With the amount we paid for the week, I would have expected shampoo, conditioner, sharp knives, and working kitchen scissors. Other than that, the place was great! Overall, we were very pleased with the house.

I rented this place for my daughter and two of her high school friends for their HS graduation, they had a blast!

Everything was great; the place is terrific and you can really enjoy it if you go as a family; it is very comfortable and spacious. We loved that it has everything you need.

Our stay at this property was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and everything in the house worked perfectly and was very clean. The location is great, the amenities are exactly as described, and the host was always attentive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again on our next trip to Cabo.

This house is awesome. It is even better than the pictures show. The Pedregal community is really nice, they keep it really clean and its always being looked after. We had cleaning service and pool service frequently during our stay (part of the rental) which was really nice. Its a pretty short walk to the private beach and into Cabo but its really hilly so the walk back to the house has some steep sections. The house is really nicely set up and we had my wife and I, son and his partner along with my daughter, her husband and our grand daughter. The space was excellent and we each had our own area at night and bathrooms. The pool area and patio were just great with lots of seating and the nice pool and hot tub which are kept very clean. Angie was very responsive and helpful and she uses a property management service who were really fast in responding and taking care of some small issues. I highly recommend this house. We had a great stay.

Everything about this stay was fantastic! The location was amazing—so close to everything we needed—and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We felt incredibly secure and comfortable the entire time; the security team is very thorough and actually holds the licenses of Uber and delivery drivers until they exit, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Angie was a wonderful host, and her property manager, Francisco, was incredibly attentive. Having someone so helpful and local available for anything we needed made the trip completely stress-free. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay for our group!

A wonderful find! This Airbnb is in the perfect location. A very quick ride to the town, a walk to the beach, and only 50 mins to SJD airport. We loved how spacious the house was and you can’t beat the pool with a view! The neighborhood is breathtaking, we enjoyed walking to the beach and using the pickleball courts! Lots of friendly people and felt very safe with the security.

Finding the place and the confusion on the arrival date on the property managers end was a minor hick up on our stay. Francisco was very responsive and his daughter was a huge help when she arrived and took the time to walk the house with me. Mistakes will happen and it shows a lot of how mistakes are handled. The $50 credit was a very nice gesture and it's great that it was offered without asking. The house was great. Has everything that is needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The location of the home in Pedregal is beautiful. The scenery absolutely amazing. We felt very safe in a secure location and its very close to the Marina and restaurants. I would definitely stay again at Villa Los Amigos.

A beautiful and super comfortable house, with excellent atmosphere and lighting. The pool and jacuzzi were our favorite. Attention was always prompt and friendly.

The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Walking to anywhere was tough with the hills but it’s also what made the area beautiful. Ubers were super cheap and easy to get. House was clean and had everything we needed for an entire week. If we had questions they were answered in a timely manner. We got instructions on everything before we got there and there was a book of instructions when we got there. It was an extremely safe community. The pool and the hot tub were both amazing. The towels and pool towels were plush and thick. The beds, sheets, and pillows were clean and comfortable. We had so much fun. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much.

Villa Los Amigos was a great home for our vacation! It was exactly as described. The location was walkable to the beach, downtown area where there was lots of shopping & restaurants & the marina. The pool and hot tub was a perfect afternoon delight. Francisco was so quick to respond and the only reason we called him was because we locked our passports in the safe & the battery was dead & we could not get it open. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great place to stay for vacation!

The place looks exactly like the photos displayed, Angie provided a lot of helpful recommendations beforehand that were amazing for us to take decisions on our daily activities. Francisco was also very helpful on all communication we had with them. Overall we had a great family time!

Angie’s place was phenomenal. I went with my husband, infant, parents and stayed for 5 nights. Angie was super responsive and gave so many recommendations that we used to make our stay feel like home. Angie also worked with us and the baby gear rental company and our private chef to ensure that we had everything in place for our baby before we arrived and food prepared for us when we landed. The view from the air bnb is beautiful. We took our daughter on daily walks around the community and the hills were not bad at all. The scenery on our walk was always breathtaking. The location cannot be beat.

