Very cozy house with everything you need to have a great time

The service from Evelyn and Ricardo is excellent. They make you feel at home.

Love how it was private and had lots of activities it offered like the pool hot tub and all aquatic activities. It felt homey and the people at the house were very kind and helpful. They honestly had a lot of stuff at the house you could use and if you needed anything they were there. But i honestly just loved the house and had a fun weekend with my family! Didn’t want to leave! It was breathtaking. Only thing is if you’re taking a bunch the way down to the house is stairs so still good exercise haha and careful with smaller children and all the Knick knacks but house was worth it

The house is true to the description, but the location is surprisingly amazing, quiet and with spectacular views. Access to the lake is very easy and the house's equipment is very complete. The service from Ricardo and his wife was discreet and very good.

Excellent host, everything it offers is true, the people at Claudia's house collaborate 100%. Always remember to leave them a very good tip because they are separate services! Overall 100% satisfied, we will definitely be back!

It was a super fun experience. From riding the ferry to swimming on the lake. The house feels very homey and the location looks like paradise. Also the people that help around the house were a 10. Very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Carmen and her staff are exceptional. The property was awesome. We hired a chef they recommended and she was outstanding! Johana took great care of us. We felt cared for and secure. There were lots of activities for the kids. We had massages that were recommended and that was also special. The infinitely pool was our favorite spot to sit and relax while hearing the sounds of the ocean.

We selected this home based on previous reviews and photos, and were so happy that we chose it! Roberto, Eneida and Monica were so gracious and hospitable. We appreciated the connections that Roberto helped us with , to have our day on the lake with jet skis for a couple of hours from a local rental...use of the kayaks on site....and the boat was available for rental if we wanted to use it. We were able to order some delicious papusas one evening, thanks to Roberto's help and willingness to row across the lake to get our order!! We loved having plenty of towels available, for pool and bathing, without having to bring them along in our suitcases!! The Host has responded to previous reviews and has a new refrigerator added to a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen! We did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the amenities available! Our family enjoyed a couple of peaceful days together here, and we hope to be back for another enjoyable stay~ Thanks for sharing this beautiful space!

Carmen’s house is AMAZING! Our family has enjoyed staying here multiple times. We are already planning for our stay next year! The house has all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. You will need to bring all your personal needs along with food and beverages since you are on a private island which requires a ferry to bring you across the volcano lake. The caretakers are beautiful people and make the stay enjoyable. They are attentive to your every need and will go out of their way to please you. They will cook for you if needed or go to the local market or restaurant to you bring lunch and dinner. The beds are super comfortable. Plenty of space for your family to enjoy. The home is beautiful and well cared. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking! The pool and the hot tub are relaxing. Jet-skis and boat rides are optional at extra cost but it’s a must! Campfire at night under the stars! Thank you for hosting our family! We appreciate the memories

Carmen's house is a piece of paradise. Look no further , if it is a house on the coatequepe lake you are looking for , this is the house indicated. A very comfortable and nice house, Roberto and Eneyda are excellent people who made our stay a total pleasure and comfort. The pool and jacuzzi are great to be able to spend time as a family! Carmen is an excellent host, communication was great and very attentive that we did not lack anything! We would return home. Three moons with our eyes closed. If you're lucky, you can even share it with Rocky :)

This is the second time staying at the Las Tres Lunas ranch. It's really a paradise and you can feel the peace and quiet. The couple taking care of the ranch are very friendly and always very helpful. Communication with Carmen is always very good! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your home!

Highly recommend Carmen's home. All the photos and details are as described. High quality bedding , bathroom amenities (with working hotwater) property condition and maintenance. Easy flow open concept modern interior which is ideal for a large family. The lake and pool & hot tub all easy access , super clean and refreshing. A dream vacation we had a wonderful time. The caretaker Roberto and his wife Eneida did help us with many details which made the stay even better , I plan to return when possible.

Beautiful place ! Magical ! Nature, the lake environment, volcanoes and nature intertwine to make you a magical moment ! Spectacular view of property. One of the best vacation I've ever had and it's been thanks to the beautiful house on Isla Teopan. Carmen was always well attentive to the questions we had. I would definitely rent her house again!!

This place was AMAZING!! From the living space, the outdoor space, the rooms, THE LAKE! The on site guardians were at our disposal the entire time. They helped us get jet skis, a boat and food. The pool and hot tub were in great condition. The ARTWORK in this house is what really got me. They have so much artwork on display. 1000% recommend this beautiful home!

The house is in one of the best locations and is safe. It is very tastefully decorated, it is a very comfortable, cozy house and the attention of Roberto and his wife Eneida is amazing.

Carmen and Beatriz's property is beautiful, as presented in the photos. It is very functional and perfect for families. It has all the comforts and is tastefully decorated. The view towards the lake takes advantage of every bedroom and space of the house. The pool and jacuzzi have been very appreciated, especially with small children. We had an excellent stay, in particular thanks to Roberto and Eneida who welcomed us very warmly and provided us with a quality service (exercises of what we expected)!!! We appreciate it! Beatriz was also very reactive and available by email. We are returning to Paris with very nice memories and thinking about returning next summer! I recommend it!

If you are going to the Lake, this house is a great place. It is a little less convenient since your are on the island but the house makes up for it! Once you are at the house, you don't want to leave! The communication with Carmen and her house keepers was great. She was very responsive and helped us several times. I highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed in a number of different air bnb at the lake and elsewhere in El Salvador and I can honestly say that Carmen was the most responsive and "pendiente" (checking up to make sure we were ok) host. Additionally the caretakers were the most attentive and kind we have had the pleasure of staying with - they anticipated needs, were accessible but not obtrusive and were even carefully watchful of our kids (8, 6 and 4). My four year old got scared for a moment in the water and Roberto moved almost as fast as I did to get to him! The house itself is beautiful, well appointed, with ample comfortable sitting areas that make the most of the beautiful views of the Sta Ana volcano. A magical stay that we only wish had been longer! Very highly recommended!

I hadn’t even arrived yet and this place already seemed like I was in a magical place. I’ve been to El Salvador many times as both my parents are from the country, but this time i wanted to treat my family that live in ES to a beautiful day out. Carmen’s house exceeded those expectations. From the ferry ride to the the stay it was all great. The house and it’s decor was interesting and very fascinating! When not enjoying the warm weather out in the pool or on the dock I found myself inside looking at all the art and decor on the walls. The house keepers were extraordinary, without them the stay wouldn’t have been as delightful as they were incredibly humble, easy going and inviting. I definitely need to come back to this beautiful place, my only regret is not staying longer. Thank you so much Carmen for your beautiful home, my family and I had such a good time and loved everything about your home.
