Harry's place is much bigger and more spacious than the photos actually indicate. The inside is very coolly decorated and there are doors that are hinged in the middle to allow maximum airflow. There is a very large balcony and many different seating options outside that are shaded. It's a very cool house, with a great view looking down over the breaking waves and surfers at Remanso. The temperatures are cool on the hillside and the breezes are endless. I highly recommend it. Silver and his family are amazing caretakers and are very responsive.

Harry’s place deserves every possible praise. It is better than the pictures and closer to El Remanso beach than expected and advertised! You can check out the surf from the infinity pool or veranda, and it’s then a (less than) 5 minute walk to the beach downhill. The staff working at Harry’s Airbnb are PHENOMENAL. They were responsive to our every need, and were so kind. Their motto was: “our job is to make sure you’re happy.” We were very happy and well looked after. We were put in touch with Danny, who does surf lessons and rents boards on El Remanso beach. We could not recommend Danny and the Taco bar on the beach more highly. We were always greeted with a warm smile and amazing service. You should definitely try Mario’s Coco Loco cocktail! The best there is.

I don’t even want to tell y’all but this is a magical off the radar place. I’d rent this every time I come back.

The trip was an amazing getaway before the new year with my family in Nicaragua. Something I’ll remember for a lifetime.

It was a great house and Harry was very responsive and great to communicate with. Very fluent in English.

Our stay at Casa Flores was just amazing! The pool overlooking Playa Remanso, the views of the green hills, the beautiful and spacious casa, the comfortable beds, the lovely neighbors, and the wonderful kitchen to cook in made our stay perfect. We spend a month at Casa Flores and didn’t miss a thing. We love making smoothies. There was no smoothie maker and when I asked Harry about it, it was bought immediately. The short 5 min walk to the beach with our surfboards was quick downhill. Back up the hill is a bit steep, but a great work out!! We surfed pretty much every day at Playa Remanso and Hermosa. The town of San Juan Del Sir has everything you could possibly need. Overall we would highly recommend Casa Flores, and Harr, the wonderful host. Hayda and Frank next door helped to keep the casa and pool very clean. They are lovely people. We felt at home and had lots of privacy. All we heard were the breaking waves in the bay. Missing it already!

Harry is an amazing host and his house is even nicer than on the picture. As described, road access requires a 4x4 and you will need to do grocery shopping in San Juan del Sur prior to arrival. But once you get there, this is vacation, pool is incredible, view awesome, the house so spacious, I loved the clay pots in the kitchen, and master bedroom is sensational. Be aware that a family leaves nearby and do the everyday maintenance (pool and terrace cleaning). They are really nice, polite, discrete and helpful if you need any advice or help. Thanks again for offering my French family and my in laws (who had never left Ometepe island), a mix of 2 cultures, this together time for this Year End.

We had a great stay! My family & I loved the house, the view, the ability to disconnect from the city & the pool was amazing! The housekeeper couple were really friendly, they made sure we had extra towels & the pool area was always clean. I will def recommend this house to friends & family. I give it a 5 stars stay!

Second time I stay at this house . It has a amazing view of the ocean . House is very nice . Only thing is that it’s a little 15 minute drive from the main beach of San Juan . I recommend a car that don’t have issue going up the hill on gravel road . Other then that you will enjoy your stay at the house . I have stayed two different occasions. 2019 and 2022 .

Spectacular view, equipped house and good support from the hosts.

Harry's place was the highlight of our girls' weekend. It's located about a 5 min walk from the surf with a gorgeous view. The caretakers live behind the pool and were there for anything and everything we needed. They were attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to the next one!

If you're looking for a quiet and nice place to stay this is the right for you. You got a nice view of the whole beach, the pool it's a nice touch for chill and relax. The place is very secure and very recommended.

Our family spent 2 nights at Harry's place. We were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen appliances (large/small), pots/pans, dishes among other things. The house was super clean and everything was in working condition. The house has amazing views, the beach is visible from inside the home thanks to the super large windows. There is ample space to gather with numerous rocking chairs and hammocks to sit on. The infinity pool was sparkling clean and the water temperature was perfect to cool off. The house has a ramp from the top of the hill which comes in handy in loading/unloading and more importantly for those that have knee problems. The house also has another small ramp to go from the porch to the pool. The owner has definitely put in many thoughtful details in the home. The housekeeper was very welcoming. She made herself available at all times without being intrusive. I would definitely go back to this home in a heartbeat.

