A very quiet and impeccable place in every way

The house had all the necessary utensils, very complete, very nice, spacious rooms

Excellent place to be with family and enjoy the cabin to the fullest

Accommodation with all the comforts, good bedding, air-conditioned rooms and a pleasant exterior. However, the entire exterior is under video surveillance, including the area around the house, the entire outdoor lounge, the outdoor kitchen, and the pool.

Beatriz place was very beautiful. the pictures really didn't do it Justice! the kitchen had a beautiful big island. we were all able to sit around, eat and creat some beautiful memorias. we all enjoyed the pool and wish we could of stayed longer to enjoy the house a little more. Its in a great location. Las Catalinas, flamingo, and conchal were the beaches we visited and were all fairly close. Many grocery stores near by and restaurant. I will be recommending this house to my family that lives in costa rica and will use it for our future travel.

An absolutely lovely experience, perfect for large groups, very well equipped, and in a great location. It's exactly as shown in the photos. I hope I get the chance to come back. :)

The place is very close by car to all the famous beaches in the area, it is private and excellent for families or a group of friends. It has all the amenities, it's not in a luxurious area but it's very safe to stay there. The surrounding area is not so pretty, but the property itself is wonderful. There are several supermarkets near by. Good air conditioning and everything to cook with family and friends.

This is the second time we've stayed with the whole family. From the first time we stayed to this time, they made some repairs, fixed the pool, painted the house and added an air conditioner in the kitchen. We love it because my mother is in a wheelchair and she can move around the place very well, and it helped us a lot for this end and beginning of the year.

We had a very good stay in Guanacaste. The house is very nice, comfortable and is excellently equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The host was very attentive and quickly resolved a small detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend the accommodation.

Lugar tranquilo y muy bonito

Ubicado muy cerca de la fortuna se encuentra esta quinta con un excelente terraza muy hermosa para compartir con la familia. Y de los pocos lugares que es adecuado para personas con movimiento limitado que es el caso de mi madre, que se moviliza en silla de ruedas. Esto me parece que es un joya, adicionalmente de los otras amenidades que posee. Altamente recomendado para hacer su estadía familiar algo mágico.

We loved this place! My friends, my parents and I were fascinated. The house is beautiful and super equipped. Absolutely nothing is missing. The decoration is very well done, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Also, everything was super clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with Beatriz, the host, was excellent. He provided us with all the necessary information in advance and responded quickly to any questions, which made our stay very smooth. As we were going to a cycling competition, we found it super comfortable to ride, dismount and clean the bikes. It's definitely a great place for cyclists. We really recommend this place. It was perfect for our trip!

Too much chiva, you just need a bathroom outside the pool so you don't get wet when you get out of the pool, but the rest is incredible

Quiet, between 30 and 50 min from activities (Arenal, warm waters, lazy tours, nights, etc.). The outdoor space made us happy day or evening, well sheltered from the rain. Jorge, the neighbor who took care of us (main communication, day-to-day questions, where/when/how to buy fruit) was great. It only communicates in Spanish, it is very generous. The house is large and the beds are comfortable. Air conditioning was working in bedrooms. The kitchen outside was really appreciated. Although we could not use it half of the time we were there, the pool was good, the sauna was not working during our stay. A rooster and several chickens came to our grounds for the kids to enjoy.

Excellent place to rest either as a couple or family, fully equipped with everything you need for the instance. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Clean and well-maintained areas, ideal for getting out of the city and connecting with nature.

It's a lovely place, with the peace of mind we were looking for. We had a situation with the pool but they fixed us right away. Very quiet and nearby. We highly recommend the place.

The place is beautiful, very well equipped, it has all the necessary appliances and even more. Very clean and tidy everything. The pool is a little small for the amount of people that can be accommodated, but in our case (4 people) it was fine.

Beatriz's house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay here. it was spacious and clean and Beatriz and the caretaker were both very friendly and responded to all messages promptly. The pool was a little smaller than we had imagined from the pictures and the house was not in the location pictured on the map on the Airbnb advert so it wasn't what we expected but it turned out to be better location for us. Definitely recommend if you want to be close enough to La Fortuna but away from the town.
