. Finally, the sunsets are amazing!

Beautiful house and place!!! Everything was very accurate and Sion and Leo were great hosts. The house is really good and great to go with a big family or group of friends. We had a great time! Only thing is that for me it was impossible to swim at the beach! Very strong wind at this time! But still the wind was perfect to cool the warm :)

The house is very spacious.. The beds are super comfortable.. Beach access is great.. There are spots for adults super comfortable and the kids had fun playing soccer at the lawn. There is enough supplement for cooking.

The best place to stay in chame

Thank You Sion, for a beautiful place to spend New Year's Eve. It was one of the best experiences that we've had celebrating with family. Everybody was delighted with the place... we where a big group coming from Houston, Canada, Venezuela and Ecuador. Even though we missed part of the family because of visa issues, we couldn't help but to be happy with the place, the beach, the weather.... on top of that, Leo was wonderful helping us with everything we needed! This is a place where I would go back over and over again!!!!! We wouldn't change a thing!

For our stay there, Leonardo -who takes care of the house-, I'm in charge of maintaining the pool, providing us with BBQ and everything we could ever need.