Very good service, location and cleanliness.

Casa Flores was beautiful, great service and communication. It has huge windows that help the air flow inside the house but that also allows bugs inside so if you’re not friendly with bugs probably not your place. Great stay great hosts! The lady that takes care of the house lives next door and was very friendly and helped us with any inconvenience we had.

It is a very very comfortable space. The house is very nice and very well equipped. The person who supports the cleanliness lives nearby and is very attentive. Harry is very helpful and was ready for what we needed The house its a magical place. The view is unique. The pool is nicely cared for and clean, more so in these times of coronavirus, which is so important. I highly recommend this space and I would be back.

Everything was fine, I recommend accepting pets, the neighbors' dogs and cats pass by, it would be very good to be able to take your dog friend to enjoy with the family, thank you.

Harry and his team Frank and Aida are super nice people. The house is amazing, even more beautiful than you can see in the photos and extremely well equipped. The beach is a 5-minute walk away and never overcrowded. There is a bar with cheap cocktails and a surfboard rental. We've always been helped with anything. Harry showed us around the city on the first day, recommended restaurants and shops and was always available if anything was wrong. Rarely do you experience such a hospitable landlord. The family who lives on the property was very warm, helpful ( washing laundry, getting cigarettes etc. was not a topic )and accommodating, we felt very well taken care of. We will definitely come back and can recommend 1000% to anyone nicaragua, Casa Flores and especially Harry.

This is the right place if you are looking for privacy in a great house with an amazing view. I had one of the best vacations with my family and we all enjoyed the amenities and the nature around the house. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet vacation place.

Harry’s place is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. You are in walking distance to Playa Remanso but up the hill enough to have a beautiful view of the ocean. Love sitting on the porch just enjoying the incredible view and beauty of this area of San Juan. Plenty of cooking supplies (pans, measuring cups, bowls, etc) available at the house. Short drive to San Juan restaurants, shops, etc

The view from the house is just amazing. The beach is perfect for surfing. It was an perfect stay !

Place is clean, very clean . They have everything so you can cook and eat . The view from the pool looking to the beach . I loved it . Decent WiFi and every room has air conditioning. You will not regret staying here

The house is everything as advertised and more. Harry was nice enough to pick us up in town and supplied us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay in San Juan Del Sur. We can’t wait to go back!

The house is very nice, and has everything you need to have a comfortable time, as well as all the necessary utensils and appliances in the kitchen. The people in charge of the cleaning service keep both the house and the pool clear, and any problems or needs you have help you solve it quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's, the house is quiet, the views sublime, the pool perfect and the beach a few minutes' walk away. Harry was lovely to us and helped us come and leave home. We had long hesitated between all the villas offered nearby, we are delighted to have chosen this one!

This was absolutely perfect!!! You def want to have a good car to get there, but the house the pool the beach was just perfect. The caretakers are great and honest people. We left a 4K diamond wedding band and they packed it up and shipped it to us before leaving the country.... I mean who does that??? They did. The hospitality was incredible. Will definitely stay again. The views are stunning.

Great place!

Staying at Harry's was a wonderful experience. Although we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Harry in person, he was easily available via whatsapp and helped to schedule cab rides and provide details to make our stay enjoyable. The house itself was beyond our expectations. The air conditioning worked very well and the house was spacious and clean. The doors on the main floor open to let a wonderful breeze in. The pool had the most amazing views of the ocean and was a perfect place to watch the sunset. The house is located in a remote area with a small beach within walking distance. We rented a 4 wheel drive car and needed it to drive on the roads to the house. The drive into town was an easy one. We would recommend Harry's place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful home for their stay in Nicaragua!

Casa Flores was a great place we loved the view and the peace in this location. Lots of amenities fully equipped kitchen nothing needed the pool was also spectacular and cleaned every morning. Our host Harry was very attentive, at some point electricity went of because of some maintenance in the town and he immediately brought us an electric generator to solve the issue. Other than that bring a 4x4 in rain season.
