Absolute Paradise in Poneloya! 🌊✨We had the most incredible stay at Entre-Almendros! The house itself is beautifully spacious, but having direct access to the beach and our own private pool made it unforgettable. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was pure bliss. If you are looking for the perfect family or group getaway in Nicaragua, this is it. 10/10 recommend!

Surrounded by almond trees, it lives up to its name. Being shaded by these trees is delightful. While some guests are in the hammocks, sheltered by the ocean breeze, others are enjoying the pool, and the rest are in the various areas of this beautiful beach house. The kitchen is perfect for preparing a delicious family dinner, and the bedrooms have very comfortable beds, air conditioning in perfect working order, and super clean bathrooms. In addition, there is Don Mario (providing 24/7 security)... simply recommended...

The house is so beautiful 😍 the beach is so great!pics don't make justice to it! so beautiful! Mario was responsive and pro active 24/7 very friendly and respectful! Salva the host replies fast and helpful! we are definitely coming back! I will just suggest the grill closer to the pool 🤭

Definitely one of the best beach houses to rent on the Nicaraguan coast. A house that has it all if you want to enjoy days at the beach, relaxation, and recreation. Don't hesitate to rent it!

The place is beautiful, the location is good, the house is beautiful, and the service is very good. Don Mario was very kind, always available to answer any questions we had. The house is very well equipped and has everything you could need. More than perfect beach access 10/10, we loved it!!!

It was very spacious

We loved the place—the house, the pool, the rooms. Everything is just like in the photos, and it's a very nice house. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the best part is that the ocean is right in front of the property, and the sunsets are beautiful, like having a front-row seat. We were very happy with the place; we would definitely come back.

Our family loved this home so much that we came back for another getaway, and it was just as amazing the second time around. The space is incredibly roomy, giving everyone plenty of comfort to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful details that made our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect place to spend quality time together. We can’t recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to coming back again!

We had a really lovely few days here. The location is beautiful and the house is really nice. The pool area is really well done, nice and cool evening the hot days. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking yourself but there are only a couple small grocery stores close by, so best to try to stop at a supermarket in Leon for supplies. There is a Super Express mini mart less than 10 mins walk away for cold beer and soft drinks and basic supplies.. The Polish restaurant, about 15 mins walk away, was amazing.

The house is comfortable, clean, safe and very well equipped for family trips. The manager was always willing to help and the service was very good. It's a place worth it.

Salva’s place in poneloya is really special, it’s so beautiful (the best sunsets every night) and is so well kept. They are so helpful through your entire stay! The house is clean, very safe, and incredibly comfortable. Getting in is really easy because of the guard on-site, who also was really helpful in getting around ponleloya. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Leon or Nicaragua, we hope to come back again soon. Additional great things: - all the rooms had AC - the WiFi was great - the guard locked up every night and helped us get fresh water whenever we ran out - it felt very safe - it was a walk to surf lessons & we walked two blocks so a boat could take us out to see a turtle release - very well stocked kitchen for cooking

We especially loved the outdoor areas—perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, and spending quality time with family and friends. The beach is just steps away, peaceful and uncrowded, making it feel like a private paradise. The hosts were attentive, kind, and always available to help, which made our experience even better. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful beachfront escape in Poneloya, this place is highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

I booked this beautiful place to spend some time with my family, however I picked up the wrong dates and just my family had the chance to enjoy it. They were so happy with the whole experience, beautiful house and well equipped. In addition to this communication with Salva was so easy and very quick replies all the time. As well, Mario, the man in charge of looking after the was so friendly and polite with my family. They say a big thank you to Mario. Highly recommended if you planning to book Casa de los Almendros.

The house was absolutely beautiful in a great location with AC. There is not hot water BUT the water is the perfect temperature. Showers were refreshing, even late at night, perfection. The pool and beach entrance stunning. The sound of the waves waking you up are worth every penny. Mario, the in house guard was the best. Attentive, honest, supportive and humble. Extremely helpful. He was absolutely amazing. Thank you to the entire team that made my stay so memorable, it was kid friendly - we were a family of 10 and cannot wait to come back! See you soon!

Everything is great, clean, tidy, 100 out of 10. Incredible stay! The people who took care of us were very friendly and proactive. Definitely a complete experience.

We stayed at Salva's home for only 2 days but wish would have booked for more. The home is an open floor plan that allows you to get that ocean breeze while entertaining your family or guest. Lots of comfortable furniture to enjoy whether you are in the large living space or next to the pool. No matter where you are in the home, you will have a place to sit and be comfortable doing so. The bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds, clean linens and ice cold AC (a must). The main reason we booked this true "beach home" was the access to the beach and pool area considering we have a 5 & 6 year old to entertain. The pool was refreshing, clean and perfect size for a little ones along with our non swimmers of the family. The beach is maybe 60 meters away from the pool at high tide. Pristine, private and full of shells. Overall, we had a wonderful time with the family and would highly recommend Salva's home.

This house was perfect for our family, Salva was so easy and friendly to communicate with. The house was specious, the view was amazing and the pool was the perfect thing for entertaining our kids, our family will definitely be coming back. Don Mario was so helpful and always so polite to us all. We had an amazing time there and can’t wait to be back in Poneloya. You don’t want to miss this sweet house.

It is a very beautiful house, with everything you need for a good stay, the pool facing the sea is exceptional, and the beach area in front of the house is good to spend a pleasant time with caution, Mario, who is in charge of the house, is a super attentive person, always willing, he supported us a lot during the stay, take advantage of buying fresh fish on the beach in the morning and his recommendation to cook it. I live on the beach in Florida and this was the most peaceful beach house experience. I’ve had. Mario was super helpful and helped us all the way through our day. We will return again in the summer and I usually don’t stay at the same place twice thank you so much for your hospitality and allowing us to use your home!

Place was beautifully and comfortably designed for several guest/family. Indoor space was open and spacious allowing for the beach breeze to flow. Outdoor pool/patio area was cool and wonderfully shaded by large trees all day; a pleasant place to lounge all day. The surf / beach is great for kids. Caretaker was super helpful locating us fish and a cook. Small convenience store across the street. Old city of Leon less than 15 miles on great paved road. Stay is Worth every penny.

This house is exactly as described and perfect for 8 people traveling to Poneloya. The kids loved the beach and the pool. The staff was wonderful and cooked us an amazing lobster dinner. Make sure to take advantage and have them make dinner for you on the beach during your stay. We felt very safe, and the entrance is well lit if you’re arriving at night. We definitely recommend this beautiful beach home and we will be returning soon.
