It is a lovely place that I will go back again

A very nice place. The pool area is very pleasant to be in since it is under trees that provide spectacular shade. The beach is very nice and private. The rooms are very comfortable and each has its own bathroom, which makes the stay more comfortable. Flor is a sweetheart and communication is fluid and accurate. We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved both the house and its location. Everything was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Flor and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Flor, she is an outstanding chef! Every meal she prepared for our family was delicious, and we truly looked forward to each one. We would definitely book this home again on our next trip to El Salvador. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Everything was great; all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The hosts were excellent; they recommended some people who give massages, which was great 👌, and the pool was wonderful, nicely designed with those trees so you don't get too much sun.

Gabriela was a great host from the beginning. She was super responsive even before we arrived. She answered all of my questions and had great recommendations to help make our stay even more special. The house lady, Flor, was awesome, she was very attentive and was a great cook. On our first day, we were greeted with fresh coconuts, such a nice touch. The house was very spacious and had many amenities. The pool and direct access to the beach was the best part. We had an in-house massage, which Gabriela recommended and it was definitely another plus to our trip. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. We felt comfortable and right at home. We had such an amazing time! Thank you Gabriela and Flor making our stay at the beach so special

The house is super beautiful and clean. Large enough for a big family. Service was excellent, provided everything we needed.

Beautiful beachfront accommodation, located close to good restaurants and in the quiet area of the Costa del Sol. A true oasis if you're looking to disconnect from everyday stress. Your host Gabriela strives to make her guests feel cared for and pampered, even if it means having to drive many miles. I loved that for an additional price you can get the hotel experience: their Chef Flor cooks simply delicious: you provide the ingredients and she transforms them into a delicacy! Not to mention that Fernanda helps with the cleaning, and always with great discretion and kindness. Both Flor and Fernanda are always willing to help and give excellent tips on local tours. This accommodation certainly meets the highest European accommodation standards. We hope to visit you again Thanks a million to Gabriela, Flor and Fernanda… everything was just perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! the place was clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a confortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach with stunning views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Flor, the live on site employee was available when needed, very helpful and she is a great cook. I recommend this place and will stay here again.

Nice house, quite spacious and close to restaurants

We loved the house, very comfortable rooms, spacious house, the photos are the same as the house, everything very clean, well equipped with utensils, it has everything you need and above all thank you very much for the help of Fernanda in the bathroom, Diego maintenance and help of the house and Flor who helped us in the kitchen made us breakfast, lunch and dinner without worrying about anything just to enjoy, all very kind and helpful they helped us in everything, I recommend the house 100%, we loved it, in front of the beach and the Costa del Sol boulevard where you can enjoy seafood and the supermarket 10 minutes from the house. We enjoyed the stay and the kindness of Flor, Fernanda and Diego, thanks for your attention.

Daniela was fantastic and overall the place was great. The caretakers, Fernanda and Diego were also excellent, friendly, and super attentive. The house was well equipped with utensils but they could have more items for the pool/beach (loungers and chairs). Overall would recommend this place and we had an amazing time.

Caretakers made us feel at home. And property is exactly what we expected few minor things that need to be worked on. But overall the stay was wonderful

This place was beautiful! The view was stunning from the terrace. Loved that there were plenty of beds to accommodate our group. Mario was super helpful and always around in case we needed anything. He would make us home made bread which tasted AMAZING! Highly recommend to get for breakfast. He was always attentive with our garbage and always cleaning the pool and surroundings due to the leaves falling. He recommended a few things to do which we ended up getting massages the near the beach and horseback riding with the kids.

If I could leave over 5- stars I would, first off I want to say the property is beautiful. The caretakers of the home are AMAZING! They made me and my family so welcomed. I also added the service of the masseuse, Stefany and she was AMAZING if you want a great massage you must try her out! Thank you Daniela I enjoyed my time at your property.

this was above and beyond what I expected. we have a 4 year old girl and a little boy who turned 2 during our stay and they had a FANTASTIC time. the amenities fod kids was very good. the beach , beautiful and fun. the pool- we put a lot of hours in that pool. plenty of space and places to lounge. the caretaker and his family were absolutely so kind and helpful and fun! we felt very at home. we went to a store about 17 minutes away and we're able to cook most of our meals there. loved having coffee on the beach in the morning. and the outdoor shower was GREAT. we had what we needed and I loved doing some yoga out on the porch during kids nap time. the breeze coming in off the coast during the hot part of the day made the outdoors welcoming. and the hammocks a true paradise. wish we could have stayed longer!

Highly recommended and very nice house.

This place is one of the beautiful places to be so nice clean and beautiful. They really respectful and they help us a lot. The people here is so nice and honest people I left an item behind and I came back to get it a week later if I could get more star, I will give 100. I will recommend it. I’m definitely coming back here.

Great vacation home, the guardian (Mario) and his family are amazing. The house was clean, comfortable and very spacious.

We loved our stay! The house is as photos show with stunning private garden, cool pool and direct access to one of the longest, lovely beaches (so much less busy than we anticipated) with gorgeous sunsets. We felt safe and more than well cared for by Mario, the caretaker on site, and his family: morning coconuts for the whole family when we woke up, always available to run out and grab us some pupusas or local food. Locals very friendly. Amazing seafood everywhere. Only recommendation is you need some Spanish.

A very nice house, a very nice pool, and very warm service.

