A weekend with 4 adults and 11 children at David's apartment, which was a great choice. Everything was brilliant, both the apartment and the facilities. I would stay there again.

You can’t beat the location and the attention to the seafront and beach was impeccable. The apartment was located inside a 5-7 story building. We decided not to pay for the ocean view. David helped us with the check in because the process required expertise in Spanish. The kitchen was nice though we would have preferred chinaware and more refined cutlery but what was there was adequate. The beds and linen were great. The AC unit functioned beautifully. You won’t believe the amount of work that goes on in the early morning hours to make the beach pristine. I’m an early riser so I witnessed firsthand the crew cleaning up after the nighttime enjoyment, ridding the ocean water of seaweed and fumigating the outside to protect the youth children and aging population. We did most of our cooking in the kitchen so I couldn’t comment on the restaurants. Our apartment was in the 7th tower which made it super convenient to access everything but all the towers are well positioned to enjoy the water

The place is wonderful, the apartment is very comfortable and clean with everything you need for your stay. The little shop inside the property is quite well stocked and affordable and about 150 m from the apartment.

It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. David was an exceptional host: incredibly friendly, always attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The apartment was small but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. We did experience a couple of minor issues — the TV was a bit tricky due to connection issues, and the floor was frequently damp, likely due to humidity or the AC — but nothing that really impacted our overall experience. David was responsive and helpful throughout. I had requested early check-in in advance, understanding that it would depend on availability. While David did eventually confirm we could check in early, the confirmation only came at 12 PM on the day of arrival, which didn’t allow us to take full advantage. It would have been great to receive an earlier update. For check-out, there was no flexibility as new guests were arriving early, and we had to leave promptly at 11 AM. Overall, despite a few small inconveniences, we had a good stay and appreciated the apartment amenities.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a lovely corner of the Caribbean coast. The setting and infrastructure of the complex are beautiful and there are plenty of amenities to make for a relaxing beach vacation. The restaurants onsite were all pretty good but the hours were variable and there's really nothing else nearby, so for longer stays you may want to bring some food of your own (particularly for breakfast). David was very communicative and helpful throughout.

The apartment is impeccable, spacious and has all the comforts to have a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped, you can prepare baked meals, grilled and there is airfryer, a spacious refrigerator. The apartment has 2 spacious rooms, one with private bathroom and another bathroom in the social area with shower. The living room has a double-size-shelf and a TV. The wifi works great. There is a large balcony with lounge lounge. In the area there is a mini Market where they sell basic groceries, however in the nearby village there is one called Angel and they have many more products at a good price. The Beach Club has 3 restaurants and the food is delicious and at a good price, the pools are nice and the beach is unforgettable. I 100% recommend David and his place, he is very friendly, helpful, respectful and responds very quickly. Finally, there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

David’s place was spectacular. The place was clean and he was very attentive of our arrival since it is an 1.5 hour drive from the City. The amenities in the area is great. The bar serves great drinks and the views from the shoreline are awesome. I highly recommend it.

New, clean, spacious apartment and white line equipped with everything you need for a comfortable family stay for a comfortable stay as a family stay: it has a stove, oven, oven, microwave, coffee maker, water filter, TV and high speed internet. Total relaxation. The set is very quiet and full of amenities to spend a 10 point day. We also liked the balcony with a view of the marina.
