Beautiful, private, clean

We loved the place. It's a ranch with a very good layout and fully equipped. You can tell that the hosts think about the needs that visitors might have. It's very clean, and communication is easy. The person who welcomes guests and takes care of the ranch is very friendly and helpful. In short, we will be back.

The house is super well-maintained and equipped. The beach is private and super quiet. Everything just like the pictures. Everything is clean and tidy. We will definitely be back.

Utopia was a great place to stay and relax for the weekend, it was up to expectations and cleanliness was excellent. Maps took me to the wrong place but host was proactive and was able to direct us to the right place! Definitely will be going back.

Perfect accommodation, very well equipped with everything you need in every way, towels, kitchen equipment, air conditioning working 100%, excellent location and quiet atmosphere, I would definitely stay again with my family

Loly’s place was absolutely wonderful. It was perfect for our family’s needs and surpassed our expectations. The views during sunset and sunrise were incredible. The house was perfect for our big group and spacious enough we did not feel crowded. Will definitely be back next time we visit ES!

The house was gorgeous, the pool was amazing, so close to the beach (nice private beach, super clean and safe), ac worked great, only issue I had was the “hot tub” not being able to get hot at all, It was only jets, but besides that the house was worth it!. Beautiful space and views! Loly was very responsive and gave really clear instructions on how to access the place. The house caretaker was great and very friendly and quick to fix any issues we had. I’d definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect and has everything you need for a relaxing stay

We loved the house, clean and well-equipped. Very comfortable for 10 travelers and with direct beach access. The people who take care of the house were very attentive and made it easy for us to buy oysters and shells. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa we had booked. The place was exactly as described in the listing: directly by the sea, with breathtaking sunsets. The house was spotless, and we received excellent service from the responsible people on site. An experience without a false rating!

Very nice, clean and comfty place, recommended. It's clean and the host is very responsive plus there is a person ready to cook for you in case you don't feel like cooking. The beach was very nice as well!

We felt right at home during our stay! The house was clean, and the pool was immaculate. We enjoyed a nice oceanfront view every day. The security guard was very helpful, assisting us with getting in and out and recommending local places to visit. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you 😊
