🌟 A highly recommended place! 🌟 We have a wonderful vacation at this place. Everything was excellent: very clean, tidy, quiet and, above all, safe, which was the most important thing for us. I would especially like to highlight the attention of Mr. Marco, the host, who was always looking out for us, with a very friendly, attentive and helpful attitude. You can tell the care and dedication she puts into making her guests feel comfortable and well cared for. We definitely recommend this place 100%. It was an excellent experience and we hope to be able to return again. ❤️🏡✨
The house is nice, spacious and comfortable, but it needs a lot of maintenance. A glass door that opens onto the pool can be opened even if it is locked. There is a wasp nest outside the house near the pool that can be dangerous for people if they are not aware of it. The electric stove has a defective knob that, when set to OFF, actually stays on, and several times the people who were staying with us left it on for the same reason that it is bad. There is a short circuit somewhere in the kitchen, because when you cook, it gives quite a strong electric shock and the stove stays on even though it is turned off. The ceiling is in somewhat questionable condition. There was a toilet that did not flush. There were several leaks, such as at the entrance to the main room. There were two broken plastic cups. There was a shower that had no head, so you had to bathe under the uncontrolled jet of water.
Don Marco is a very attentive person and was available to answer my questions before I arrived. The house is very nice and spacious. The pool area is nice for taking children, and the location is super good for going to Playa Blanca or Playa Mantas. The only thing I would recommend is hiring someone to clean on the day a group arrives. The house in general was very dusty, all the furniture, the floors, the pool full of leaves. We had to arrive and start cleaning because we don't like to be in an environment that feels and looks dirty. The house could have a little more maintenance. I think it's too nice to let it deteriorate. You have to take care of details like the fact that there was a pot on the floor in our room when we arrived. I don't know if it was due to a leak, but I thought it was very strange to find that there. Fortunately, it didn't rain while we were there, so I didn't have to check if there was a leak or something. Despite those details, our experience was good.
A nice and cozy place surrounded by nature. Very friendly host. Good location.

Si que pena. Al parecer el Aure se le quemó algo y ya fue reparado. Nosotros teníamos el internet con punta leona y de un día para otro nos lo quitaron. Ya este lunes fui u se reparó el aire y se puso liberty internet. Y TV. Me disculpo por los inconvenientes.

The accommodation is presious, it feels a lot of peace, don Marco very accessible Just take a little care with the cleanliness in apartments and pool area (it wasn't dirty) but it looked like they had been aseado a few days ago and not the day before or on the same day of entry. Otherwise super recommended, we will definitely be back. You can walk to playa mantas and white beach. We left the cars in the house and everything super safe there is super close and Pops Thank you Don Marco!
i always read the positive and negative evaluations before the final decision, I read about the pool, they have to remember that it is inside an area with many trees, because of the special thing to hear many LAPAS, and that some leaves fall do not make a dent, of the beautiful place and its flora, Many thanks Don Marco

The house is very nice, the host is very attentive to what we needed.
Very happy, there was always availability of Don Marco, he enjoyed it as a family which was the goal, the house, very nice and quiet.
Medium age house that requires maintenance in various parts, such as air conditioning, loose bedroom furniture doors, kitchen. Pool without proper maintenance (dirty water, filters not working) What was offered was not as expected. Host didn't respond within the time frame.
Great stay. Convenient location, very close to Playa Mantas! Communication with Marco was fluent and easy.

The house is very quiet, ideal for relaxation and rest, plus the rooms are spacious.
It’s a very nice house and nice location. The owner was flexible on the check in. Definitely would have given this place 4 if not 5 stars, however, there was a number of things not working that the owner didn’t prioritize fixing while we were there. The property is located in a very hot and humid area in Costa Rica, so having AC is very important for us specially when looking for properties and this is one of the reasons we picked this house. The house has three bedrooms (two downstairs and one upstairs) of which, we were going to use all of them. Unfortunately as soon as we got there, we turned the upstairs bedroom AC on and the living room/kitchen got flooded because the unit wasn’t draining properly (we sent him pictures of it and also have videos to show). We informed this immediately to the owner and he said he was going to send his maintenance guy which he never did, leaving us with only two bedrooms to use (we were 6 people in total) since we had to turned it off the entire visit. The microwave wasn’t working and we were told that the washer wasn’t working properly as well and that’s why the cleaning crew has to go and clean the towels at a different property. All the problems were informed to the owner which unfortunately nothing was done nor given a credit and it took hours for him to respond. The pool has a non working jacuzzi according to the pool guy that was there the next day cleaning the pool. The place can be very nice if all amenities are in working condition.
Marco's home is quite spacious, cute, and comfortable. It has everything you need to have a good vacation.

Marcos place was great. Much bigger than expected, in a quiet little area. Not much in the way of food in the area as all is closed for the resorts but the house is nice, the beach is quiet and Jaco isn’t far for food. Marco was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful few days on the beach!
The facilities are very well cared for and equipped, the location is super good, easy access and no major problem, bristle of everything in Punta Leona, very happy with the stay.

Super nice house and of utmost importance to mention that Don Marco is a super attentive and helpful host who helped us resolve some details super quickly! The house is less than 5 minutes by car from Playa Mantas, walking can be 15 minutes. Take note that if you go by car, there is a parking lot that charges for parking and on the weekends it fills up a little and sometimes it's time to wait. However, Playa Mantas is beautiful and worth it, it is a pool practically. They look monkeys and the lapas can be seen from the house as well. There are many restaurants less than 10 minutes away and a mini super close too, but the house is very well equipped with everything you need to cook and even bake! The only detail is that the house is high up and you enter by climbing stairs, take this into account in case you are traveling with elderly people or people with disabilities. We highly recommend the house and thank Mr. Marco for his attention!

Ignacio que dicha que la disfrutaron. la casa estaba super bien pero según la muchacha había un fuertísimo olor a cigarros y esto nos perjudica mucho pues es difícil de sacar ese olor. Yo le pido disculpas si no eran las instrucciones en airbnb que fumado en la casa y esto incluye areas verdes estaba totalmente prohibido.