Had a bit of trouble getting hot tub working but the Marianne guy got it fixed. Otherwise was a great stay

Cabos was a delightful surprise. The AirBnb was located in the luxury area called Pedregal, which was nestled in and around some amazing luxury Mediterranean-style homes built into the mountain side. The walk to the harbor and downtown area was 30 to 40 minutes and at times difficult to remember what streets to take as it’s winding with other streets traversing. The average cab was $6 USD to/from harbor. The AirBnB was large and spacious and comfortable. We spend a lot of time hanging at the pool & hot tub, so relaxing! The only downside to the AirBnb was the step-down outside near the grill & also into the kitchen. We had a fall from those steps, so I’d recommend putting something visible on those step-downs. Also, If you can get the longitude & latitude coordinates instead of using the address, I’d highly recommend. If you’re taking a cab, they know the area well and we didn’t have a problem. Otherwise, our stay was more than delightful. We had such a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Villa Los Amigos was beautiful, private, and exactly what we were looking for in a vacation destination. Fernando was extremely responsive and the services provided in Pedegral were excellent. We played pickleball and took advantage of browns catering for meals at home. Also took a boat tour with Islas boat tour and totally worth it. Great stay in Los Cabos!

Absolutely beautiful. The house was perfect for a group. The location of the house was great with walkable restaurants and much more. Will be coming back here soon.

A great place to spend a pleasant family relaxing time

I came here with my boyfriend, father, sister and her family. 7 total. We loved the house, pool, hot tub, view. It was a great stay in Cabo. We had a car for people that didn’t want to walk to town. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the walk to and from town. Nice to get some exercise with great views. I definitely recommend this place.

Great location and home

Great place to relax and enjoy the great Cabo weather. You can easily stay in the house and chill, or trek down to the Marina and be in the heart of everything within minutes. Note: you need to be willing to walk through the hills and in the heat, which in our case took it as a bit of an exercise. The house is very nice and comfortable enough to host our family of 6 (including 4 children ages 16 to 22). The surroundings are beautiful as well. In sum, the location/house were definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

This place was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Very spacious very clean and most importantly the A/C worked great! Lol. Angie gave great recommendations for dinner and other activities which is very helpful. Definitely would stay here again when I come back to Cabo.

If you’re looking to stay at el Pedregal, this place is perfect. Allrooms are spacious, especially the master suite. The sliding glass doors from the master suite & living room open completely to the patio/pool/jacuzzi. and hide inside the wall. The pool area is definitely my favorite place to lounge, read a book, enjoy the breeze. The pool gets warm just naturally. The jacuzzi gets very hot and turns itself off after an hour which is perfect. The bbq was super convenient too. The house is equipped with plenty of bath towels and pool towels, sheets, pillows, etc. A/C is strong. Had to turn it down a couple of times because it was chilly inside. The kitchen is well equipped, I was able to cook like at home. The beds are super comfy. Washer/dryer work great, house is stocked w/extra paper towels, enough toilet paper, etc. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful and conveniently located. Once you exit the pedregal, you’re right in downtown Cabo. Tennis and pickleball are open to guests!

This location was exactly as our host described it...safe, spacious, and clean. It has a spectacular pool and hot tub that were cleaned every other day. The host was immediately responsive to the few questions that we posed. In addition, her comments and write-ups on things to do and places to go were spot on. We were a family of five that fit comfortably. The place could easily accommodate up to eight people. We'll definitely rent here again if going back to Cabo. Would definitely suggest renting a car if staying at this site as the villa sits up on a hill overlooking the harbor. It's less than a mile to the marina and town...but the hill is quite steep. Loved everything about this vacation!!!