This is a very beautiful, spacious home and I would certainly stay here again. It’s great for relaxing and enjoying an almost private beach. There’s no AC on the main level however each bedroom has its own unit so it’s ultimately not an issue. The pool and grounds were lovely with hammocks and coconut trees. Be mindful that there aren’t many restaurant options immediately around the house. The only negative about the experience was the caretaker; he lives in a small house toward the front of the property and is always there. While he’s a very nice man and we appreciated his services, his presence seemed excessive. He would sometimes walk into the house unannounced. At times it felt a bit of an infringement of your private.

Our stay was so beautiful 🤩! Daniela our host was very prompt to reply to all questions and inquiries before and during our stay . Communication was great. The caretaker Mario and his daughters, one of them named Estefani were amazing! So kind and helpful in every way, it’s also important to make sure they are taken care of , they truly work hard. The sunsets were surreal and gorgeous! The pool /outside area well taken care of and tropical with all the native trees. Bring your own beach towels as there are non for outdoor use .. The house is listed as a luxury house , however I would not necessarily call it a luxury house, a nice house, clean and spacious , one small room downstairs with bunk beds and 4 rooms upstairs, the top two rooms upstairs facing the pool and the ocean are the best rooms with view and huge beautiful balcony ,other two rooms have 3 single beds in each … Overall a wonderful experience and made some great memories.

The house is beautiful it had great views especially from the balcony and Mario the caretaker makes the experience wonderful he was such a great help and also made a barn fire for us. What a great experience we had.I would definitely recommend this house.

Loved the place! The pool area and the beach hut were great for hanging out. The caretaker was so attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed, even setting up a bonfire on the beach for us. The place was clean and organized. And the extra perks like getting massages and fresh coconuts were a plus! Daniella is a great host and we recommend staying here!

Daniela was very responsive and proactive. The house was exactly as it was described and shown in the photos. Stunningly beautiful with a lot of rooms and private bathrooms. We loved how well-cared for everything was and how close to the beach we were. The caretakers, Mario and Esperanza were very helpful, friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. We asked Daniela if she recommended a local cook and she put us in touch with Rebecca. Rebecca cooked extremely well (especially the Salvadoran food we requested), always arrived on time, extremely friendly, and went above and beyond for our group. I highly recommend this house if you want to be surrounded by beautiful scenery, tranquility, and great people.

This property is in a great area. Completely safe. The care takers Don Mario is very attentive. The house is beautiful and has a gorgeous view from the second floor balcony to the ocean. The pool is very well kept and large. Access to the beach is a bonus. The rooms are spacious and with a bathroom in each room is very convenient. The indoor/outdoor house feature is great and we never felt hot. The breeze through the home was right on. My family and I spent are days simply relaxing and enjoying the property. The pictures of this listing is exact and does not give this home justice. I will stay on this property every time I visit El Salvador. Just BEAUTIFUL!

We’ve spent a week at this beautiful beach house. Amazing grounds, pool, beach, spacious rooms, overall a great stay. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful, always available for food runs, coconuts and even set up an awesome bonfire at the beach.

The house was very beautiful and very clean. It was in a very nice private area! The best part about staying here was Mario and his family. They were super nice and always ready to help in anyway possible. They made this the perfect trip, made us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place!! Even better than what the pictures show, clean, comfortable, right next to the beach, fully equipped, spacious and perfect for kids!! Would recommend it at any time, totally money worth it!! If you are looking to spend a great time along with your family and friends on a place that has all you will need and even more, then Daniela’s place is for you! Mario was so much help and always willing to help and cover for any need we could have!

Lovely place!

This beach house is BEAUTIFUL. The caregivers of the home make you feel very welcomed and Daniela was so responsive when I had a question or concern. All of the rooms were cozy and the AC units helped to sleep comfortably at night. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay, very kid friendly which was one of our main concerns. Everything was clean, no hot water for showers but it wasn’t really needed. The tile floors in the bathrooms were a bit dirty, definitely shower with sandals. The access to the beach was great. The ocean water was perfect for kids, not that strong currents you get in other beaches in El Salvador, overall. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it.

Awesome beach house. We travel to Costa Del Sol a lot and this is now our favorite place. The pool was fun. There’s plenty of space for people to hang out. A lot of attention to detail. Nice easy walk to the beach I would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it. The host was great and the caretaker is very attentive to all your needs. BTW there’s a menu for food and even for a personal massage.

Wow the house is beautiful, and the walk to the beach was spectacular.  I have a daughter and we enjoyed all the toys and kid friendly items they had for us which included a highchair, kid pool, toys, and craft table.  The rooms were simple and modern, and we had an A/C unit which helped with the heat all night.  The house is well lit throughout including the backyard.  And my husband and I loved that everything was solar powered and environmentally conscious.  When we come back to El Salvador we will love to re-book this place but for a longer time. Who knows, if we become bitcoin investors we might become citizens. ;)

My family and I are regular Airbnb travelers, and this house was totally exceptional!!! Often I’ll stay in an Airbnb for the location, but this is also one you truly stay at for the home itself. The pictures didn’t do it justice, it’s pure luxurious comfort. Totally kid friendly with a fantastic welcome book with recommendations in the area (we had some amazing micheladas, seafood soup, and ceviche!). I’ll definitely be back again and with friends for another perfect beach-cation. Thank you for making this a wonderful stay!
