There was a problem with the A/C, but the host couldn't fix it because it was a holiday. Otherwise, this is my second time staying here and I love the place and its amenities.

Accommodation with all the comforts, good bedding, air-conditioned rooms and a pleasant exterior. However, the entire exterior is under video surveillance, including the area around the house, the entire outdoor lounge, the outdoor kitchen, and the pool.

We loved it… The place is very nice, clean, tidy and comfortable. We were a group of friends and we had a spectacular time. Doña Beatriz was very attentive to anything we wrote to her. Of course, we would come back again… Thank you very much...

Beatriz place was very beautiful. the pictures really didn't do it Justice! the kitchen had a beautiful big island. we were all able to sit around, eat and creat some beautiful memorias. we all enjoyed the pool and wish we could of stayed longer to enjoy the house a little more. Its in a great location. Las Catalinas, flamingo, and conchal were the beaches we visited and were all fairly close. Many grocery stores near by and restaurant. I will be recommending this house to my family that lives in costa rica and will use it for our future travel.

Quiet location 30 mins from the buzz of La Fortuna. Wonderful spot for your morning coffee in the yard with all the birds. The place was immaculately clean and the outdoor area was awesome. We spent our entire time there outdoors. There was even a bathroom outside. We were only inside to sleep. Very peaceful spot and well thought out area outdoors. Thanks for the stay!