We loved the place! We went in a group of 6 and we all enjoyed the house. It was clean, beautiful location and overall absolutely peaceful. I definitely recommend and would stay here again! I had to reach out a couple times to better understand hot tub heating and got good response from property manager and owner.

We didn’t rent a car and walked or used Ubers. Ubers had a had a hard time finding the house a few times. Not a problem in the way home. We would probably rent a car next time. House is great. Bedrooms are private. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Handyman was responsive

The location of this property is perfect! The Pedregal community is very secure and surrounded by beautiful homes. The house is a short walk frm the Marina, but be prepared to walk up and down steep sidewaks. There is a private beach area for the Pedregal community nearby. The communication with the host was easy and it was a overall wonderful time.

Spacious and beautiful Villa. It was a place to be with friends to stay in, especially with the Jacuzzi and pool. It’s not too far from downtown, so it was pretty fast to get to most places.

Angie’s villa was beautiful! Heated jacuzzi was perfect for the chillier nights, fun sound bar, and very spacious rooms. This villa had all the accommodations we needed. The only tricky thing was getting an Uber to pick us up, so it was easier to call the gate and get a taxi (it would take them on avg about 15 mins). Thank you Angie! We can’t wait to be back in Cabo!

I had a great stay. Home is in a safe location. Ideal for those who like to get a good walk. Some hills may be a bit steep. Overall great experience!

We had such a fantastic time at Villa Los Amigos! It was perfect for our group of 5. The outdoor space and pool were perfect for hanging out in the sun. The community has an incredible private beach, tennis & pickleball courts which we took full advantage of. The walk into downtown is totally doable, a bit over a mile each way. The walk back up is a bit tougher, being mainly uphill, but definitely worth it given all the chips, salsa, and guacamole that you’ll likely be eating during the trip. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested!

I recommend getting a car for your time down . very luxurious and very private.

Angie’s property was our safe haven in Cabo. The home was everything and more than what we expected and it had everything we needed for a comfortable week away from home. My family and I found it to be truly - a home away from home.

The condo and the house are wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The people who work at the house are very polite and helpful. The only downfall is the wifi, which sometimes didn't work well. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to Los Cabos

This Airbnb is perfect for any stay in Cabo. It is extremely safe and guarded 24/7, the pool and hot tub are amazing! It’s a little hard to find but worth it, take a car as walking is difficult with the amount of hills. Definitely above and beyond my expectations! Location is 10/10!

Our trip was amazing. The location of Villa los amigos is in a safe & secured guarded community. The house was above our expectations, the hot tub and pool was so refreshing and perfect temperature. Very easy to catch an Uber on the way up since it is quite a steep walk. Would 10/10 stay here again.

We had a great time at Villa Los Amigos! The house is in the Pedregal neighborhood with downtown Cabo just about a mile away at the base of the mountain. We chose not to rent a car and enjoyed walking to/from town, but it’s a steep hill and we typically took a cab home if it got late. If you plan on traveling outside of downtown Cabo, then you might want to rent a car. The house was very clean with maid service 2x per week and weekday pool service. The beds/linens were excellent and mattresses quite firm. The appliances, kitchen amenities, TV/satellite, stereo, towels... all fine and functional. The spa worked well and got a lot of use during our trip. The couches were not particularly comfortable, but that’s about all I can nitpick. We had a great stay and Angie was an excellent communicator. We hope to get back again in 2021.

We had a great stay at Angie’s place. We had a small family getaway and enjoyed every minute of it. Francisco was always available for any questions we had and the housekeeper showed up every other day and did a thorough job cleaning the house. Wonderful stay.

My friends and I stayed at Angie's place for 4 nights. The place was spot-on and had everything we wished for. Everyone was very happy with their rooms and location of the house. The house location is in a gated community called Pedegral. This neighborhood is top-notch, safe, clean, and close to everything. I recommend strolling through the neighborhood during the day and night to see all the views from different observation points. The guard gate positioned at the base of the neighborhood is very helpful with getting cabs to the house and were always available by phone. The cleaning crew showed up earlier than check-out time which was fine with us, but they also offered to come back. We did not feel it was necessary for them to leave and come back since some of us already cleaned up and exited our rooms. Angie was available, hospitable, and timely in answering my questions. Pedegral is must stay location.

Whenever a go back to cabo I’m gonna try my best to stay here again, it was very safe, very quiet, and beautiful.

This place is worth it! The space was clean, great AC, fast wifi, beautiful pool and absolutely delicious hot tub. The location of the neighborhood seriously cannot be beat either. It's quiet and away from the noise but literally just a two minute drive to get to action. I definitely recommend renting a car but be careful when driving in the neighborhood. Lots of steep hills and a couple of tight turns but you'll regret it if you don't get a car. The neighborhood is super safe and the house has a garage for your vehicle as well which is nice. It looks like the view is going to be slightly obstructed by the new build going up behind the house but you can still see the marina and the beach from the pool. I couldn't have picked a better place to spend my birthday! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this property!

We had a great time staying at Angie’s Airbnb! The location is very beautiful and surrounded by amazing houses. The location feels very safe within a gated community. The view is amazing. Lots of room for guests throughout the house and outside to lounge. Would definitely stay here again. Was able to use Uber to come and go multiple times during the stay.

We had an amazing family stay at this house. Layout allows for privacy, bedrooms on three levels. House lay out is great. Patio is very nice and having a hot tub in December is awesome! Very clean and location is solid.

It's in a perfect location, easy to get into downtown Cabo, perfect ORGANIC grocery store right outside the gate, easy to get onto highways. AND it feels super safe.

This house is lovely and was perfect for our vacation! It's just a short walk into downtown, or down to the private beach, the walk back up can be a bit of a workout (but looking at the views and architecture makes it all worth it). Angie was a very accommodating host!

Excellent place to relax in a private community while also a short trip from all the action downtown. Beautiful home and community, highly recommend to anyone staying in Cabo looking for a more peaceful and relaxing experience than Medano beach. Angie's house is a gorgeous area in Los Cabos. You can lounge around in the pool with a beautiful view of the ocean whenever the sun's too hot to be at the beach. Everything was sparkling clean, well equipped and she always replied very quickly! I recommend 100%!

Our stay was great! The villa was very clean and spacious. Everyone in the group was very comfortable. The view was amazing and the location gave you a safe feeling. It is near enough to all of the activities in Cabo, but far enough so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet with a view. We definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Prime location within Pedregal, only a short 20min walk down the hill to the marina. House is fantasic with a nice pool and very spacious. Angie is very helpful and provided plenty of hints/tips and advice for making the most of our stay in Cabo.

Loved the location of this house in the gorgeous Pedregal community! The house was plenty big for the 7 folks in our group and we used the full kitchen everyday to cook and make breakfast and snacks. The jacuzzi and pool were also used everyday and were great amenities for us. There was a housekeeper that came every other day so it felt like we were in a hotel too. There is also a pool guy that came once to clean the pool during our stay which was an added bonus. The community is beautiful, as I mentioned, and it is super safe and secure although Cabo in general was extremely safe and people were very friendly. I would stay at this house again when in Cabo without a doubt.

Amazing home!

Angies place is great closed to all the main attractions in cabo . Her home was so clean and very beautiful with everything that’s need it to make your stay comfortable . Our kids were static with the pool .

Angie’s home was absolutely amazing, we loved it for our first trip to Cabo. It was a total of 8 people in our group and we were all comfortably accomdated in Angie’s home. The location was perfect (within minutes of Downtown, restaurants, the pier, nightclubs, and just about anything else you would need), the amenities exceeded our expectations, and the view of the ocean and mountaintops were unmatched! In all correspondences with Angie, she was prompt and extremely helpful. She even went as far as providing tips/suggestions for things to do in the area during our stay. If you’re considering this home for your trip to Cabo, I highly recommend!
